My dogs always looks and feel great after a spa day.

I have had great experiences taking both of my pups to Red Carpet. They do a great job, have always been easy to get an appointment with, and have competitive pricing.

This place is so unreliable!! they tell you to come at 3 and twice they where closed!!!!!! Do not trust this place !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Red carpet takes care of my GSD about once a month and he is always happy when he leaves.

I love this small business, it’s in a perfect location that’s really close to my house by the beach , so while my dog gets groomed I’m usually able to spend some time at those cool shops downtown. My dog is a senior shitzu, and they take wonderful care of him! I dropped my dog off in their salon and I accidentally forgot my phone on the counter.when I returned to the shop the owner had put my senior dog on a towel it was folded up like a padded bed.It meant a lot to me because I know that my dog has trouble with his joints and his hips. She put the towel under him to comfort him, and I appreciate that. That’s when I knew that the shop was for me , i’m busy often and I’m usually up late nights so I love that they offer online booking, so I can plan my dogs groom a few days ahead. When I come pick up my dog his tail is always wagging, And their staff are so kind to the dog they give them treats right after they’re groom. And cute bowties. I haven’t seen the shop go to this extent of quality before and I wish They were open long ago!!

I brought my 15 year old dachshund here for what I thought would be a relaxing spa day. After being groomed by someone who had never done it before and absolutely no experience with dog grooming we ended up at the vet with a corneal ulcer. The guy that washed my dog was apparently just in town to help out his cousin who owns this shop. He had very long fake finger nails on that somehow ended up in my dogs eye and poked her very hard. They knew this happened here and when it happened so after I showed them without ever leaving they started avoiding me that instant. It took me taking pictures of his license plate for the owner to call me. She finally gave me reimbursement for 1 vet visit even though we had 3. I did not want to make this review but after much thought it is best that the neighborhood knows what could happen to their dog. I understand covid has made it tough on businesses but it has also affected my life and I was unemployed for a very long time so that $35 grooming was already pinching my pockets but then after 3 vet visits that really hurt me financially. I hope since this has happened they have hired people with experience and not just their family members. I also hope nobody else has to go through this with their senior dog! Be careful with this place!

I will post my proof, pictures and videos of your employees and my dog's injury. You clearly don't remember what you admitted to me on that phone call! You can lie and do damage control all you want sweetie but my followers will know about you! The vet paperwork and all other evidence will be made into a video....you will see it when it goes viral. The fact that you have an Instagram account that is for talking mess about customers who tell the truth to others by reviews shows your character. So unprofessional. And you are showing the world why they should not support your business. Everyone do yourself a favor and go 1 minute up the road to Tails a waggin'! They are amazing, fast and have never hurt my baby. Also there is nothing shady about their prices and the way they handle the money.

It was my dogs first time there, and the lady that checked us in was very nice! My girl Rosie has been hesitant going to her past couple of grooming places but she was happy going in and happy coming out! They had a ton of availability and the prices are also very fair! We have found our grooming salon!

Had my husky groomed here for the first time today. I love him dearly but he’s annoying as hell when it come to baths. Not only did they do a great job grooming him they were very professional and handled him well.

Highly recommend Red Carpet Grooming! More important to us when it comes to our shih tzu and how well she is groomed is the experience she has while she is groomed. She, our shih tzu, is like one of our kids and her comfort and happiness is paramount. We, she actually had a terrible experience before with a groomer so we are very picky and careful with whom we allow to groom her. They do an amazing job because Gracie Mae comes away from each visit not only smelling good and looking cute, adorable and cuddly but also just as happy as she could possibly be and her happiness, after all is what matters.

Slam bam thank you ma'am! I guess my 6 lb little girl was too much for them. They charged me a handling fee of 10 bucks. She hasn't bit anyone I know of, but they say she did. That's what a muzzle is for! I didn't get what I asked for and she's got long hair left after they shaved her that I'm going to have to trim. All I heard when I picked her up was complaints. Well they don't have to worry about my return business. Totally unprofessional. Oh, btw, if you give her a bad review she texts your private number and tells you how wrong you are! As I say, unprofessional.

I walked in to make an appt for my dog, the gal informed me that they only take appts online. Fine...she quoted me $30 for a bath and nail trim. My husband dropped our boy off. When he returned to pick him up, he was told that it would be $35, not $30, and that they only take cash. Why not tell him that when he dropped off? They only take "online" appts but don't take "online" payment? My husband went to get cash and handed over 2 $20 bills. According to him, the gal asked "do you want the $5 back?"...after which he felt that it would be awkward to say "yes". He would have tipped anyway....what's up with asking for a tip like that? They DID do a GREAT job with our boy -

Jett says he loves his new haircut and I do too. She did an amazing job and got me in when no one else could! Very friendly, polite and professional. She has been cutting hair for dogs for 10 years, I definitely recommend this place! he looks great, even his furry friend thinks so!

Their sign waver in the dog suits are rude and unprofessional. Watched one with a Joe Biden sign up in the air in one hand, and the stores sign dragging on the floor. I also saw them almost knock a bicyclist down because they were so unaware of the presence of the large sign they should be spinning. If they put so little care into choosing their employees they put outside, I can't imagine what could possibly happen to our pets with the employees inside.

We’ve just recently moved to Oceanside and businesses have just recently reopened and our dogs were desperately in need of some TLC. I was able to get an appointment within the week of my call instead of a month wait. Asia took time to get to know my dogs on their first visit, listen to my preferences on how I like them cut and even do a test clipping to make sure the length was exactly I wanted. She washes, grooms, and washes them again to remove excess hair. My fur babies are so clean and silky smooth with their summer cuts. I’m beyond happy with her work and so happy to have already found our new longtime groomer.

This place Is terrible! It took over four hours and I was charged $120, with a $10 overcharge. The lack of communication left me worrying about my pups for hours. I had asked for one of my dogs to be left fluffy, and he was shaved down to his skin. Both of my dogs haircuts are choppy and messy. If I could give 0 stars I would! I do not recommend this place.

Bomb! Great grooming services. Owner is nice, professional, and responsive. Shes also really knowledgeable about dogs in general and has been helpful with questions that have about wellness/general care for our fur baby. Great, fast service and the BEST cuts/trims our Airedale has ever had. We love Red Carpet!
