Terrible service. Does not care about animals at all. The front desk was very rude and dismissive. Money is their number one priority and that is it.

I came in today with my buddy Strawberry (cat) that I recently adopted and needed a new vet. She got all her vaccines, rabies shot, fecal test, deworming medicine, etc for $300 even about. After hearing all the stuff included I was worried it was gonna be like $700 or something, I'm new to this. So I'm happy, thank you.

If you care about your pets, you will not take them here. I had 3 furbabies and took them here regularly because this was the local veterinary clinic. Every year Dr Smith said there was an issue with their teeth and needed extractions. Thousands of dollars later and finally my maltese with undiagnosed (Heart disease) under Dr Smith's care died less than 2 weeks after dental with him when he lost consciousness from his heart because he should have never undergone anesthesia in the first place and should have been referred to a specialist. Dr Smith pulled out ALL my precious maltese teeth out and my boy suffered his final days of life. I cannot consciously recommend this place to anyone who has pets. He sees clients as a Cash Cow and charges for everything under the sun even making up stuff so you pay for it! I've never even received the full medical records on my dogs from them when I left because it was "too much " for the female supervisor to make copies of! I can go on and on about so much but let's just get down to the fact that Dr Smith cares about how much he can profit from you at the expense of your furbaby's health. I feel forever guilty for ever trusting my dogs care in his hands and would apologize to them if I could. My baby suffered without any teeth left , and shouldn't have gone under anesthesia at all...I can't go back in time to save my babies from these unscrupulous and unethical practices...but you still have a chance to make a better choice in picking an selecting a quality Veterinarian over this one. Good luck moving forward and moving on from here.

We’ve been taking our pets here for over 20 years. Always professional and always sensitive and caring. Wouldn’t go to another vet.

My 11 year old Shih Tzu was behaving strangely, but our regular clinic didn't have any appointments available for at least 5 weeks. Based on reviews online, I decided to try Northridge Vet and they were great! They saw him the next day, they were very thorough and kind and my little guy seemed unphased, even after having tests run by strangers, in a room where I wasn't able to be with him. As promised, the vet also called me personally the next day to discuss the results, etc. I truly appreciated their professionalism; we will definitely be going back.

I called a few days ago in regards to my girl friends dog. Unfortunately, she was throwing up constantly and had not ate for two days. She has previously been diagnosed with pancreatitis and we were concerned it was flaring up. We called multiple vets, all being attentive and understanding of our concern; however, most were busy. Eventually, I did decide to call here as well because this my vet for my own dog. I asked for the supervisor because on my last visit, the receptionists were sitting before multiple clients arguing their vacation schedule because they didn’t want to be there. Once I had the opportunity to speak to one of their supervisors she was extremely condescending and unreceptive to our concerns. She made us feel invalid and by verbatim told us “we had made it seem like we had an emergency”. Unfortunately, I do not remember the woman’s name that I spoke to but at this point she laughed at our concerns for calling and trying to ask to schedule an appointment. I understand you guys are busy and that it was a Friday but I was genuinely worried for my girl friends dog and was looking for advice and to see if they could possibly schedule an appointment. They ended up allowing a drop off, costing over 250 dollars, in which the other hospital we ended taking our dog too barely exceeded 200. Ultimately, I don’t think anyone can appreciate being laughed at over genuine concerns of their dog. I don’t plan on coming back here. Dr. Gross man is my usual vet here and he has always been great. Unfortunately, he was not the one who answered the phone at the time.

Though the wait time was a tad bit long (I had my appointment for 12 and got into a room at 12:40), I empathize for the fact that there was to walk in emergencies at the same time as me. I could have not asked for friendlier, more proficient staff and Dr. Smith, the vet that attended our miniature schnauzer, recommended lab work that potentially saved our little Luna’s life 8-week life.

The food is delicious, traditional Mexican. Unfortunately, the staff at the register are rude.

Been to this Vet since 2001, clean office (not smell)knowledgeable, friendly, fast respond, This time with my second furry baby, Doc Lauren Gammaitoni was really thru. Never failed my expectations. That's why I am driving 40 miles 1 way to this Vet (moved )far enough just to go to vet

Unhappy with our current vet clinic and Dr. Smith was recommended to us. Brought our lab in with a foot problem...on time for appointment, extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. We will be transferring our other 2 dogs too!

Be aware of prices. Compare to other places for similar services prior to agreeing to pay. Terrible attitude to top it all. Will not be back ...

This place is a gem. I have been seeing Dr. Smith for years but all the vets are great. They are kind and are up to date on the latest. Whenever I take my pet to another vet I always regret it. Know that you pets will be in good hands here.

I found this clinic to be the very best because of Dr. Winkler. She is compassionate, caring and loves animals (as a vet should). Thank you for taking care of Ms. Tiedye.

We have been going there for the last 10 years. Not only has the care been incredible but Dr. Smith diagnosed the cancer in our 13 year old dog and we were able to extend his life by 3 years. The staff is very caring and the doctors are knowledgeable and honest. I don't know what we would do without their care.
