This place is awesome. The vet and everyone was so kind to my doggie and the staff did an amazing job grooming my doggie. Definitely recommend this place.

Words cannot express how thankful my family and I are for Dr.Shayda and the entire staff at East Chapman Vet. I took my 2 month old boxer puppy whom I did not have for more than 24 hours to be treated for parvo and they saved his life. They gave him the best love and care during his hospitalization that helped him recover quickly. Even after his stay Dr.Shayda and her entire staff made sure to call and check in frequently to be sure he was doing great! There is no other place I would take my dogs to!

The new owners are great and the staff are as wonderful and kind as they have always been! Thanks for taking care if our Girl as always!

This was my first time here but if ever given the chance i would certainly come back. The care for the animals, the wonderful staff everything. I just wish they were closer. They are in orange im in san bernardino.

Dr Shayda has been phenomenal with my puppy and two rabbits! She goes out of her way to ensure she has the right tools and treatments to best address any of my concerns (even special ordering smaller blood vials for my bunny's bloodwork so they wouldn't have to take as much blood, thus limiting his stress). East Chapman is very reasonably priced compared to my previous vet in Irvine, and I feel we get a lot more value, care, and time in regards to the doctor with our pets. I am super particular about who handles my puppy as I'm training and socializing her, so she doesn't have any bad experiences that affect her temperament later, and the staff at ECVC are completely fear-free! My puppy enjoys visiting the staff and never comes out scared or stressed.

The insensitive and heartless new owner decided to paint over the Beautiful Mural that had been painted by a local artist, an old woman named Morgan Green. It took her many months to paint it, and she memorialized many people’s passed away animals in the painting. The new owner painted over it with white and put some big ugly sign that looks like a high school student designed it. One of the most heartless and tone deaf actions I’ve ever witnessed. I’d never do business with this pet clinic. Nobody compassionate or caring runs this place anymore.

Dr. Shayda and her wonderful staff did a phenomenal job taking care of my puppy. She took the time to explain treatment plan and was very accessible even during the Covid period. She is compassionate and truly cares about the community and our beloved pets. As I was reading other reviews I did notice someone had an issue with building having a fresh coat of paint LOL. What does this have to do with the excellent care being provided within these here premises?. The clinic is clean and modern in appearance and equipment and looks and feels like professional Veterinary center which it is.. Thank you Dr. Shayda for making my pet 100%.

Took our sweet Ruby Rose to the vet today for her annual checkup and vaccinations. Called this morning, spoke to Jamie who was professional and got us a same day appointment. They were prompt on seeing Ruby, gave her a thorough check up and we were done quickly. Pricing was reasonable and fair. We'll definitely be taking Ruby back..

We had the good fortune to meet Dr. Shayda Ahkami DVM, who recently took over East Chapman Veterinary Center practice from our former Vet. Was Immediately impressed by her professionalism and the compassionate treatment of both our dogs. Nellie, our little American Fox terrier mix, had a serious abrasion on her stomach that became infected. Dr. Shayda treated the infection with antibiotics, stitched up the wound, and suggested Nellie wear a cone to keep her from licking. I wasn't in favor of a cone fearing Nellie'd injure her neck jumping off our high bed. Also, Nellie is a timid dog, who feels she being punished previously wearing a cone in treatment. Told Dr. Shayda of of my concerns, she concurred, and fashioned a body stocking from tubular netting which worked perfectly keeping Nellie from licking the surgical site until healed. In addition, Nellie was suffering from Pancreatitis. After another round of antibiotics and specific diet, she recovered completely! Loco, our little Chihuahua, had some very serious dental issues which required multiple teeth extraction. Dr. Shayda performed the dental surgery perfectly, and Loco recovered well. Nellie also has had dental issues recently, and she's had tooth extraction also. We leaned the dog's diets may have contributed to dental problems, and have changed eating habits, accordingly. I've been very impressed with Dr. Shayda's deep veterinary knowledge and great concern while caring for our dogs. In addition, she's brought a very competent dental Technician into the clinic with whom she worked with previously. His focus in on preventative dental care to avoid more serious dental problems from developing! It is noteworthy, when Dr. Shayda took over East Chapman Veterinary Center, she retained the staff from our previous Vet. I was impressed with the continuity and seamless transition of Clinic ownership. Dr. Shayda presents as an extremely competent Veterinarian. In my experience she does an outstanding job caring for our dogs. I offer my unqualified recommendation of Dr. Shayda, and her highly qualified staff at East Chapman Veterinary Center, to entrust the care of your animals.
