I been taking my baby there periodically. My baby has congested heart failure. So I keep getting the run around. I was told by Mrs.Tan that they would have to take to another Veterinary. Started making now file and because I didn't feel it was necessary for a blood testing at the cost ? $ 381 Room visit just to converse with the Doctor about her condition $ 30 to 40 An last but not forgotten medications Unknown amount I was so hurt. I cried and started praying. It is such a shame that there are no Humane Society Oakland Alameda county. In Aug 2 2021 1600.00 September 6 2021 another $ 896 She is my service ???? babies She can even have a minor surgery and her heart would be repaired. You don't know how the hurt and pain until Luv your baby as if you luv anyone in your life. This is not my battle. My father will take this matter into his hand.

Great place to take your pets, I like that they allow walk in's.

The doctor was great with our dog but unfortunately our doggy was diagnosed with a hernia and he was 13 years old so we had to put him down as he was suffering significantly. But I would recommend this place to anybody price is very affordable

Took my dog here for ear cropping. The ears came out good. I would recommend for that. Dogs stays overnight, you pick up next day then take back 2 days later for checkup, then 5 days, then another five days. As far as the service? Communication, none whatsoever. Wait times, vary. Longest I waited 2hrs on one visit, so keep your day open. Pricing, was fair. For ear cropping they go by weight. My dog weighed 21lbs so it was $327. I personally wouldn't take my dog here for everyday issues.

Two of my pets were in need of assistance and we got same day care for both pets. Both of them are older animals and it was very reassuring to have such affordable quality care to help them live their best lives. Very caring, very honest and very reasonable.

I took both my dogs here my female dog we took her here to get a x ray done and to schedule a c section dr tan told me to just come when she in labor my dog in labor now and I called and he said he don’t do c section on a Saturday well that been nice to know now I’m worried and trying find another vet on short notice also my other dog I took him in to check his paw out he told me come on Monday so we do surgery and told me price that it I took him in another vet because it got worse waiting to take him in on a Monday the other vet was very helpful and talk to me about everything it was worse then what dr tan made me think but I’m happy he getting his paw treatment and his surgery I would took my girl this vet but they don’t do c section I just want say don’t go here very unprofessional and also lady was rude here we also waited little over 4 hours to be seen too worse vet ever !!!

I was waiting for over two hours. A customer that arrived an hour later after me needing ear cropping was preferred over my dying dog. Their response was that this is the cut out and the vet has to go home.

The waiting time is long, but if you get here early it’s not so bad. The two times I’ve came they started letting patients and their dogs in before 10 to wait in the waiting rooms. Dr. Tam was amazing; he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made me feel so much relief after I took my dog. She’s 7 years old and had a lump in her chest (she’s had one before that I also had to get removed with surgery) and I was expecting to pay over a thousand, but Dr. Tam gave me a much lower price and said it wasn’t about the money. I absolutely would have paid more at a different location. She was seen fast, I took her in on a Saturday to get the lump checked out and she had surgery the following Monday. At other vets, because she was a new client I had to wait weeks just to get an appointment to see her. Very thankful for Dr. Tam. If you can look past the bad waiting times, he’s a very good veterinarian.

This is a walk-in clinic, first come first serve. Vet is good, but the wait is long, so be prepared to spend a few hours there.

Insanely long wait for walk ins. I was there from 10-3pm just waiting for my cat to get a shot.

Used to go there a few years ago. Service not as great as it used to be.

I've been bringing my dogs here for years..I'm glad that it serves our community.

They are friendly good with animals. They are also super busy but adorable if you are willing to wait. It is worth it. They take good care or my pets.

They have a horrible booking system and the wait times are atrocious. If you have do not have any value of your time, this is the place for you.

My dog has been going here for 10 years. They provide the best and honest care. Dr Tan will tell you what is best for your dog and in the same sentence literally say that it is not about money with him, and he means it. The wait can be long, but it is for a good reason. These guys are the best so be patient and wait and you will see that it is worth your money ????????

Was the second person in line at 9:20 am and was told to wait in parking lot to be called to pick up medications refill for dog. Now its 10:47 am still waiting , I don't need to see the doc just need a refill on medication. This place is affordable but the wait is almost as same as the DMV.

What a chill place. My Lola has a large lipoma on her shoulder. I called to make an appt for her to be seen. "Oh, just bring her in anytime, keep her without food or water so we can do the surgery the same day." I'm a little worried for my near 14-year-old terrier, but I know they won't overcharge me and she'll be comfortable. Stay tuned. #Lo-lo-lo-lo-la!

If I could give 0 stars I would my puppy had an ear infection from getting them cropped immediately after I picked her up I spent over 1200 to save her ears somewhere else if I didn’t take her in she would have died from the infection everything they do is not sanitary the initial surgery was not clean the dogs don’t get put to sleep and I’m complaining to the vet Medical board my puppy is only 4 months and almost died don’t take your dog here pay more money for somewhere where they won’t be so crisp and not clean

Went to get a grooming for my pup, i payed extra for anesthesia because he doesn’t like haircuts, i always brought him here for this but this was my last time taking him here. I got him out of the cage with a red eye and the top of his eyelid bruised. Mind you, I payed $185 then I got him but they continued to charge me extra for eye drops that would help solve the problem THEY caused. Never again.

Been going to Dr.Tan since a teenager I'm now 43 absolutely love them they have cared for every animal I've had since 17

caring care of my beautiful pet. we had to put him down after 11 years of faithful protection and companionship. Dr Tam was compassionate and caring. We received his ashes as scheduled. Recommend

Very unprofessional over the phone and make up lies when they are unsure what to do. My advice is do not go here.
