Dropped off my dog named Bo for his 1st day at doggy daycare was a easy process. Wonderful staff answered all my questions.

Amazing facility. I have had my dog trained, boarded, and placed my dog in their dog daycare and every service has been excellent.

Our pups absolutely love Animal Keeper. We trust them for anything from day camp to lengthy boarding stays and grooming. The staff is very caring and loving.

The best endorsement I can give is how my cat is doing after a 19 day stay. I was stressed about leaving him for so long but staff took my daily calls and assured me my guy was doing well. One team member even took the time to send me a few pictures - that demonstrated how much she cared and I am so grateful. Now that we are home my cat isn’t demonstrating any signs of having been stressed. He is eating well, sleeping well, hasn’t snubbed us and his coat is shiny - all signs that he had a good experience. Animal Keeper in Oceanside will be our go to for Dillon’s home away from home ????

We have a fantastic French bulldog who stayed a couple of days at the facility for day camp during our vacation. I think he learned doggy social skills there and definitely got some exercise. He seemed happy to visit again after his first trip. These guys are pretty cool and I wished we had a place like this in northern nevada ????

It was my first time boarding my puppy. There were many options to make his stay memorable, including an extra snack, a massage, etc. My puppy was returned to me with a report card of how much he enjoyed his experience. The Animal Keeper also offers doggie day care and a 10-stay package that is discounted. Highly recommend.

My puppy had such an amazing time! It was his first time staying somewhere without me and my husband and when I went to pick him up, he just wanted to play with the other dogs more!!

Kiki had a great time and passed her social test. We have her set up for grooming, training and day care. Awesome and professional staff.

I have been so pleased with the Doggie Daycare and training. Within one day, Bennet was able to successfully introduce my 2 year old Golden Retriever, Jaxx to other doggies. Jaxx, has had social issues since he was 1. Jaxx had anxiety that exhibited as growls and aggressive jumping which intimidated not only us but others as well. A few hours with Bennett and Jaxx is well on his way to becoming a good friend to other dogs. We have referred our daughter, who will bring Sam in as well. Sam and Jaxx are brothers who have similar social issues.

I’ve used AK in Poway, my first time at the Oside location and my pups loved it there. When I picked them up they were both happy and their usual self. Will continue using AK for our boarding needs.

The staff at The Animal Keeper love and care for animals. They are familiar with all sorts of issues regarding the care of pets.’We have boarded our three cats here on numerous occasions sometimes for extended time periods We know they are in good hands.

We had been taking our dog to The Animal Keeper for almost a year. We were pretty satisfied with them until about 3 weeks ago. We picked him up and he had a 3 inch deep gash in his tail at the very tip. They offered no explanation, they never offered anything! No financial help for the bill, they never called to check on him. If you've ever had your dog injure the tip of their tail, it's nearly impossible to keep a bandage on it. We've gone through tons of bandages, our dog has had to be in a cone off and on for weeks, and we are still cleaning up blood from our floors and walls. Every time he gets excited he wags his tail and hits it on something and breaks it open and the process starts again. It's been awful. We will never take him back. They have proven that they really don't care about our dog at all. Think twice before taking your animal here.

First time client. I appreciated their help in setting up an appointment and their very positive contact when dropping off my grandson's Australian Shepherd. Lexy was there for 4 days and I had complete confidence with the staff.

My 1 yr old Golden Retriever loves it here.I have been bringing her here since she was a few months old. There is always a fun holiday dog activity day with picture ops. Bennett the trainer is amazing, a true dog whisperer. The dogs are well supervised and the grounds are well maintained. I highly recommend The Animal Keeper.

I have been taking Alexandra, my great dane, to Animal Keeper for 6 years, since she was just 4 months old. The staff there and kind caring young men and women. She loves going there and often times heads for the door to the play yard before the staff. If you want a safe place for your fur baby to play, Animal Keeper is the place.

My first time going to book a stay for my dogs while i travel for the holidays, i immediately loved it the there. All the dogs are well taken care of and the facility is super clean. Great place for doggie day care too!

We found The Animal Keeper while vacationing in Carlsbad and were so pleased with their staff and facilities....our two goldens had a great time. We will definitely be back next time we're in the area with our pups. Highly recommend!!

Took both my cats just for one night and I did not want to leave myself! My cats had a nice window kennel and the staff was so sweet. The building was also very clean and well taken care of.

Our puppy loves staying with his friends at the Animal Keeper, especially the “tots” play time. Additionally, we added on the grooming at the end of his stay. He’s only been professionally clipped once and had a really hard time with the noise. Sarah (I think that was her name) was so patient with him and he came home looking amazing and smelling so fresh, even his face was all clipped and clean (the part he hates the most). We would highly recommend The Animal Keeper for puppy stays and grooming. We’ll be back for sure! Thank you, Animal Keeper team!
