"Affordable" this is false advertising. They way overpriced and the prices they say is basically robbery I would never go here ever

I bought a kitten from CL. I know, don’t judge me. I got him super sick, and my anxiety was so high I called them and explained the situation. She got me in the next day ! I don’t think my kitten would have survived if they didn’t help him. I called around before finding them, and other places were telling me I had to wait up to a week . I find them to be very efficient. You do have to wait in your car, but with COVID I understand. The doctor called me, and explained everything and got authorization to do everything before, which I really appreciated as well. His second visit was also a great experience. No over charging, and I didn’t even have to pay another fee to have him be seen again, since he was within a week of his prior appointment. They answer the phone fast as well. I plan on making them my exclusive dr for my kitten . Thanks for saving my fur baby !

We keep coming back because their prices are reasonable. Coming from somewhere the pet care prices are actually affordable. This is the cheapest place we have found, although the prices just went up. The receptionist staff has continually given us wrong information, forgot to return cards, very rude on the phone. Each interaction has been something different. We are searching for either a better location or nicer receptionist staff, until then we will stay here and deal with the attitudes. As long as the doctor continues to provide good care for our pet. Callus, aggressive and rude receptionist. I guess you get the kind of service you pay for out here. The vet is great, just some of the office staff needs to go. This is similar to other 1 star reviews.

My Yorkie was diagnosed with Kidney Stones, had surgery Mid June, it's now Mid August and was taken to emergency. for the same problem and to get the same surgery, because the first surgery was incomplete, and jhe dhould have been put on special diet, that was never mentioned, this cost th oudand of $$$$, so a month laterI had to pay again,

Had to bring our old boy Tony to be put to sleep today. The staff was incredibly respectful and gentle about the entire procedure and we will be forever grateful.

My Kitten had Medial Patella Luxation surgery. I have received dramatically conflicting instructions of how to take care of her (she can be out of crate 2 weeks vs. 4 months, she never needs xrays and we don't need to see you after the 2 week visit, to she must be seen every 2-3 weeks. They rarely call you back. You almost never talk to the vet unless you plead. My kitten was laying on her back with shaking paws for an entire day, and it took an entire day to get a call back. Last but not least you have to drop the pet off in the hot parking lot and wait for a very long time. They have multiple Drs. whose names are not listed on their website. Kind of makes you wonder...

This hospital is the absolute best! I won't take my pets anywhere else, the doctor and staff are so caring and dedicated.

I brought my dog, Dutchess, in on a Saturday. It was an emergency situation and her normal vet was closed. Dutchess is not very friendly and doesn’t take well to strangers , the staff assured me it would be okay. Dutchess was not able to walk and had to stay at the hospital for 3 nights. The doctor and staff kept me informed of everything going on and took such great care of her. They allowed me to visit her on Monday, which I appreciated so much. They understood her situation and handled her well. Dr Elsadany was terrific and explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had. His follow up is much appreciated. Thank you to all of the staff and doctors that helped Dutchess. You guys are awesome and much appreciated, and I think we found Dutchess a new vet. Thank you all again!

I made an appointment to take my cat here and arrived 5 minutes prior to the appointment. A tech ran out paperwork to my vecichle to fill out and I waited in my vehicle for 30 minutes before they were ready for us. Cars around us were handing over their pets to the staff and the staff took the pets into the building without the owners. I was under the impression owners could go inside with their pet. My fiance asked a staff member and she replied that only animals could go inside. Why wasnt I told this prior? I never would have made the appointment If I couldn't go inside with my pet. My cat being handled by some strangers without me there sounds disastrous. I guarantee someone would get scratched or bit and me being there with my cat can prevent that. And how do I know that staff members handle my cat appropriately if I'm not there with him? God forbid if a staff member hurt him and I'd be in the car waiting I wouldn't have a clue. After the tech told my fiance we couldn't go inside, he told her we were leaving. Then a get a phone call a few minutes later asking where we are. Ridiculous. This place seems sketchy. Staff was unprofessional. Their procedures should have been communicated better. But I guess this place is called "Affordable Animal Hospital" for a reason right? I'd gladly pay a ton more for a better experience elsewhere.

Do not take your pet here, not affordable, and they don’t care about your pet. Took my cat there to get his shots and after waiting for an hour and a half in the car while they had my cat, I get him back and he is covered in urine and also sitting in urine in his cat carrier. It makes me wonder what they were actually doing with him back there, it is as if they left him in it for the entire time which I find to be very unacceptable. They should have treated him with care and compassion if they consider themselves an actual hospital. Not only that but they OVERCHARGE, my cat does not have fleas and they charged me for flea medication, I didn’t need that, I came in for shots and shots only and then the extra charge to have your pet exam, like did you actually look at him? Because if you did you would have noticed he was covered in piss. Do not bring your pet here unless you want to be overcharged and have your pet neglected.

I brought in my dog I had inhearted, she never been to the vet for cleanings in the past, I was nervous about the cost and condition of her mouth. With covid happening I was unable to go in with her but the manager did call me to inform me of the cost and reassured me that she will be taken care of and she was! The cost was reasonable and I really appreciate that they take care credit so the treatment was even more affordable. They brought my dog out to me and she was wagging her tail and seemed very comfortable with the assitant who brought her out. I appreciate all of them for taking care of my new dog for me, especially Carla!

Parting with my dog was the hardest thing I have ever had to do in life, and the Affordable Animal Hospital made the process easier to deal with. The staff was very professional and kind, and treated my baby with compassion and were very delicate with her. I can not say enough kind things about this place. Receiving my dogs ashes in a beautiful box with her pawprint indented in clay and her name engraved on a wooden heart brought peace to my heartache. Affordable, compassionate, and professional. Thank you again.

Extremely Friendly, professional and affordable! As a first time pet owner to a rescued puppy the staff was extremely generous with their time, they were understandings with my concerns and knowledgeable with their answers. This was the first time I actually saw a dog enjoy their visit to the Veterinary office. This review is a little late however this animal hospital is superb! My 9 year old cat somehow injured his hind leg and was in pain and limping and needed attention ASAP. I called Affordable Animal Hospital and they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment the next day! The receptionist who took my call (i'm sorry i forgot her name) was thoughtful, considerate and super helpful. She gave me as much information up front as possible including an idea of pricing and what kind of treatment to expect. My cat was very nervous but from drop off to pick up, the staff was wonderful. With Covid safety guidelines, the hospital works efficiently and very friendly to get clients and pets seen and taken care of quickly and leave happy and in better health. This was my first experience with this hospital and even when the exam was over, the doctor called me while I waited to tell me what the issue was and gave me good options for treatment and along with some medication.Everything was super affordable and the service was above and beyond and my kitty was happy and now healthier! I'm making another appointment today for some additional checkups for my cat and wanted to make sure I got the good word out for this place and the staff. Thank you Affordable Animal Hospital!

we took my dog to get medicine for a cut and they did a checkup and he came out with his left eye bleeding and they said he came like that when he didn’t

Affordable Animal Hospital of Orange is great animal care at low cost. The staff actually care about your pets. Very professional and very clean!

My dog had unexpected pain and I was able to get squeezed in on a same day appointment. What a relief. My dog received exceptional care and treatment. Definitely will be bringing my dog back here for his care.

Great response. I Was able to schedule an appointment for the same day to care of my dog skin issue he had in no time. fast and friendly service. I also bring him here for his yearly shots and they're the cheapest in the area.

I went with my friend for her dog because he was growing mass on his side. Her dog has had heart murmur for long time and She was advised by many vets not to take him for surgery. But the doctor assessed him and took x- rays and told us that we should be able to take him for surgery . Surgery was done same day at a very affordable price. We were really glad that we found them and happy that the dog recovered.

Please note that there are many False Advertisment issues by this company. Their site claims a lot of discounts on various services and when you call none of those promotions are honored. Call them amd ask about one just to see how they manipulate the situation and still have the false Advertising up on the site. That is illigal.
