Marco at unleashed is expert. Great job on the nails. No more scratches from Daisy. I go to a boutique salon, but needed a quick bath for my new rescue. I had problems washing my dog at the self wash. Marco notice me and offered service, am glad he did.

They made changes to the Vital Care that make no sense.... who pays almost 20 dollars a month for a discount? Mine is not supposed to be changed and they have issues every time it's time to pay. My groomer is good with our dog.

Truly disappointed with the service I was provided with at this location. I arrived at 5:00pm and was told by the manager Ren that the self wash closed at 4:45pm. The store closed at 7:30. Why would they close the self wash 3 hours before? I tried reasoning with Ren. I explained how far I had driven and even compromised not to taking longer than 20 min washing my dogs but she still refused. I understand that employees want to go home shortly after the store is closed but it doesn’t make sense to close down a service so far in advance.

Tired of dealing with this store and their arbitrary self wash rules. The “last call” for self wash keeps getting earlier and earlier without reason. It used to be store close, then 6, then 5, and today was told it’s now 4:45. I arrived at 4:51 and was told there are no exceptions. The employee behind the counter also lied and told me they were “all out of dog washing supplies” while I could see the buckets ready to go behind her. Enough with this, won’t be back.

The whole show it was indeed off the chain I thought unleashed was just a marketing gimmick for a Hot topic style Petco but it turns out it was just off the chain Mike dropped.

Staff was incredibly friendly. Robert was an exceptional sales associate. Grateful for his knowledge and food quality for my dogs. Hopefully make the best election for my breed and my dog's needs. Will be coming back to this location

Good selection of cat food, accessory and accident clean up enzymes. Friendly staff. They accept clean gently used cat litter box donations.
