Very knowledgeable and caring staff really love them they take such good care of my animals

Called 2 times for pet grooming, no one calls me back.

First time, great experience, friendly and was in and out with my kittie cat Luna!

The staff here was so friendly and kind! Really made it an easy experience for us and our dog!

I brought my Shih Tsu in to get groomed and was greeted by a very nice young man. He had the groomer come and talked to me to discuss how I wanted her done and she was super nice too. She even called me when she found some mats to be sure it was ok that she was going to have to cut her hair a little shorter which I thought was going above and beyond. Cara looked darling! We will be back.????????

I took our girl to be groomed at Sydnee’s in Vista. The groomer was Travis, he did an amazing job with our Cavachon! Travis is now her permanent groomer, and our girl loves him! She gets so excited when she’s going to get groomed. The staff is friendly, caring, and I feel at ease that she’s so exited to get groomed and don’t have to worry about her. They keep the store clean, and have a great family atmosphere, positive vibe. So happy we finally found a permanent place to get our girl groomed!

One of our dogs left with a very bad eye infection. That night and the day after she could not open her eyes & the business refused to acknowledge it, even the manager. We wanted to talk to them to make them aware and nothing more. We won’t be taking our girls back here again.

They took good care of my puppy. She is 5 pounds and they treated her well. We will be back.

My Golden Retriever looks, smells and feels so great after a visit to Sydnee's. They do get busy so your appointment might be a month out.

Brought our dog Rocky to Sydnee's for the first time and everything was great. The staff was friendly and said Rocky did a good job. Our dog can be a spaz but they handled him so well and he looked happy around them! We also received a discount as a new customer. Thanks for the great service!

Moved to Vista recently and have taken both our dogs to Sydnees. Excellent service, kind and caring staff, clean facility. Our dogs look very sparkly after their grooming appointments! Thank you Sydnees staff!!!

Good work and good prices. My dogs look adorable when they are done and I pay between 45 and 55 for one 20lb dog.

All groomers welcomed us with a smile and kind words to furbabies. They handled pets with love and care. Some prices are higher than a major pet store chain but quality and friendly atmosphere worth it.

Cleaning caring and do a good cut

Trimmed my German Shepard’s nails (even though she hates her paws being touched) quickly & compassionately. We’ve tried many vets, and we will stick with Sydnees for sure!

They are best on everything .I’m not taking my dog for grooming anywhere else. Their customer service is awesome their place is clean and nice and smell good. They all having smiles all the time and they awesome on what they doing I could tell my poodle was happy too. Their price are fair and they offering discount too. I recommend you guys try this grooming salon once and you are going to love it.

Travis does an amazing job

Walk in new client for dog toe nail trim $13.00 almost no wait. Fast and my dog was good unlike when vet does them.. My dog must have liked Travis. Thank you

Nice people! I took my cat in for a nail trim and he was in and out in less than 5 minutes. That means less stress for my cat. Travis did a great job! Cat nail trims are just $12 as of June 2019. There's also a pet store a few doors down.

Not only does Travis always make my dogs look gorgeous, he also makes my dogs feel comfortable and just takes my super hyper dog's personality in stride.
