This place did a botched up job on my dog. They even cut her her whiskers. Her fur is all uneven and they tried to give her some bangs that are also uneven . Half of her coat is long and the other half is short and choppy. They did not even clip her nails and she was there for four hours.

My dog hates getting her nails trimmed. Pretty much impossible to do at home. Her veterinary clinic could only get 1 dew claws done. Pup culture took care of her nails in less than 10 minutes. Thank you so much!

It was Benjamin’s first time being groomed EVER. They did such a fantastic job. He is the softest he’s ever been and probably the well kept with his fur. He looked like a little puppy again when we picked him up. Overall, just a wonderful experience and we will be coming back.

Made an appointment on Sept 9 to have my dog groomed a month later in October after I returned from vacation. I was told that Ty was busy but Kelly would be available on Sunday Oct 10. When I showed up for our appt Kelly said we weren’t booked. Whoever booked us called me to discuss who was available & made the appt. Kelly said bookings are made 2 to 3 weeks in advance, ours was a month out, can’t count on this groomer to make appts & actually keep the appt. Kelly said she’d let us know if there was a cancellation never got a call back even to reschedule. Won’t use such an unreliable groomer. Very disappointed!

Kelly is the best! She does wonders with my persian kitty! Pup Culture is really fantastic!

Friendly groomers. We got both our dog and cat groomed here. They didn’t overcharge and the pets came back clean and smelling good :)

The groomers do good work. My dogs always come out happy after getting groomed. For me that means alot because it shows they care for pets and don't mistreat them.

They also groom cats and I got my cat Momo groomed here recently, the experience was amazing. The staff was so kind, scheduling was easy, prices are affordable and the owner is so sweet. This truly is a hidden gem in my local neighborhood. I wish them big success and I would love to see them grow. They also gave Momo a parting gift, his handkerchief!!

I like this place and they did a great job on my Foofoo. What bothered me just a little bit was their check in process seemed a little bit unorganized. We'll blame that on Covid.

I've taken my dog here for a little over a yr with no issues which is why I gave them 2 stars. About a week ago I took him back for his routine bath, cut, etc. When i got him home I noticed he had some redness on his neck It was swollen/inflamed at this point so I thought maybe his skin was just a little irritated due to his hair being cut so short.(shorter than usual)Before I go further I should explain that Ive had my dog for 6.5 yrs and on avg hes groomed every 8-12 weeks and he has never had any adverse reactions. Ok, so back to the issue...he was groomed on Sat on Wednesday the following week I noticed he had a small abrasion forming under his neck and that his throat was very red and inflamed. I made him and appt with our vet for Friday. Well I woke up Friday morning and his entire throat and even some of his chest was swollen, red, and smelled of infection. I called and spoke to a gentleman who said the owner would be calling me back. I'm not sure if it was the owner who called or the lady who groomed him or if they're one in same but she agreed he was probably cut too short and tried saying because of his breed that yeast infections are common in that area when I told her this would be his first in 6 years. She said "oh well Im sorry". Just wanted to give everyone a heads up to be cautious of this establishment. Im not sure if their clippers are being properly cleaned or if they are just not exercising enough caution while they are grooming but either way I want to make others aware of our experience. Ps. Our sweetie is doing much better now.

I absolutely love this pet spaw! They take such great care of my sweet Persian. Her hair is coming back in so nicely and when she got a knot and I was afraid to get it out because of the location I called and they helped me through it. Im used to paying less for her grooming but they do so much more it's worth it to me. The customer service is amazing and so are their services.

Sometimes I have trouble connecting with Pup Culture - voice mail etc. But they usually get back quickly and get our pup in without too much delay. My dog hates it, but she always comes home looking and smelling like new!

First off I have to give much deserved praise to Manny. Dont get me wrong, I'm sure the other groomers are wonderful too, but Manny really is an all around great person and because of him I was care free when I brought my 2 "special needs" chihuahuas to be cleaned up for Xmas. My 3lb.Little has idiopathic epilepsy and Manny already knew what that entails, and my Male chihuahua/Jack Russell was abused and is incredibly scared of everything, now I'm sure most people would have the attitude of: just groom them yourself .. not Manny he was completely compassionate and intune with my uneasiness which set my mind at ease. I know I probably sound totally neurotic, but these 2 pups mean the world to me and I couldn't imagine if something happened to them! Anyways , thanks Manny and thanks Pup Culture Pet Spaw, I will be a customer for ever!

Dont go there these people love to call animals control and gave you medical advice when you dont want it and need to groom pets and no be veterinary nurse

They take very good care of my older poodle mix Beauregard and they let me know if they notice anything amiss with my beloved boy! I appreciate their professional demeanor!
