The second time I made an appointment at petco for grooming, waited for weeks and they call me, the same day to cancel my appointmen.So disappointed!

Our dog has his bath and haircut here. He always looks and smells fantastic after our visit. Great staff!

Meager selection, but i'm glad I got the last toy taco, which my dog loves 2nd most to a Nerf soccer ball from the San Rafael Montecito branch.

No issues. They had what I came to shop for. I always shop at Petco. I don't shop anywhere else. Your rewards program could be much improved upon.

It's ok.. Nothing like pet club in Corte Madera but the people are very nice n the lady manager is very capable n friendly....they lack some things but it's not their fault but their supplier....I recommended if only because of the people who work there.....check it out...just don't try to get Cat Sip Milk....that stuff Is hard to get n cats of all ages love it....try it n see.....

Gerry was extremely helpful. We were shopping for a new pet (our first) and he was so helpful in guiding us to what we need to buy. It felt very overwhelming when we started and he made it much easier.

Its ok. Good to get frozen or dry food for my fish. I've never bought fish, inverts or corals here though.
