LuLu does a great job working with difficult dogs. Our old English sheep dog is quite difficult however she does a great job working with her.

Took our dog Sam here & Lulu was so helpful, she recommended the proper treatment & products, I’m really surprised the prices were so amazing & at everything they have to offer. Sam isn’t a easy dog & she took the time to make him extremely comfortable.. it’s nice to bring your furry family to a place that eases all your concerns ! Thank you Lulu we will be back !

Lulu is amazing with my Scully. Although he acts up around strangers, he was very comfortable with her at the end. He was happy. Her grooming skills are huge Thumbs Up ????????. I'm booking with her for the 2nd time. Anytime I mention Lulu, he wags his tail. I Highly recommend Lulu @ Silky Pelage!

This review is very long overdue. I inherited a poodle mix and let me tell you he has had some bad days with matted hair. I shouldve taken some before pictures but forgot to do so. Silky Pelage Pet Spa did an amazing job in making him look beautiful. He doesnt like being groomed and absolutely hates his paws or face being touch, and yet when he was done he was emmaculate. Thank you so much for your prompt and friendly service. I hope to return real soon. P.S. due to covid19 and my own attempt to groom him I appreciate groomers so much more now. Thanks again!

I loved that Lulu not only explained to me my baby’s first grooming spa day and what to expect but she also sent me pictures and videos throughout the grooming appointment which made me feel less stressed about leaving her. Thank you for being so caring and friendly! We are forever clients!

I don't hardly write a review . All I can say is lulu does amazing job to my baby. This facility run by kind owner friendly they take good care of your pets. I can leave my furry dog with them and not worrying bout him. He's in good hands ????????????????

It’s very hard to find a place where they do a good work AND they treat your dog right. It’s scary to leave your baby somewhere but Lulu made me feel very comfortable from the beginning and just knowing that she will take care and love my dog made me feel less paranoid as we’ve had bad experiences elsewhere. She introduced herself to my dog so he can feel comfortable with her and get used to her. After some petting she held him in her arms while I explained what I wanted done because he was nervous and shaky. She explained to me policies and was professional. At pick up my dog looked and smelled good and he was happy licking her, not wanting to leave, I felt a little betrayed by him lol. Thank you for taking care of my dog and giving him a good experience, you have us for the rest of his life!

I usually do not post reviews, but have to say how Happy I was with Lulu. My dog is sheltered, has not been socialized, and is extremely anxious. Lulu made her feel right at home in about 5 minutes!! She was kind and patient, and took care of her matted areas with such care! I came home and my hubbie and kids were soooo impressed on how Cute she looked!!! My 23 year old, actually took a picture and sent it to friends!!! We are soo happy and will be recommending Lulu to all our friends..????????????

I took my Aussie there for the first time after having horrible experiences at PetCo and Petsmart. I was hesitant at first because Aussies have such delicate coats and my dog often barks when placed in a kennel because he has never been in one (aside from at petsmart and petco and I could hear him barking from the front of the store, even when I requested to not put him in one). So when I asked Silky Pelage to text me 15 minutes before he was done to skip the kennel they did so. When I picked him up, they allowed him to walk around the shop and look out the windows until I came to get him. :) Not only did they fulfill my requests of avoiding a kennel, they also did an AMAZING job on his cut and grooming. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend you come here and support the local grooming businesses before going back to PetsMart and PetCo.

I love it here I will always come back to her she’s amazing at what she does made me feel comfortable leaving my pup. I give this place 100% and more. My dog looks clean and happy, great customer service.

My wife and I have been searching for a groomer for a while. I spa is nice and clean, our doggies came out great. The groomer was so gentle and patient with our love ones. We will definitely will be back, and highly recommend Silky Pelage Pet Spa for your dog.

Highly recommended, customer service was much better than in other places. I definitely plan to return, they did an excellent job with my dog. The owner was friendly, it shows the dedication and affection he feels for pets.

Lovely place I found! Smells good like pumpkin pie and there is friendly caring staff! I asked for a specific haircut and they let me know that they can try to make it look like the picture of a show dog I showed them which I knew my bubz was not going to look exactly like the picture but I wanted something similar. Lulu did an amazing job and tried as hard as she could to replicate the picture! Sorry Lulu I know Lola was a hot mess! You can tell they care of their clients and their fur babies. See you again!

Loved the grooming salon it’s nice and smells good! Also friendly owner definitely loves pets. My baby was happy wagging his tail and he looked and smelled good. They have reasonable prices compared to other shops around way overpriced. We will definitely be back!
