EXTREMELY ROUGH HANDLING! I arrived early today to pick up my dogs, so I sat in my car and waited. To my horror, I saw through the new partially frosted glass that Diana (Sunny gave me her name) was being extremely rough with this poor bichon looking dog. She kept tugging at her fur, tossing her around and was just handling the poor baby too harshly. I thought at first I was seeing things but after several minutes, it was obvious this woman was abusing this dog. It wasn’t even trying to move or bite her. Nothing! I immediately went inside and demanded from Sunny to go check that worker and take the dog away from her. Sunny was handling my own dogs at the time so I said I don’t care and I’ll wait with my dogs while she goes to check on that poor thing. She went back and I assumed she had handled the situation but nope! I go back in my car to wait for my dogs to be done and Diana is still there with the poor dog. I was so shaken, I went back in and demanded to know who this woman is and asked her to NEVER touch my dogs. Sunny said she’ll take care of it and mumbled something about her always making sure the dogs are good and employees are good. I assumed she would go back this time and ask someone else to take care of the dog but NOPE! Diana is still doing her thing. At that point I was shaking and asked her to grab by dogs and told her I would never go back. Please be aware. They seem to do a good job, and I personally loved the haircuts for the past year, but no matter how good the haircut is, it doesn’t justify abuse.

They're very good but you must be specific. I recommend in writing until you're a return client.

I honestly can't give Lucky Paws enough stars. I have 2 dogs- one easy, one DIFFICULT! Both dogs come out beautifully! They are happy and look great. I've had my dogs traumatized at other groomers before, but Lucky Paws gets the job done relatively quickly and with care. They are affordable, professional and do good work!

I understand times are tough, but charging $300 for a cut isn't good practice.

This groomer is wonderful we had been taking our pets to a groomer that works out of his home and he cares deeply for his clients as well as their owners but the groomers at lucky paws are awesome. Our pets look wonderful and they don't seem stressed. She doesn't like to go as much as she did our previous groomer but no complaints.

This was my first time bringing my dog to Lucky Paws. The only thing I regret was that I did not find them sooner. They under promised and over delivered on the amount of time they would need. Their prices are very fair and they did a fantastic job on Miles haircut.

So I am a first time dog owner and I took my 5 month old yorkie here last week . I was really nervous because I did not know what to expect. They did an AMAZING job with my Penny ❤ the even added a little bow to her hair ????. They did take a while but completely understandable they have a lot of clients.

Would suggest Lucky Paws. Asked for a full service bath and teeth brushing and all done perfectly. My puppy was nice and clean as well as his nails trimmed nicely. Not to mention, his teeth were cleaned amazingly. Thanks Lucky Paws :)

I took my Morkie to this place for her first grooming. I believe the groomers name is Ashley. I showed a picture to the owner of how I wanted her cut to be and I explained that its her first cut by a professional and although the pic I gave her was a different puppy and my dogs ears do not stand up, I wanted the actual cut to be similar. I don't feel I received a similar cut. It wasn't even close. I contacted the owner and she was very nice and remembered I showed her a pic but she said she tried to look up a similar pic for the groomer but wasn't sure. She said she would make a note of it for next time. I just wish she would have shown the groomer the pic or even offered a discounted cut next time so as to keep me as a customer. I still tipped of course and the costs was 55 plus gratuity. I just feel that more should have been offered.

After desperately calling other groomers if they would groom my chow chow puppy, I finally found Lucky Paws Grooming. We have taken our chow chow for the past several years and she always comes back clean, fresh and most importantly, happy and in a great mood. She loves Sunny and all her staff.

This is the worst haircut my dogs have ever had. They asked if we want teddy bear cut for our dogs, and we said yes. But when we went to pick up our dogs, they look nothing like a teddy bear!! I was so shocked when I saw my dogs and I couldn't even processed asking them what happened at that moment. I asked for Sunny, the owner, for my appointment, but this looks like a grooming done by a newbie. We are extremely disappointed. I will add a before and after pictures later when I have a chance.

Super great service at great prices! Love coming to lucky paws for grooming of my maltipoo Beau. They are quick but do a great job. I usually just wait for my dog since they finish in less than 1.5 hrs. Highly recommend for you to give them a try!

This was my first appointment for my fur baby that looked like a teddy bear because of stay at home restrictions. I was very pleased with the excellent quality care given and Niko was more than delighted. I could tell he enjoyed his bath and grooming, his attitude changed and he was ready to take a walk and proud to be seen. Looking forward to next appointment.

Cliff Notes: Good cut, but warning on dog handling/care below!!!! I recently took my dog into lucky paws. I have conflicting feelings about the business. Here is why.. if I'm being honest, my dog's groom was done well. Given she just got a trim and a bath, I felt the trim was good and overall happy with the outcome. However, I had troubles getting a hold of someone at the front desk prior to my appointment. Upon my arrival on appointment day I found that there was one person running the front desk/greeting/ and trying to answer phone calls and groom. Seemed a bit chaotic to be honest. When I first walked in I could see some of the groomers did not seem very pleasant. Seeing as you are working with dogs and it can become stressful and difficult at times- it is necessary to have the heart for the work. I used to work as an assistant to a Groomer and I find it to be extremely unprofessional when the groomers appear to be for lack of a better word (nasty) with the dogs.I walked in to find a lady tugging pretty hard at an adorable labradoodle (it cried out upon her grabbing) and speaking pretty harshly to the dog. I immediately told the lady at the front I do not want her touching my dog and clearly stated the woman is addressing the dog inappropriately. It was so chaotic I did not catch the owners of the dog if I had I would of let them know. I felt obligated to warn anyone and to give a heads up you need to be mindful of this going in and be cautious. I do not believe I will be returning after my experience. It is already stressful enough to trust someone with your dog unattended, you need and deserve to feel they are in good hands upon dropping them off.
