This is the best vet I’ve ever taken my cat(Jack Jack) with. Dr. Morris saved my best friend’s life and I’ll always be so grateful. Everyone who works here seems to care so much for every animal that walks in through those doors. It’s wonderful and I can’t recommend it enough.

Ok, we have a bit of bad luck when it comes to Vets, but this one .... OUR TOP PICK! The Dr is so caring, and gentle. She knows how to handle our furry family, and rather than trying to just take our money, she really truly tries to figure out what's wrong with our babies. As long as we have our furry friends, we will come here!!

My pup has been seeing Dr. Morris since we got him nearly 10 years ago. Dr. Morris clearly loves animals: she is so calm, caring, and compassionate whenever Hobie has to see her (which have been a lot due to injuries and allergies). I never feel rushed; she always answers all my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend Dr. Morris and her staff!

When you walk in to Rancho Del Oro Veteran Hospital you are greeted by a warm friendly staff, and you can tell that your pet is in good hands. The Dr. takes her time to inform you about the diagnosis and what your options are. I highly recommend Rancho Del Oro Veteran Hospital.

Do not take your pets to this vet. Each time I’ve gone, I show up 15 minutes early and it still takes them over an hour to take my pet. I understand sometimes offices can be busy, but this has happened to me twice now and I end up sitting at the vet for three hours for just a shot. The last time I went, the vet tech talked down to me and was judgmental about my pet having fleas. That’s why I brought my pet in the first place, to get rid of the fleas! All in all, Dr. Morris is a very smart and kind veterinarian, but the rest of the staff needs much improvement.

The kitten we rescued from a dumpster had a lot of fleas. They deflead our new kitten and gave him a once over! It was nice to know he was healthy otherwise. We're going to bring him back to get neutered soon. It was such a relief to be able to board him since I'm pregnant and my son is a one year old. They kept him for a few nights while his flea drops soaked in and dried. My husband is very picky about vets, every since our dogs passed early this year. And he really likes this vet.

We found Dr. Morris in a pinch when my GSD suddenly couldn’t walk at 4:30pm. We called our previous vet and were told we could drop him off and they could see him in the morning, I was so scared my dog wouldn’t last the hour, let alone the night that I started calling around. We called Rancho Del Oro Veterinary Clinic and the receptionist immediately put Dr. Morris on the phone who told me to give him some Benadryl and to bring him straight in. She stayed with us until after closing and has gotten herself life-long customers in the process. The staff are all wonderful and her prices are so reasonable. I wish I could give her and her office more stars!

Thank you Dr. Morris for taking care of our dog Casey. Her old vet did not find out her problem, so Casey suffered for a long time with her ears. We took her there the first time Monday after reading a lot of reviews, one day later we can tell the progress, our dog feel much better. We are so happy to find this Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Morris, she shows her care and follows up through emails us. One more thing we want to add that her service is affordable! Thank you again

I can not stress enough how Amazing and professional Rancho Del oro Veterinary Hospital is They are by far the best Hospital I have EVER been to.I have been to a lot of the years and have had many pets. My first interaction with Dr, Cecilia Morris was when one on my fur babies was not even a patient of hers yet and she gave me advice over the phone and put me in the right direction. With that one interaction I then Brought my kitty to her for some much needed care. Followed up with then bringing my other 3 puppos. Dr. Morris took amazing care of them, was not a rushed appt even though she was short staffed and the only Dr, on site that day, Dr, Cecilia Morris Staff Was amazing. Natalie, Jocelyn and Zach were so gentle and amazing with my fur babies. as if they have known them forever. so kind and accommodating. . It. Was super busy at front desk . Natalie/jocelyn ( Dr, Morris Daughter) Was beyond professional. she Was answering phones, Checking in guest, making copies all with a smile on her face. Some customer were in a hurry, didn't have an appt, She killed them with kindness and never let it get to her. I was so impressed with her.

Dr.Morris has taken care of 2 of our Yorkies... She is amazing and the staff is great.

My chihuahua has congestive heart failure and Dr. Morris prescribed two different medications that has given Bailey back her life. She's able to go on walks and play with our other dog again. Thanks to the staff and Dr. Morris...everyone is awesome.

First time there so far extremely impressed.

My dogs appointment was at 1:00. I checked in as directed per their instructions and waited 20 minutes. Then texted if I should bring her in the office, they said I could. Then waited another 10 minutes before they took her back. In all 60 minutes for two vaccinations. No apology or acknowledgment of excessive wait times.

This is a great place to take your animal. The doctors are very dedicated to your pet. They are willing to work overtime for you. Please have patience if it takes a bit longer that you feel it should take. You would want the same attention paid to your pet as is being paid to someone else's pet! The other staff members have a love for all animals as well!

Dr. Morris and her team are so caring and knowledgeable about all of our dogs needs and care. We feel very pleased with the staff and attention to detail.

Great care for my cat

Very responsive, always able to fit my dog in for a visit if needed. I trust them with my fur baby.

I called on a Monday morning because my cat was not doing well, and the vet I took her to before had no availability. Dr Morris answered my call and told me to come that same day so she could exam my cat. She diagnosed my cat within the hour I brought her there and instantly started her on a treatment. You can tell she cares about the animals and really puts her heart into her job. All of the staff was friendly and helpful as well!

The staff and doctors at Rancho Del Oro Veterinary Hospital are wonderful. They make you feel like your furry family members are very well cared for. They are fast and efficient in getting scheduled for an appointment or answering questions. And they have adapted well to the challenges of running a clinic in COVID times. Highly recommended.

Took our pup to the vet for a spider bite, it's been over 5 hrs with no phone call for even an update?! Have left multiple voice messages, nothing. I can understand that they are busy but come on, really you guys can't even call us to let us know what's going on..

The staff are phenomenal and so patient. Thank you for taking care of my pup. I will definitely be changing to this location from now on.
