Im giving 3 stars because im greatful for helping my dog and other dogs. The reason I dont give additional 2 stars is because my son arrived at 1030am and left at 5pm. My dogs emergency was minor. And due to other bigger emergencies it took all day. Im pretty sure this isn't the first time they have a dog with a minor emergency all day. My suggestion is, suggest to the family member who brought in the pet to leave and go do what they need to do. And once the animal is ready for pick up, they can call the family member and be like" hello your pet is ready to go home" that way, they still able to go to work or go run errands that they need to do. If you don't mind being there for HOURS AND HOURS its a great place to take your pet for an emergency.

Our Poor Cat had Kidney Failure and our Vet wouldn't put him down and insisted he had more Time and in Less than 3 months, AFTER I Bought the Vet's EXPENSIVE Wet & DRY Food, that our Cat WOULDN'T EAT, our CAT Looked TERRIBLE, PEE-D All Over the House, SMELLED BAD, and COULDN'T EAT AND BARLY DRANK WATER... Our Vet still wanted to Charge Us for More Test And Follow up stuff so we Went here to this Emergency Vet was GOOD to Our Cat gave Exam and was Honest on the OutCome and told us our CAT was too Far Gone and if we Wanted to Stop His SUFFERING they WOULD PUT HIM DOWN they Included in the Bill the Exam & Creamation Package all together for Only $217. 00.. That was so KIND of this Vet to Help Stop his Suffering and The People were Very Nice Here... Thank you

I live right around the corner. Explained my situation on phone and they said its a good idea to bring cat in. Told me they were at max capacity and refused me.

This place has some of the most compassionate, competent, and reasonable staff ever. I brought my cat in because he was crying and having trouble peeing. It turned out that he had a urinary blockage and needed to be operated on immediately. He stayed there under observation for a few days after the procedure. I felt like he was in good hands the entire time and everyone was always happy to give me an update or answer my questions when I called. They made the whole process a lot less stressful for me. This place is very well run and reasonably priced. I'm a college student and couldn't afford the procedure up front but they have different payment plans to choose from and are willing to work with you. I always got the feeling that everyone there cared about my cat's well being and were going to do whatever they could to ensure that he was happy and healthy. 5 stars is honestly not even enough

The Vet cares more about his roast beef sandwich than any one of his patients. The staff was incredibly rude. Dont come here

Very thankful I just so happened to bring my baby here, as the El Monte Emergency Clinic Vet was not in. Was seen a lot sooner than initially told due to the situation, explained very well what was going on and our options since he was a senior on medication, and even double checked on questions I had. My baby is now home and recovering with well explained after care. Will definitely consider for my next emergency (hopefully not soon or ever again).

Our cat had leg surgery at our regular vet but when we got him home late in the afternoon he was extremely distraught. He howled and bit me several times and was inconsolable. Our vet closed and by 8 pm we knew we had to do something. We found the Glendora Emergency Hospital and they were great. They gave him pain meds and sedated him. Kept him overnight and gave us pain meds for the next several days. Re-bandaged his leg because he had chewed it off. In the morning they loaned us a kennel and he stayed in there another day. He is now doing very well. I don't know what we would have done without their help. It was heartbreaking watching him suffering.

I am so grateful for the loving, compassionate care my pet was given here. I called frantically and was met with calm and very quick service. Every step of saying good bye to my dog was taken with the staff leading the way with patience and understanding. Thank you.

My dog was bitten by another dog and had two large punctures. Emergency Pet Hospital of Glendora was the only one that could take care of the surgery right away. The staff acted with professionalism and were detailed oriented when it come to explaining the procedure and post surgery care. My dog is now well on his way to being back to normal and couldn't have asked for a better hospital.

What a great staff you have working there. Had to take one of my cat's there but she suffering to much. They were great in helping me make the right decision to have her put down. As this was last week. Then today I received a sympathy card from all the ladies who were there what more can I say I wasn't expecting that. Thank you to the staff. Gerald White

I want to personally thank everyone at this Pet Hospital. With everything going on lately with Covid it was already difficult enough finding an open hospital. They were the only ones open in the area and despite being busy they made sure we were seeing in a timely manner and kept the lines of communication open. Our dog had been attacked and unfortunately did not make it but the love and compassion from everyone here was unreal and we couldn't be anymore grateful. They had explained everything that happened and they did everything in their power that they could for him. We got to say goodbye to our boy. From the cremation process and his beautiful memorial box we got for him to the Card we received in the mail expressing their condolences, it was such a good feeling knowing that there are still people out there who not only love what they do but truly care. I appreciate and respect that more than anything. Thank you guys at Emergency Pet Hospital of Glendora. You made our day and you took care of our baby in the best possible way. We love you!

Let me start off by saying this pet hospital is amazing. The staff is so kind, reassuring, passionate and empathetic to all of their clients/patients. I recently brought my dog to get treated because he was having some complications. He ended up having surgery and a week later I had to take him back in to be checked because he was experiencing the same symptoms. When we got there they took him in immediately and checked him, everything was good and clear. He shouldn’t have been experiencing these symptoms again unless something else was the issue. A week later his health rapidly declined and unfortunately my beloved Buster didn’t pull through. As much as it hurts to say goodbye to a loved one I do believe the doctors and staff did everything they could to save him but he was already too ill to make him better, and for that I am truly grateful.

I'm not sure what number of stars to give this place. I came home to one of my animals near death. Grabbed her up put her in my car and rushed to this emergency veterinarian. I saw a women in scrubs and a mask in the parking lot and assumed she worked there, turns out she did. I got out of my car with a mask on and asked if they were open( we were much more then 6 ft apart) she said "did you call" (at this point I felt my pockets for my phone but realized my son had had it at home)I said no but I have an emergency! She said sorry I cant talk to you, you need to call. I said I have a dying animal in my car as she walked through the door. We buried our animal tonight. I dont know if it would've helped her to see the vet, but we'll never know. Have some empathy..... our animals are family.

Brought my little dog in here and they checked him out and since he was having heart problems, he had really bad palpitations, they just told me to go somewhere else where they could keep him overnight in an oxygen room, etc. they didn’t even charge me. Extremely nice and very helpful. Even gave me a paper with 24 hour emergency animal hospital.

I've only had great experiences with EPH of Glendora. Our dog was cared for in a way I have never seen from any vet. The trauma we experienced with our situation is lasting, but I continue to be in contact with Dr. Roy about my dogs on-going health issues and he is nothing but compassionate and straightforward with me. It has made a huge difference for our peace of mind.

Emergency Animal Hospital of Glendora was amazing. I had to put our beloved cat "Kitty" down after over 20yrs with the family. The staff that came to get her from us was so gentle and tender. They took her to be cremated. I was so touched to receive a sympathy card in the mail. Signed by staff expressing their condolences. I received her ashes in a beautiful box with a paw impression. I have never lost a pet prior to this so I do not know the protocol. I do know that Emergency Animal Hospital of Glendora has left a lasting impression on me and my family. Thank you!!

My dog was crying and couldn’t lie down for more than a few minutes. I was so distraught and didn’t know what to do. A friend recommended this hospital to me and I took him around midnight. I’m so grateful for their help. Very kind staff who explained everything to me so I was aware of what they were doing to find the problem. It was scary leaving him with the nurse while I waited in my car, but thank God he just had a stomach ache, which only needed some meds. I will definitely go back if I ever have another emergency episode.

By far the best emergency Pet Hospital!!! I had taken my dog to multiple vets with lots of test involved and no one was able to diagnose what was really wrong with her. It wasn't until I took her to this emergency hospital that I was finally able to get answers. The amazing staff and Dr. Roy did everything they could to diagnose my dog and took her into surgery right away. It is because of them that my dog is still alive and happier than ever. Thank you so much for your dedication and passion for animals.

My family and I visited this location yesterday as we had suspensions that our beloved snowflake was dying. The staff was incredible and really helped us during the process of saying goodbye to our baby. The price was reasonable and better than any other emergency pet hospitals we have visited in the past. I truly recommend visiting this location for all pet emergencies. Thank you to the staff and veterinarian who helped us spend our last moments with my baby.

Had to rush my cat who was suddenly ill on a Saturday night, I knew going to an emergency vet might have a pricey risk, but our cat is very much a part of my family. But for an emergency vet their prices are beyond reasonable , and the staff were all amazing. Two weeks out and shes back to her usual self.

They have had to put down 2 of our senior citizen cat's and were very caring and compassionate. They send a condolence card later, so comforting.

They have helped my dog Benji so much. Even when they're busy, in surgery, or what ever the case may be, they are always willing to help. The staff are the NICEST and most compassionate people I've come across. They always go the extra mile to make sure your pet is in the best care.
