Excellent doggie daycare establishment, great staff, they really take care of the dogs really well, love them!

Love just pet me, our husky, lilo, has been going there for 3 years now and is always stoked to come back. She doesnt mind the vacation at all. Thank you to all the people at Just Pet Me!

I love just pet me :) they take such good care of my dog Elsa. She gets to run around freely and bark and just do dog things !! They also upload on Instagram pretty regularly. They always go the extra mile by letting me know how she did during daycare or boarding. Also, they put her in different groups (small or big) depending on how she’s doing. Btw the other reviews saying there’s always dogs barking … umm yea dogs bark lol and they have so many dogs … why would it be quiet ?? The dogs are playing lol

I had been sending my dog for daycare a couple of days a week and all was going well. We left town for two weeks and he was boarded there. Came back with kennel cough and giardia, and all the manager said was “we didn’t notice anything different with him.” Really disappointed in how management responded to my concern.

I never have to worry with Just Pet Me. I needed a daycare that my pup would love and that would be available. Just Pet Me is just that. They are open every single day for drop off. If I have to work late, I do not have to worry about rushing home because when I get there at night Alina will always say "I fed him dinner for you." If I work on the weekends or have a project, I can drop him off and Tiffany will make sure he has fun all day. Check the Instagram page. My pup loves Brenda so much that he scratches at the door to get in. And if I have a big project or have to go out of town, I just board him overnight. Since he goes to daycare there, he is always right at home. The unlimited daycare package is very reasonable. The owner, Julie, is amazing. Why leave my dog at home when he can be playing outside all day with a bunch of dogs, eating, and running around. I have never seen a dog dropped off that was scared or afraid to go in. That is the one things that stood out to me. EVERY dog is excited to get dropped off. Amazing staff and will rid you of any worry about your fur baby so you can focus on work while you are away for the day.

Horrible. My dog was there for 2 night only around 52 hours in the place . When I took her back home Sylvia ( my dog ) got very sick day after that I actually took her to the emergency . I don’t know if every bording is like that my was the first time and Definitely the last time . I’ll never trust places like that . If your dog is important to you and if you are Concerning this place my recommendation don’t do that . The place don’t even take responsibility about what going on in there place . Horrible place

This place is a lifesaver. They took our little dog with very last minute notice for four consecutive days of daycare when we desperately needed a place for him to go. No parents allowed inside (at least during COVID) so I never saw what the play area looked like but he was always excited to return each day, which is a great sign! They do separate little dogs from big dogs, which is always a question I have to ask with a 7lb pup who thinks he’s a mastiff. Really nice staff, and super easy drop off/pick up. They made it super easy on us! Will definitely be returning.

JPM has the most caring and friendly staff who know each Dog's name and treat them like family. We have been taking our 8 year old french bulldog there for about two years for both daycare and the occasional overnight boarding and our dog loves it and can't wait to get in the door when we pull up outside. The drop off and pickup is very streamlined with a parking area that is reserved for that purpose. We have taken our dog to many places over the years and JPM is our favorite!

BOTH DOGS GOT SICK after being there for 6 nights. One had kennel cough and the other a bacterial infection on her paws that she was able to lick for several days without the staff noticing. They were incredibly worn to the point of bleeding and limping. They put her in a cone the day before I picked them up. $400 in vet bills later... i was informed it is likely from a product they use to clean or a high moisture environment. I called to inform them and was unable to speak to a manager. Either way our dogs will never go back but I do not want other dogs to get sick!

We've been going here for 18 months and they take such good care of our pups. I often feel like they treat our dogs like they're part of their family. Couldn't ask for better people to watch you pets.

Kind and courteous service, and an abundance of different pet services, ie: nail trims, wash/dog grooming, babysitting services, boarding, and training.

I have been bringing my pets here since 2008 and they have always been happy and extremely well cared for. Everyone is very helpful and friendly and you can always ask for free advice about food, vets, skin care, and even training tips! I am also impressed how they have never stopped improving the facility year after year.

Whenever I have to go out of town on business or for a vacation this is where I always take my pup. I've been using them for several years now and the staff is always so prompt. Drop off and pick up are always really simple. It's also great to have everything on field so I can pick up my pup and they send me an invoice later so it's super convenient!

Been in business for over a decade. Loyal employees and customers! Must be doing something right!

We were very impressed by the kitty hotel facilities - large, airy with tons of natural light. The staff was also super friendly, responsive and helpful.

Amazing, reliable and incredible value. This is the best place and the cheapest too. There are staff still here that have been here since the beginning! Perks available at no extra cost like suites, rice for upset tummies, and filtered water. There are always improvement projects going on. The latest is the outdoor space which is very spacious and pretty.

Over the past 13 years, I have had four dogs board and attend daycare. My dogs have been different ages, from puppies to seniors, and they all go in and leave happy. You can choose if you want your dog to be with small dogs or big dogs. The buildings are large so there is plenty of room for my dogs to run around and play their favorite game, tag. I really appreciate the extra care my senior received during boarding - he had diarrhea so JPM provided and cooked rice at no extra charge. I also like that filtered water is available. You can tell that JPM is well run because throughout the years, the facility has had continual upgrades everywhere. Remarkably, there are still the same smiling staff that have been working here since the first day that I joined. Besides all the above wonderful traits, THIS PLACE IS A BARGAIN COMPARED TO EVERYTHING IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD!

What a wonderful welcome to Oakland. The staff is so friendly and we had a great meet and greet with our Frenchie for daycare visits. Very happy to have found this place.

Our boy Birch loves going to day care here. He loves it so much that he trembles with excitement on the way through the Posey tube. Great service for us humans as well, the staff greet him and instantly recognize our car when we drive up to greet us at the door on many occasions. The whole process is quick and efficient which is great when I have to get to work.

Every time I drop off my dog, they greet him by his name. He's so excited when he arrives and is always excited when I pick him up. I never have to worry about his well being while he's in their care.

Walking by Just Pet Me at 5pm on a spring evening. What I hear is dogs inside the building howling and many dogs barking. It appears form the outside that no one is there to answer their needs. I finish dinner and walk back past Just pet me, still the sound of many sound dogs

my cat didnt come home with fleas/bedbugs/ticks/kennel cough, so im gonna keep bringing him here. cons: not much parking available.

We've taken our Frenchton Whiskey to Just Pet Me since he was 11 weeks old, and he is now 2 years old! He goes on average about three times a week, and he just loves it! Whenever we arrive at the daycare, he is eager to run in and see his friends! All the employees are super friendly, and very good with dogs! They have the best hours and rates of anywhere in town! We love that we can pick him up as late as 9 pm, which is awesome if we have dinner plans. When he gets home, he falls right asleep, from a full day of play. They have 5 minute parking for drop off or pick up which is convenient, but sometimes is overly crowded during the rush hours. Whiskey is a well adjusted dog, and gets along with all dogs and people. We think its due to his many visits to Just Pet Me, where he's learned pack order, as well as how to obey and listen to people. We'll continue to take Whiskey here for many years to come!
