Dog Time! San Leandro, California

I love this doggie day care and boarder. They have always been incredibly friendly and responsive to my questions and requests. My dog has so much fun when he attends. Additional I love that they seem to enjoy spending time with my dog. The cameras are an added bonus.

My daughter uses them regularly when she goes on trips because she can check in on her dog on her phone and watch him playing.

I've been coming here and bringing my dog here for over 2 years now. I keep coming back because I like the space. It's in a warehouse so the dogs are able to breathe and get fresh air. Other boarding places I've tried, they keep the dogs in a closed room with no windows, there's no fresh air, and it feels suffocating. Here, I know my dog can stay cool, especially during the hot weather and temps are high. The staff are all very professional and take time to learn the personalities of each dog. They are kind and treat the dogs well. I especially appreciate the camera aspect. In the beginning, I would check on my dog often, but now I only check once in awhile because I know she's safe and well taken care of.

Our Little Chaka loooooves this place.! They're a wonderful business. It's close by, affordable, reliable and always remember us and his name.! We'll miss this place, as we're moving out of state and never had hospitality like this before. HIGHLY RECOMMEND .!

We've had a terrible experience at this place. Last year we had a trip for 3 weeks in Europe so we found this place since they offered an unlimited 1 month board and daycare for about $900. Before our trip we used the daycare for about a week so our dog get used to the place! We’ve never noticed any issues during this time (we really didn’t spend that much time watching webcams) so we left him for 3 weeks there! Man, what a mistake! we started watching the webcams while we were in Europe because we missed our boy, there we found out about the horrible mistake we did! Our dog was a high energy 1 year old samoyed dog at the time. They used to punish our poor baby and give him timeouts for almost half an hour inside the tiny rooms they have in the playgrounds. Once he got timeout for 26 minutes, then he was out for only 2 minutes, and again another timeout! We recorded it! Man, it was scary! They totally ruined our whole trip. We spent our whole time calling them and asking them to stop punishing him! I never forget how much I cry in my trip because I was soooo concerned about him. We never ever got back to this place again. I definetly do not recommend this place especially if you have a high energy dog! They really have no idea how to treat these types of dogs!

I loved taking our German Shepherd Griz here regularly for daycare when we lived in San Leandro. We still go out of our way from Oakland to take him here for boarding because it's the best. The facilities are so clean and they're really mindful about playtime. I know Griz is in good hands when he's there.

The very best place to take your puppy or dog while you are working. Their staff is warm, caring, friendly and in tune with all of the dogs...it is.your puppies/dogs, Stay & Play family, while away from family. It is a happy place ❤️

Our pup loves to stay here. I really like that they have some one there all the time and that they have webcams to look in on the dogs.

This was my first time bringing Zelda . I was greeted right away . I loved how you can watch you dog play with the other dogs on their app. I recieved a message that she was doing great. The first two hour visit was complimentary. I will be taking her back soon.

I've taken my dog here for almost two years and I'm very happy with the quality of service I get. It's very clear that everyone who works here has a passion for what they do which makes leaving my best buddy with them for the day easier. Very little parking out front but it's never been a problem for me when dropping my puppy off to get in and out. Ring the door bell for service, they keep the location locked to keep animals in!

Their customer service has been perfect. Our dog's tail is always up and he enjoys it there. How do we know? They have a private camera that I can watch him on while I'm away on my travels.

I love this place! When we drop her off she thrilled to be thereto play with her doggy friends.By the time I pick her up she's ready to go home and relax. They Also have a groomer and training in the same building!

We send our new puppy here 2 to 3 days a week. She loves it here. The staff is wonderful and we've never had a problem.

My wife and I have been bringing our dogs here for over two years, for both day care and boarding, and we absolutely love it. Everyone from the owner on down clearly loves dogs and takes wonderful care of them. The facilities are well maintained and the staff is very professional yet also warm and friendly. We've never once doubted that our dogs are in excellent care. Pricing is reasonable, and location is perfect for BART commuters.

Our pup seem to love it at Dog Time. The staff is great! Prices are very reasonable especially if you buy the bulk package. Did I mention the staff are exceptional there?, They truly treat our pup like one of their own.

My dog and I love this place. Sacha is so excited when she comes here. When she gets home she's so tired from playing. She just sleeps hoping she gets to go the next day. Excellent staff.
