So many great reviews yet the experiences that I've had in regards to appointments and general care of my pet have been poor. I do not recommend for the sake of your own sanity because Gilbert the office manager has been my worst experience. The vets that have taken care of her have been good. Other than that, customer service is down the drain and I do not wish interaction with him upon anyone. Really unfortunate because this place came highly recommended. I wish had that same experience

We’ve been coming here for 15 years and they are absolutely outstanding! Their staff is super sweet, efficient, and knowledgeable & when they say they’re gonna call you back, they really do. The doctors are amazing, too. So caring and very good at what they do, especially Dr Kavanagh. He’s our #1 doc. He’s cared for the 4 kitties we’ve had over the 15 years we’ve been going here & he’s done an excellent job. And even though he’s a super busy doc (cause he’s so good!) he always returns your call in a timely manner & takes the time with you on the phone that you need to have all your questions answered. We are so blessed to have found Saddleback Animal Hospital when we moved to Tustin 15 years ago.

Dr. K is the best!

I love Dr. Kavanaugh! He is very patient and doesn't try to push things on you. I moved away from Tustin and drive to take my dogs there. I was blessed to find him to care for my two Shih Tzus.

Dr Kavanaugh and the team are fantastic. I'm so glad I found them. Dr K is very knowledgeable, honest and straightforward. After a series of bad experiences with other doctors when my cat developed epilepsy last year, I couldn't be more grateful for the quality care she has received at Saddleback Animal Hospital. Highly recommend.

Dr. Cavanaugh has been our Vet for 16 years and all our pets have been blessed to be in his and his staff's excellent care. We just moved out of state and hope we can find someplace as good as Saddleback's team! As you can see, they are Haze tested and Haze APPROVED❤️????

DVM Kavanagh is the best Vet ever and he is supported by an amazing group of staff. I trust DVM K with our animal's lives and welfare. He truly cares about animals and have seen him countless times getting down on floor at the animals level while providing education to his clients owner's. He works six days a week and long hours to make sure he provides his usual high quality of service. He takes the time to call personally to keep the animals owner informed and answer questions to put us at ease. Way to go DVM Kavanagh and staff, YOU ALL ROCK!!!

What more can I say about this vet? So impressed with the staff and Dr. k. I was a Tustana client until that Dr. k sold the practice. Broke my heart. But someone on Facebook raved highly of Saddleback, went one time with my cat Squishy and was just very happy with everything. Oh and the last name if the staff is reading is different on here.

We were referred to Saddleback because we couldn't get our dog in to our regular office. They showed so much care and love to him that we made an appointment for our other dog. Dr K was fantastic as was the entire staff! So glad that they welcomed us. We are definitely coming back!!!

We've been taking our dog here for 3 years and they are so great! They take the time to get to know your pet answer all your questions. When our dog had health issues that were beyond what they could do in their office they provided excellent referrals.

Dr. Kavanagh fit our dog in without an appointment and tended to her with knowledge and sweetness. He even called back to see if the meds were working. We love Saddleback!!
