I love this place. I come a very long way now but We used to live in Rancho. It's worth the 45 minutes to know he's in good hands.

I used to take my dog there before they had her red flagged for behavior. When we asked for a price on her grooming their response was that it depended on her behavior. Then pointed out a dog who they had a hard time with whom they had to charge more. A flat price. That's all we asked for but their response was so unprofessional and somewhat shady. I guess they can charge whatever they feel like depending on how much they can tolerate. Won't be back.

The workers are so rude and unprofessional especially the ladies in main front. Will not be going back here again

This pet salon is wonderful!! I took my 3 dogs and not only did they look perfect, but they looked exactly as I requested. Clipz is a very clean and organized facility and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these ladies to groom your babies.

I took my white dogs here and one of my dogs had a dirt spot on her, after the groomers I checked and the dirt was still there making me think that they just take my money. This is very upsetting to me. Bad business would never go here again.

Yes, Yes and Yes! My wife and I just couldn't do any more home baths for our dog. Having to clean the tub afterwards for our son, bending over, hands and knees, etc. Reached out to a few places but Clipz felt the best. I'm here to tell you the reviews don't lie. We were VERY satisfied with our Dog Grooming session. Friendly staff, on-time and our pup felt and smelt wonderful. We've found our new dog groomer and if you're looking, you've found yours too.

Couldn't recommend this place enough. My little dog has long hair and he comes out of the groomers looking so handsome. Wonderful job every time

We've taken our dogs to other groomers and they always come out nervous but with the wonderful team of Clipz pet salon our dogs come out happy. Never been dissatisfied with the work they do. Highly recommend this salon.

Our dogs had an appointment. I was a bit late. I was treated so badly. When I returned to pick up my dogs both owners would not speak to me, even though one was grooming right in front of me. They sent out the dog bather. She was helpful and walked me to my car. I tried to apologize but was ignored. Going to my car I realize one of my dogs has so much hair cut off his topknot he looked ridiculous. No explanation for that. I paid good money plus tip. I have been a customer for 4-5 years. Was scolded in the past for being 5 minutes late. I realize its not good to be late but there are things that delay you when you take dogs to the car etc. Its a shame. I recommended them to others and have many dogs that I took to them. I would not recommend them to anyone. The treatment to me and my dogs that day was beyond being professional. No one should be mistreated especially my dogs. No explanation either. The poor dog bather tried to explain but she was not sure but guessed. They lost my business and my referrals to others. There are other places that will do a good job and treat me like a human.

This place is the best! I have been trusting Rachel and Jamie with my dogs for years and I won't go anywhere else. They always do a great job and their prices are great! I definitely recommend.
