Our first time here, and absolutely loved how Bithia groomed our goldendoodle daisy. So thankful for her being referred to us. She was so sweet and caring. Daisy was so relaxed and so beautiful when we picked her up. Thank you so much!

I used to go to a place in Blackhawk, but I LOVE this place! My English Bulldog apparently had skin allergies, but ALL FUR LOVE, made sure everything was hypoallergenic!!! I have a happy and well groomed pooch. THANK YOU!!!

1st time my dog has been groomed(7yo). I couldn't cut his lovely locks but he was burning up in this Danville heat. All Fur responded to my request for an appointment immediately and got him in. He looked wonderful and all who know him commented on how great he looks. Thank you All Fur love grooming, you did a wonderful job and gave excellent service. Much appreciated

We had an excellent experience! Our beloved Oso (who has a double coat by the way) came out of his salon experience happy and so very, very handsome! The price was reasonable, a good value in fact considering the excellent grooming he received. We will be back! Thank-you, Brittany, K.L. and All Fur Love.

I took my dog here in order to get a de-shedding shampoo and brush. My dog is a German Shepherd, and like all German Shepherds he has a double coat, which means he can not be shaved at all. My partner confirmed with the groomers when she made the appointment, and I confirmed when I dropped my dog off, that all they were doing was the shampoo and the brush. That is all that was mentioned or talked about. When we picked my dog up, the only thing mentioned to us was that my dog did not like blow dryers, which is something we warned them about in advance. There was no other mention of any other problems. The day after we picked up our dog, my partner goes to pet our dog and he yelped so loud I came running from the other room. I can't describe the sound he made, other than to say that if you have owned a dog who had been in tremendous pain, you will know what I am talking about. We inspected my dogs back and found open cuts and dried blood. Now, between my partner's schedule and mine, one of us is always home with our dog, and we knew that he had not been injured in our care. On the Monday after my dog's appointment, I took him back to the business in order to talk to the employees about what had happened to my dog. One of the employees even mentioned that he had told another employee that they had injured our dog. None of that information was passed on to us. That part is the worst, because it even states on their website that they immediately tell the owners if a pet sustains an injury. That was not the case here. I was informed by one of the groomers that they had attempted a technique called "carding", which is a method using a dull knife to shorten the hair of double coated dogs without shaving them. This was not discussed with us before hand and whoever did the "carding" technique managed to cause multiple lacerations to my dog's back. Now I'm going to do something they didn't and I'm going to be forthcoming with information. They did refund us and paid for our dog's first vet bill. However, my concern comes from the fact that the owner refused to talk to us or reach out, and used one of the managers as an intermediary. And my other concern is that they inflicted horrific injuries to my dog's back. We had a vet appointment later that day and the vet had to shave our dog's back in order to see the extent of the damage, which you can see in the picture. The veterinarian assistant was even disturbed by what had been done to our dog. It has been over a month and our dog's injuries still aren't fully recovered. And because the vet had to shave his back, the fur in that patch will never be the same.

The groomers at All Fur Love are all wonderful. Bithiah has been grooming my little girl for about a year and always takes great care with her. It can be difficult to find a groomer who likes long haired dogs and I’m very happy to have found Bithiah. If they have new client openings, take advantage. They are reasonably priced and very good.

Shouldn't take 3 to 4 hours to have a dog get cut.
