My cat Sunshine comes here too see the doctor. The staff is really really nice and helpful with any questions I have. The doctor is very friendly and nice. As a first time cat owner I'm happy I get to bring her here and she gets taken care of. She's got her vaccines and spayed here. I'm very grateful

I had a pretty good experience. I scheduled an appointment and got there in the morning at 8:30am like agreed and picked up my dog at 3pm (thats how long it took to neuter my small dog). Its been about 3 days and so far my dog seems to be healing well. I am thankful.

My senior cat had been sick for a while. I took him to a few vets and always left without any real answers. I had taken him to mcclaves which is probably the most expensive vet in the valley just to be told that my cat is old and should be put down. I refused to accept that. So I found holiday humane. Over the course of 3 weeks the doctor and nurses there figured out what was wrong and aggressively treated it. My cat is now 100% better. Like a whole new cat! He eats, he has the zoomies.. He's just happy! And can finally breathe out of his poor little nose! I am so grateful to them for not giving up on my sweet boy! Highly recommend!

Well, my experience was fatal. I was not told what the risks of teeth deep cleaning and extraction on my old Chihuahua would be. Now, I’m crying for her because after the surgery my dog started to have seizures and they began to increase incrementally with longer duration. My dog had to be put to sleep because of the increase in seizures causing too much strain on her body and she wasn’t able to move on her own anymore . During our visit, one of the staff members was rude and very pushy. It is very evident that all they care about is money .

I am being lenient when giving this Vet Clinic 2 stars, simply on a pleasant staff and veternarian, in addition to cost; PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR BELOVED PETS HERE IF THERE IS A GIVEN OR SUSPECTED UNDERLYING ILLNESS as my fur baby has passed away due to Holiday Humane's neglect for kidney failure. I intitally brought my cat into Holiday Humane for a follow-up visit and cleaning of his wound. Upon our first visit, I showed the vet a detailed discharge report (only 2 days prior) from an emergency vet, stating blood work is required immediately for a suspicion of liver failure (I rejected bloodwork due to the ER visit cost hence why I went to Holiday Humane). The Holiday Humane vet asked me a handful of questions and came to the conclusion that my cat was "old but in great health". He also said for my cats age and with his wound, he would be lethargic. Instead he denied the blood work and treated him for arthirithis and nausea. My cat was also given vitamins and we were asked to come back in a week. Over the course of 3.5 months, per vet requests, my cat and I were visiting weekly, sometimes bi-weekly, for routine exams. Throughout those months the invoices kept adding up and his blood work requests were continuously shot down. I was told to give my cat pedialyte for the frequent vomitting. Over the months, my cat lost weight, his health deteriorated and he wasn't his rambunctious and playful self. Then one weekend, death finally crept up. With less than 1% chance of survival, I tragically had to put my companion down. Per ER vet, my cat undeniably was dying of liver failure. The emergency vet and staff (not Holiday Humane) were dumbfounded and saddened that his condition continued to be ignored by Holiday Humane Clinic. “Bloodwork should’ve been given upon your first visit to Holiday Humane and your cat should’ve been treated for liver disease months ago”. I understand my cat was 21 years old but he was abnormally energetic. Only 4 months ago I have video footage of my cat jumping on counters, running and being energetic. When a concerned owner is trying to ensure their pets health by taking them to the vet, it should NEVER be avoided!! Especially for an owner taking their pet in so frequently over the course of months and requesting something as simple as bloodwork. I discourage you from using this vet clinic unless your pet is in good health and requires minimal treatment. I'm still grieving the loss of my furry companion.

These people have bought reviews! Do not come here, they will not answer your calls. They always hang up on me after leaving me on hold for hours.

These are most likely fake reviews. If you call them they will leave you on hold for hours and sometimes hang up on you.

Great service, however because of Covid-19 restrictions you must wait outdoors with your pet. Not much fun for pets when it's 90 degrees outside.

I was happy with the service. However, they said there would be an extra cost if she was in heat but she was not exhibiting any of those signs and of course they called later to say she was in heat. I was instructed to bring her back in a week to be checked and was surprised that I was charged for the follow-up. It should have been included in the over $150 I paid for my cat to be spayed.

Reasonable neutering for my dog. Every 2 months have nails clipped and only takes 5 minutes unlike groomers where you have to leave your dog and come back.

Scheduled an appointment. When I arrived, the office was closed with a paper saying there were closed until further notice. Did not receive a call about the place closing or that my appointment was cancelled.
