Sharp Pet Hospital North Hollywood, California

I’ve used their services in the past but apparently they won’t allow you to come back if you’ve been inactive on their side for more than 2 years. They’re not accepting new patients but that shouldn’t apply to me because I’ve used them in the past. You don’t want my money — that’s fine but let’s be real here. Don’t make excuses for dishonorable business practices.

Dr. Sharp & staff do a terrific job. They are attentive and do everything they can to make sure you and your pet feel comfortable. The office is extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I live out of state now and make sure to coordinate my dog’s needs to this office when I am in town! They are the best.

Everyone is very efficient and pleasant. They are extremely busy, but care for the animals and their humans individually and make each client feel important. We have been patients of both Dr. Sharp(s) since the 1990's. We won't go anywhere else unless it's an emergency and their office is closed.

My mom has been taking her 3 pitbull mix dogs here for the past 10 years, the dogs are now seniors and for the past year she noticed that her dogs dont get quality care, this Vet is now more about quantity (trying to get many patients in) but not quality, my mom mentioned he never checks their heart, ears, temperature etc. Unless you specifically tell him. he is always in a rush to get you out, one of my moms dog just passed away last week because he had him on seizure medication and never switched it, well apparently that medication caused him to have very low amount of blood, well he took away the seizure medication and then didnt prescribe anything else for seizures, and never gave a diagnosis/solution to the problem…Her dog ended up getting more seizures and passed away. My moms other 12 year old dog is also sick and we took her to another vet that diagnosed her with fluid, heart condition and liver problems, she is obviously sick and all dr sharp did was give her antibiotics when she took her about a month ago, he never diagnosed her properly. My mom finally switched Vets and wished she would've done it sooner. A good Veterinarian cares about finding the problem/medical issue, Seems like Dr sharp just brushes off the problem and doesnt diagnose your dogs correctly

I have been going to Dr. Sharp for at least 10 years. I have just taken my newest addition to my family and I drive out of my area to Dr. SHARP.. I highly recommend and appreciate him.

Dr. Sharp and his staff are the best. They cared for my dog for over 7 years until we moved out of state.

We have been taking our dogs to Dr. Sharp for 10 years. He is the only vet I truly trust. He has never done unnecessary tests and procedures, which I had encountered many times before. His entire office is phenomenal!

The older lady that works at the front desk with black glasses is very RUDE , I love the vet and coming here but she makes the experience just not good ...I had my mask off in the room for one second and she was practically screaming at me to put it back on ( I'm all for wearing masks it had just been covering my eyes so needed to readjust it ) she could've said it in a WAY different tone ..then she walked by and the door wasnt fully closed and she forcefully slammed it closed scaring my dog. Then she called me a liar about them giving me a shampoo for my dog over the weekend !!!!!??!!???? This lady is on another planet ...Ive been coming to this place for years but honestly she just ruined it - I won't be coming back ...

I regret that their hours are presently so limited; they have been very kind to me and my various dogs and cats and I appreciate that they not push medications on you ; as I say I wish they had longer hours

Dr Sharp is the best! I've taken my cat here for quite a few years, he's very reasonably priced and practical. I've taken my cat to other places and they want to do blood test and all kinds of goofy things when it's not necessary. I highly recommend him and have already to most of my friends. Take your animals here for a great price and great service!

We love Sharp Pet Hospital as well as our fur babies. Dr. Sharp is the best and every one there is very friendly, Maria always help us a lot when we have questions she explains us everything in Spanish our first language! (Because when is something important like vet visits we always prefer to get explain en Español) We had been with them for many years now and we always recommend them to all friends, co-workers and people we know who may need a trustworthy veterinary service which is so hard to find with so much people on the field just for the money People who had visited Sharp Pet Hospital always gives us thanks for sharing our vet with them. Not only the prices are good, very affordable, but is highly qualified service as well!

I totally recommend SHARP PET HOSPITAL, Dr. Christian Sharp is a great doctor who attended my beloved Oreo and Eli for several years. Clinic is always clean and in a good location, staff is great too, prices are reasonables, "They really do care about animals" Thank you so much Dr. Christian Sharp for always been there for my babies and thanks to all the staff members!

Pandemic rules in place and work out perfect unlike other place. I ended up returning to Dr Sharp are a hiatus whereat you were not allowed in with your pets. This office has made the proper adjustments!

Immediately saw that he couldn't do anything for my dog and referred me to other vet. Charged me $59 for 2 minutes of an office visit.

Wow this place is so great. I took my little negrita because she not feeling well by the time we left the hospital she had a skip in her walk. That made me feel so good!!! I love this place!!!!

Dr Sharp is hands down the best vet! We have been taking our dogs to him for years! He is always honest and isn't in the business for the money. He actually cares for the animals and their well being. I never ever want to take my dogs anywhere else!

I have been a client of Dr. Christian Sharp for approx. 12 years now and when I switched to him and his Clinic, I had been going to another Vet for 40 years, and because my old Vet changed and was not a Doctor anymore, just a businessman. Dr. Sharp is the real deal when it comes to HEALERS, he does not want to treat, he wants to cure all critters, and he knows how to do it! I am convinced he is one of GOD'S special one off's that we are blessed to have as a Veterinarian. He has saved my dogs life several times , and yesterday, he performed more miracle work. He is definitely an Angel in a humans body. I do not know words that mean the THANK YOU I wish to convey. if you have a Dog or Cat, and you love them too much, you owe it to them, and you to take them to SHARP'S PET HOSPITAL. It could save their life. You will be real glad you did!

Dr.Sharp is by far the best vet in Los Angeles, but I swear his staff don't know how to operate a phone. Either I get put on hold for 10 minutes before I hang up or they simply don't pick up. I've been trying to set an appointment for about a month now.

Great service, the staff is super friendly and they take great care with our dogs.
