Mountain Avenue Animal Hospital Ontario, California

I have been going for approximately 13yrs. I feel they are expensive as all animal hospitals are. Its a shame that these vets have things so costly that people can't afford to properly take care of their pets

I’ve brought my dog here a few times to get his nails trimmed and glands expressed and never had a problem. Always went well. This time, I wish I knew what happened! It’s been 4 days since I took my dog in and he’s still not okay. The first day he wouldn’t let me touch him. He cried out in pain when he moved or even when laying down. It’s so sad.. he hasn’t let me pet him until today. When I get close to him he winces in pain and goes elsewhere. Surprisingly he’s been doing well on his walks and that’s it. I wish I knew where he hurts, they probably handled him too roughly. Makes me sad and upset.

I always take my generations of kitties to this establishment. The staff is exceptional and they LOVE all our animals .

Love everyone here. They are so caring towards the pets and pet parents. I took our girl kitty here after she was shot with a pellet gun and needed an amputation. Everyone was amazing throughout her recovery. Also brought our boy kitty here when he was passing. The Nurses and Dr were supportive as he passed. Definitely coming back here for any pet health needs.

Not sure of how I feel about there service.

Every one is so sweet. They treat yourself animals like they are family. I take my dog there every month or so to get her groomed when I come pick her up she looks so happy and clean. They cut her nails if necessary and they even gave her a bandana for being so good (bonus she smells like oatmeal

My dogs face was swollen, couldn't get thru to our regular vet. Our daughter uses Mountain Ave so we called. They got us right in. Our dog had to have surgery. All went great. The Dr. and staff are kind and explained all our options and prices. Mountain Ave. Animal has become our new vet.

Great place gave my dog best of care. He had 2 weeks of medication and he is know in the best health. They even gave me tips on how to make sure there in good health.

I came to this vet twice and the dr was great. However, when scheduling my last appointment I had a terrible experience on the phone with one employee. Enough so, to not want to return to this office. It’s unfortunate. Kindness goes a long way and I’d pay more for a nicer staff experience.

They are good veterinarian consult is really cheap sadly ???? my dog was diagnosed with a tumor and was told my fur baby possibly won't survive the surgery and its so expensive too so we had to bring him home

Such an awesome animal hospital from the staff to the doctors. Very caring, thorough, and knowledgeable. Pricing is very reasonable as well, just all around a pleasant visit everytime!

I have been going to this vet for more than 2 years now, simply because it is close and convenient. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they treat your pets with kindness and respect. It is a bit on the pricey range if one doesn't have insurance, but if you're going there for quick checkups or shots, those are moderately priced and easy on the budget. Clean and practicing safe distancing. Love you guys! You keep my kitties safe!
