Store was clean, service was quick and friendly. Store was not fully stocked, but that seems to be a universal problem at the moment. Aisles were clean. Everyone was masked. Ordering online and picking up in the store saves a lot of hassle.

The staff was helpful... The problem is the shelves are half empty because like everywhere, they're out of everything... I suggest you look online or call ahead to make sure they have whatever it is you need.

Dog grooming is unreliable here. They let my dog sit for 5 hours!

I really enjoy coming to this petsmart. The hospitality is so welcoming. They have a good selection of fishes. So far the ones we bought are healthy and thriving.

My daughter brought her dog over and I noticed he had fleas... I was like nope! So I ran over the Petsmart and grabbed a over the counter medication K9Plus and some house spray. I had no clue which one to use , but they had this sign to help me make an informed decision. I am glad they were open and had products available for my unexpected needs.

Multiple times when I've visited this PetSmart to pick up my cat food, the Bettas on display are sitting in dirty water and do not look healthy or happy

First time bringing my dog here for a nail trim and had the best experience! Lisa was the one who helped me and she was incredibly nice, had an upbeat attitude and you can tell she really loves her job.. which was really refreshing to see. She also did a wonderful job on my dogs nails! Go see Lisa! Promise you’ll be really happy with the service.

So we are confused. Why are the fish not for sale? Covid reasons would be illogical. We buy things off the shelves that you touch by stocking them, but we can’t buy a fish in a bag? This makes no sense.

Store was clean and everyone who worked there asked if I needed help which I didn't, but its always good to at least be acknowledged when walking around a store. Cashier was friendly and chatty.

Not a huge selection of different types of food. Mainly just bagged dry kibble. Cute animals, but betta fish are clearly being mistreated.

This is definitely the better location of the two in Oceanside. I wish there were more groomers or a bigger space because the appts get filled up so quickly but after going to the other location, I can see why
