Friendly people.. really nice place. Prices are really good. I take my golden doodle and they do a great job on him.

Jen has been our groomer for over 8 years, she's awesome. The rest of the staff doesn't seem to have a clue.....

We absolutely Love House Of Paw .!. My Corgi has never been so well taken care of. She loves going to the House of Paw and always looks Beautiful when I pick her up. Thank You Donna Rivera and Berlin dog????

House of Paw is our go to for our pup. She is always so happy when we pick her up and looks so dang adorable! The customer service is great and they are always so friendly.

Love this place. Rocko always looks sharp when we leave, love the bow tie and the fir conditioner.

What can i say about this establishment? Lets start with all of the above. I have a almost 12yr old mini schnauzer nick named little princess. Easy drop off, clean facility, courteous people, and here's the biggie she was done in 1 1/2 hr flat. Amazing 5 stars and review, sorry old groomer you loose Thank you

If I could give no stars I would. This husband and wife and the one employee they have are JUST AWFUL. I ordered over the phone and gave my credit card. Never told they would charge $15 for delivery I even asked??? They never deliver (I cancelled) and I never got my money back. Horrible people who should not have a business.

Hi, As far as I know they took good care of our dog as we needed boarding for a few days. I have three complaints though: 1. We ended our trip a day earlier and tried contacting business to get our dog. It was Jan 1. But no reply at all. I tried email (chat) and phone. 6 hours later we arrive at location and we see it is closed and no one around. We wait until 5 pm but no one is around to check on dogs. 2. We try to use the camera to check on our dog and that didn't work either. 3. The most egregious issue is we have no heard a peep from customer service since we complained on Jan 1. No response or email or text. If you use house of paws for boarding; just make sure you know that they do close and there is no help if you want to get them.

These people are wonderful with your family pet! My doggie was so happy!

First time I scheduled an appointment for my dog they didn’t have it written down when I got there but still took him in. Barely cut as short as possible like I requested. Had to ask them to take him back and redo the tail and hind legs. Second time I came they didn’t have his appointment down again. Twice they’re disorganized. And when the lady in front of us was picking up her dog, you can hear the worker who went to the back start yelling at the other workers why wasn’t the dog and it’s belongings ready. If I could I would give a 0-star rating. Worker was offering us another appointment for tomorrow but what’s the point in coming back for another disappointment.

Brought in my best friend for a nail clip, quick, attentive, nice, and he got a bow too ! Try them out ! :)

I cannot believe House of Paw does now have 5 stars! My skittish, very attached miniature Australian Shepherd has never looked better. The girls were so kind and caring with him. They cut and brushed out my boy’s coat beautifully and they made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. This is me and my pup J’s new spot for when it’s time for a good grooming! Very impressed :)

My dog is pretty chill but hates going to the vet or groomers. But the House of Paws; he loves going here. We’ve boarded him there several times for long weekend trips with no issues. Great people that love animals, especially Teddy.

My dog loves this place. They are very good with him, so I am happy leaving him alone there. We have never used the "day care" but the grooming is excellent.

They do a great at grooming our dogs.

Quality, over everything. Has a great family personal touch. No Corp. Way more bang for your buck. I just honestly dig the diversity and atmosphere. I would recommend it to my mom.

Edit 6/25 The owner contacted me and made good on the technical error. I’m satisfied with the cut my dog received, and for reaching out to resolve my complaint. I will return for further service and to pick up some treats. I made a grooming appointment online and received an email confirmation, but no groomers were available upon arrival. They said the online booking does not work yet.

This place is terrific, especially for an active guy like our crazy pug, Archie. The day care staff is friendly, caring, and excited about their work. They remember Archie each time and always offer a comment about what he did that day at day care. Best of all, Archie cannot wait to go and see all his pals. He seriously waits by the front door EVERYDAY, thinking he's going, and his excitement on the drive over makes me happy. Great place and wonderful staff.
