I was deeply disappointed to find that the grooming service advertised on their website at $85 actually cost $130. I got caught in a bate and switch. The clip was okay - about on a par with Petco’s.

This kennel is now under NEW OWNERSHIP and one you won't like. They DOUBLED the rates and they aren't as friendly with the dogs. I'm so disappointed as this used to be a great dog kennel in Novato.

Not good, new owners not only charge double for grooming but they did not do a good job.

Well loved and much appreciated place for all dogs that require a lil babysitting. Staff is wonderful and tentative to all your canines needs.

Are you serious? I just popped in and got my puppies toenails cut for just $5!!!! Their prices are great, super friendly staff and knowledgeable groomers. They're very good with my babies. Very gentle. A little hard to find, but boy am I glad I found them

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. They cut my dogs nails with ease and for a great price. They offer day care for dogs and grooming services. Clean grounds, and great prices. Highly recommend checking them out.

Definitely a great place to bring your dog for daycare or boarding. Robi is the owner, she's very nice and fun to talk with. She's an all around dog lover. Her main guy is Carlos, he's great with dogs. My pup Harvey is very anxious, but he's comfortable with Carlos. There's also a trainer onsite, Trish, she's very knowledgeable and spends a lot of quality time with the dogs.

I bring my poodle Sozo to Postmore whenever I go on a trip Postmore is extremely clean and a very happy place for dogs to get together hang out and play Postmore is a safe happy environment with sweet dog loving professional people caring for dogs as for grooming they are the very best I've ever seen....!!!

My Name is Sunny Sanders and I brought my dog, Babygirl to your location for grooming. She is a poodle (MIX?) and some of her hair was matted especially around her ears. I asked the two men there to please save some of the length. I knew her ear hair needed to be shortened because it was too long. I dropped her off at 10:00am and never received a call back so at 4:00pm I went to pick her up. She had a very, very close shave. Both men said she had many fleas and that they had been eating her ear tips. I was shocked. I didn't see any fees on her especially sense she is on "comfortis." This doctor prescribed oral flea medication keeps her flea free. She has dime sized bloody scabs on both ear tips. This was a result of an injury during her cut. I am so disappointed! The first time I went there, a woman did the grooming and she seemed good. However, after todays treatment, I won't be back. (I would leave a "no star" but had to give it something).
