I took my dog to Bark City for his temperament test & fell in love. The entire staff was so friendly and warm to my dog. After the day was over I received a text message link to pictures of what he had been up to for the day. He made a friend and they had taken a picture of the two playing. They had a wall with pictures of newcomer dogs and my dog was on there when I came to pick him up. Overall incredible experience.

Great experience! First time dropping my puppy off to a daycare for a temperament test (and I was nervous since I have a small Shih Tzu), but the process was seamless and the staff was caring. I also appreciated the honest review after my dog's first day (she was unusually shy...not shocking since this was her first time off leash with other dogs which must be overwhelming). The place was also quite clean. I will definitely be sending Pepper back for some socialization and fun!

If you love your dog, trust the team at Bark City to take care of of them! Great facility and an awesome team. Everytime we get a vacation Cheyenne gets one at Bark City and here tail wags each time we say “want to go to Bark City?”

Excellent job. Friendly, efficient staff. Very flexible with our schedule and I loved the report card that came with our doggie temperament test. It was long, but I figured it was free doggie day care session during the temperament test. Great, competitive prices as well. Will definitely use again when we come down for vacation again. My dog loves it here! We have used their daycare, boarding, and bath services and are always happy. A great bonus is you dog gets a great workout for the day!

I've celebrated Storm's bday party here two years in a row. We had Storm's 2nd bday party in February. The first time we had her party here the staff was out of this world wonderful and engaging. The set up was sooo cute, they took photos, and interacted with us and all the dogs. They had a cute sign outside with balloons welcoming our guest. "Welcome to Storm's bday bash." Our most recent celebration was good too but I really enjoyed our first party back in 2018, the vibe was slightly different this time around. No welcome sign outside and balloons weren't an option for decor anymore. They have different party packages that include food, but you are welcome to bring your own and drinks and decorations. First time around they had ice and coolers for us this time they didn't have ice but had coolers. A cake can also be ordered in advance through them. It's $200.00 for 2 hours and honestly that's all the time you need. They provide poop bags, towels, there is a mini dog pool for optional use. When it comes to inquiring with them and getting everything sort it out, don't expect a same day response, it can take a couple of days for someone to get back to you via email/call-don't freak out like I did. I highly recommend this place. It's clean, friendly staff, and the owner is pretty involve which makes it even better. We will be celebrating Storm's bday again next year. Parking is very limited-we had about 30 people and 12 dogs. Just give your guest a heads up on parking.

Love this place it is a safe and Sweet Haven for my babies. the staff and the owner everybody there is very nice and kind. My dogs love this place been going there for over a year and a half.*****5 stars!

Our pups always had a really good time here but every time we went there they came back with goo/infection in their eyes and we’d have to give them eye drops from the vet which weren’t that cheap. But we dealt with that because they enjoyed their time. I think this place should tell the owners of the dogs that have eye infections that they must give their dogs the eye drops before they’re allowed back. It’s pretty contagious. But 3 stars because really nice personell and trust them besides the eye thing.

Love this place! They take great care of our Baxter when we are away. Always get updated daily pictures when we are away.

I came here for the first time because a close friend decided to host a 1st year birthday party for her pitsky (husky, pitbull mix). The location is the only small pain, about 5 miles off the 405. Also limited parking. But it was a Sunday so nearby businesses were closed and there lots were available. Staff is very friendly and the doggy play area accommodated about 20 people and everyone's dogs comfortably. There is a nice pool for the dogs to splash in. A great venue to host a doggy party.

Wonderful place for doggie day care, boarding and grooming. Staff treats your pet like a member of the family. Would recommend BC to anyone and everyone.

Friendly staff, clean facility and awesome location! Such a pleasure from start to finish--this place feels like home... Gypsy loved her visit and we'll be back before our trip to Iceland, as this is the ONLY daycare/boarding facility we would EVER consider leaving our sweetie!

Most of the employees are very pleasant
