Ontario Spay and Neuter Ontario, California

My dog was spayed and was told in case any complication treatment will be free of charge. My dog stopped eating and drinking and when I took her back to them they charged me over $300 for blood test, fluids. Some of the staff at the front are rude and gives false information not to mention I had to call for two days in a row to get some one to pick up. One of the worst places that does mass surgeries for fast profit. Shame on you

Hours are changed, no rabies shots now. Need appt.

Cost of neutering way to high

I highly recommend Ontario Spay and Neuter. They took great care of my 2 dogs and everyone was very friendly.

Literally the best price around you can find on a spay for your cat. My only two gripes with the process were #1. Lack of space inside and having to wait outside in the rain becaude it was fricking cold, albeit it in a covered space...and #2. The actual employees @ the front desk are so uninterested in what you need. Volunteers were excellent though. I asked the front desk several times what was taking so long for them to bring my kitten out since it had been two hours since they texted me about her being ready for pickup. I waited almost over an hour for someone to bring her out...like, seriously? I understand being understaffed maybe, though this wasn't said, but then text me when she's ACTUALLY ready for pickup!

Prices are good but staff is very snoody.

I am so glad I found Ontario Spay & Neuter for my kitty. I’ve never encountered friendlier and more helpful staff than I did here. I not only took him here to be neutered but also for his bloodwork. He was not a happy camper and they were so good and patient with him. They also followed up with his blood work results and the day after his surgery. His surgery site also looks amazing, the doctor did an awesome job! He’s healed way faster than any of my other kitties that have been fixed. I couldn’t recommend Ontario Spay & Neuter more! Thank you for taking such amazing care of my baby!

So grateful to the staff for taking care of my fur baby! They took amazing care of my cat for his neuter and got him microchipped too. They got him caught up on vaccines and flea prevention meds. All for an extremely affordable price. My baby recovered quickly and I know they took great care of him while he was there. Highly recommend Ontario Spay and Neuter for vet services. Great place to go for your Dog

We take our 2 rottweilers there. They are always so sweet and patient with our furbabies. They also have GREAT prices for their services.

I found them very caring, I was not just a number for that day. They were professional but at the same time very personable. I would definitely go there again and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Took my Sadie to get fixed this past week and I’m so glad I found them. They were very professional, caring, and the sweetest ladies. They took such good care of my girl and called to check up on her to see how she was doing. Definitely recommend taking your pet here to get them spayed/neutered.

My Baby’s Incesion site. They say it’s normal looking but I don’t think so. She’s in pain and it looks poorly done.

I recently rescued a kitten and needed to get her vaccinated. Took her to the Saturday clinic. The wait was a bit long with the covid restrictions, but that was expected. Come find out, my little fluff had a parasite and needed treatment. I let them know I had an older kitty that I was also concerned about. They saw both my kitties together. Dr was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I was worried I'd be spending an arm and a leg for the tests I had done on my older baby and treatment for the kitten. I didn't. Prices are very reasonable. I have two happy healthy Furbabies and peace of mind. Thank you so much!

The staff at this facility are welcoming and informative, I am happy to have trusted them with my fur baby. Expect there to be a bit of a wait time due to the safety precautions but I still felt valued and appreciated for my patience. They even checked in on my Duchess the following day and let me know they are there for any further assistance if needed. Very pleased with the friendly service and caring staff at this facility and recommend this to anyone looking for affordable, high quality care.

I have been here multiple times for our dogs. They are caring and compassionate. I don't know why people are complaining about shaved animals, hair grows back. I wouldn't want my dogs coat to prevent quality treatment. Also prices are very reasonable.

Everyone was amazing and they explained everything great... I wish the parking spot in front were a tad bit bigger to be able to fully open car door to get pets in and out easily

Place is great if you can EVER GET AN APPOINTMENT. Right on the automated voice system it says “we experience a large number of calls so just keep calling back until you get through” Ummmmm why not hire someone dedicated to answering phones?! 20mins of non stop calling is a little bit ridiculous regardless…

This place is affordable the vet was amazing but…. They shaved my German shepherds entire belly up around the rib cage and the hair still hasent grown back it looks horrible. Im a professional groomer called to ask what they were thinking and they took no accountability for the mistake . Not happy at all .

Never got Thru, tried all day

They are good with pets they are good with many other services but the down point is when you're trying to contact them by phone you can't ever contact them or even if you email them did you not respond and it's important I'm a disabled individual and I had lost my papers on the vaccines and other paperwork and I needed that information to give to my apartment complex that they need information about my cat's vaccines and being spay and I also had her chiped. Very difficult for me to go down to their office as we speak now I'm in the hospital recuperating from a complete knee replacement in other medical issues but otherwise they are very good in all that they do that's my only complaint
