If you love your dog DON’T TAKE IT HERE!!! All what they care about is money, they dont love or protect our buddies.. I took my princess for grooming and look at what they did. It was unforgivable. They gave me back my princess with her eye severely injured … she lost her sight???? everyday i see her still in pain.. Please dont ignore me

My dog needed to be groomed and after a horrible experience at Petco i found Benos. I went for the first time and he scheduled me in the next day which was awesome. When I went inside I was greeted quickly and the staff was super friendly. He actually listened to my requests and I knew my dog would be in good hands. He was gentle with my dog and told me it would be a few hours. When I came back my dog was wagging his tail and looked so adorable. The work was really clean and even. They definitely didn't miss a spot. I can't thank them enough. Will definitely come back here to get my dog groomed !! Thank you so much guys. Here is his before and after..

Went for the first Time yesterday…very horrible experience. After I picked up my dog he kept scratching and licking his feet all day. I also thought the owner was a bit rude …poor communication skills. Will never go again ChArged me $80 for a small dog and made it so short

Took my dog there to have his nails trim, it was quick and painless. Prices are very reasonable

Always a pleasure taking my furbabies here. I have 2 poodles and they do such an awesome job with brushing out their curls and they're always done quick! The groomers here are the best!

The first time we took Bear (German Shepard/Rottweiler mix, a little over 100 lbs) we called on a Saturday morning and they took us same day without an appointment. We brought him back for a second time about 3 weeks later, this time I had called and scheduled an appointment, and he came back looking even better than the first time and smelt soooo good. Even four days later he still has a clean smell and we take him to the dog bark daily where he rolls in the grass and what not. ANYWAYS, highly recommend. They're very responsive and do an excellent job. First visit we paid $75 and second visit we paid $65 (not sure if he did better the second time or if because we were returning or because they kept him a little longer than usual or whatever) but he's a big boy and you can't beat those prices!

I took my dog in for a simple nail trim. My dog hasn't been the same since. It was like he was in pain afterwards. he's never reacted like that before. when we walked in the owner, I'm assuming never introduced himself , didn't ask what my dog's name was. Just grabbed his leash and walked him to the back. Closed the door. But not all the way. Thank God. Cuz I was kind of able to see my dog a lil bit and comfort him from far. Cuz he was clearly in pain the way he was helping. Not a good experience. My dog is literally traumatized. Wth?

So I took my two dogs today and, as I saw that this location hass 5 stars, I expected a great experience no matter the cost. For $55 a head, more if you're paying by card, I expected a great cut and nail trim; unfortunately it does not appear that it went well because, as i was going over the work that was done of them, I noticed that one of my dogs was bleeding (see attached photo). I must say that I am rather saddened that he is bleeding and irritated at the shop for causing it. It also appears that they knicked my other dog's ear. Needless to say that I shan't return. The individual that helped me was rather welcoming and did well to assist my dogs to the back.

Great guy. My sister brought her dogs over and had hair covering their eyes and couldn't see. Called him up. He was booked for 5 days but made an exception for them and did an excellent job. Thank you.

I like this guys work I really do my dog came back soft . I have a English bulldog. He is 2 yrs old . I took my dog in yesterday and all day since we got back my dog has been constantly scratching him self. He kept me up all last night scratching every 15 seconds he starts scratching him self he wasn’t this bad when I took him in so I don’t know what beno uses for shampoo but my dog isn’t feeling it at all I will need to bathe him again today in oatmeal and hope he stops scratching himself and go from there .other then that I would choose Brno any day of the week . But if you have a skin problem with your pups be cautious.

Love taking my dogs to the groomers they do a great job

I have taken my Giant Schnauzer there 3 times and have always been pleased with the results. She gets excited as soon as we walk in so I'm guessing they take good care of her while she is there. Seems to be on the expensive side, but I guess "you get what you pay for" applies.

I've only been to them three or four times now, but the owner is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, as is the rest of the staff that I've spoken to, and most importantly, my dog gets excited whenever I take him. Very good sign. My dog spends a lot of time outside, which means getting really dirty, and they always leave him squeaky clean, soft, smelling great, and wonderfully groomed. You know, like a civilized dog, as opposed to the wild beastie that he is.

I have a white Golden retriever Beno always does a great job. the best part is your dog is not in a kennel for hours at a time and he's not expensive I highly recommend this place
