They are always so nice and helpful. Making sure they connections between animal and human are safe and educated for each adoption. Answering all your questions, and wanted to you to follow up even after adopting to see how things are going. I always love they kind service

Very nice and helpful people. We had to coordinate with some people, but they allowed us to donate a large terrarium/aquarium after business hours.

The staff was amazing! They were very patient and allowed plenty of time for us to find a good fit for our family. They helped me pick out all the supplies i needed from the store inside the center. We found 2 sister kitties, 3 months old, and have already adapted well to our home. I am so appreciative of Patricia and the rest of the staff. Our family is complete thanks to the Marin Humane Center! ❤️

I just sponsered a great cat named Lars. I wanted to adopt this sweet boy but my cat doesn't like other cats but I'm willing to help pay his vet bills and other necessities to help this great kitty. Lars is a great cat and will make a great addition to your family

most of the people were rude old and judgmental though they are doing a good thin (don't bring children or you'll have three old ladies watching your every move)

We adopted a Kitten. The folks at Marin Humane are amazing!

If a dog has no home to go to, the Marin Humane Society in Novato, is "The Best" place for him or her to go to. First they give the dog a medical check to see if everything is ok, and their health is good. When this is done, they put him or her up for adoption. The goal is to find the dog a "good" home. I have personally seen some good stories happen here. By the way, cats get great treatment there, too. Give them a look.

I love fostering kittens. I have fostered over 100 kittens for Marin Humane. They do a great job finding homes for the fosters and give me the support I need to take care of these animals.

Such a great place. The staff is kind to the animals which I LOVE! I recently got my 8 month old pup from there and as I walked through the door, I was greeted by warm smiles. Brilliant.

The MHS is a no kill shelter which also performs sterilization on its animals to help stem overpopulation. They offer classes for new pet parents as well as dog obedience training. The store has a great supply of pet food and items for your pet, as well.

I called about a dog that lives very close to where I live. This dog whines/cries during the day. This dog is outside most all of the time that I can hear. I feel so sad for this dog, as he seems distressed. At night the dog is always outside and barks at all hours. I can hear the dog over my tv and causes us to be awakened. I have called the police however, it doesn’t seem comfortable to call police when it is not a criminal matter and taking them away from society’s safety isn’t something I want to do. So what is a good remedy for all involved? I Called marin humane society and they don’t deal with noise complaints.
