This facility and the doctor we saw were incredibly thorough and patient with not just me but many of the other pet owners who were here. It was a hectic day with a lot of emergencies, but they were still patient and thorough.

This is a great place to take your animal. The doctors are very dedicated to your pet. They are willing to work overtime for you.

The front desk ladies always seem overwhelmed but they still do a great job. The Dr are very passionate about pets and are conscious about pricing and try to break it down for you so you aren't paying an arm and a leg.

Great care for our pets. Got a new kitten & 1 older one & they take god care of her.

Banfield hospital only, not inside a PetSmart. Scheduled appointment was quick and easy. Recommend looking at scheduling 3 weeks in advance as appointments at all Banfield are very limited. I will consider using this Banfield more regularly than the college blvd office.

I don't know what happened, I took my pet in for treatment of hot spots.they shaved his leg gave him some shots. They did Not cover his wound. Poor guy has been bleeding on the carpet his bed and the tile floor. I called back requesting a time I could bring him in to get him in to be bandaged.

First time at this location. I arrived on time for my appointment and had only a few minute wait before they saw my dog. I spoke with the vet, got meds and was out of there in short order.

I adopted a pet that was previously seen here, so I stopped by to pick up vaccination records. I was totally ignored, even when standing right in front of them at the front desk for a few minutes with no other customers waiting, until I said "hello can I get some help here?" To which they replied "oh we thought you were being taken care of". ?? And no apology. At the very least they should have asked 'have you been helped' or a 'we'll be right with you' or even a glance to acknowledge my presence Their customer service was very poor. I won't be bringing my pet here.

I brought in my new rescue dog, Gypsy for a checkup. The Dr. checked her out so good and was so informative about the immunization she has had, and her breed, as well as what she will need in the future. Very happy to have chose this Veterinarian for her.

My cat has a history of urinary blockage. When he was younger he had a PU surgery to help with this. Years later he blocked up again. I took him to a 24 hour emergency hospital. They said he was blocked and they removed an obstruction and he should be fine with a special diet to dissolve the crystals in his bladder. About a month later he was struggling to urinate again. I had no primary vet since I just moved into the area so back to the emergency hospital we went. After examination they recommended that I put him on a 48 hour catheter then discus with a surgeon a possible redo of the PU surgery. They quoted me over $2000 just for the catheter. Unable to afford that I brought my cat home and hoped for the best. The next day he was still struggling to urinate and I took him BANFIELD. After the examination the Vet told me he wasn't blocked and his bladder wasn't full he just had inflammation in the bladder and the urethra. He sent me home with some anti-inflammatory treats and my cat started feeling better the very next day! Total cost was about $150. Not only did they save me TON of money but probably saved my cat from an unnecessary surgery and probably his life. Forever grateful.

Our cat was in the 3% tile of those cats that have bad reactions to being spayed. She almost died. Banfield sent us over to the VCA Hospital for her to spend the night and to be watched and monitored with IV fluids and antibiotics.She finally recovered after a week and she is doing great.Get this. Banfield paid the 3000 dollar bill at VCA for Lillian.

All the doctors are very thorough and kind.

More expensive than other banfields and we're not very good at clipping my dogs nails

I have not had a bad experience here. They've been really good to my pets when I've taken them for wellness checks. Gave 4 stars only because sometimes the vets give recommendations to expensive unnecessary procedures, but they are respectful of decisions you make. Do your research before agreeing to services.

We meet Dr Carter for the first time recently and liked her approach and expertise.

Everyone is sweet and helpful here. I bring lost dogs frequently to be scanned for a chip, and the experience is always pleasant. If I didn't own rabbits, I would take my pets here too!

Don’t fall for the FREE exam & consultation coupon!!! The staff was friendly but it felt like I was walking into a sales office. We talked about the wellness plan more than we talked about my fur baby. I ended up going to a private Vet hospital and they were able to help my pet with the appropriate medications at an affordable price. Sorry Banfield not for me.
