Says the offer emergency care but when we tried to get our dog (who is already a patient there ) in for an emergency they said 3 days for an apt Very disappointed

They are the great. Waiting area and rooms are always clean and they make me feel like my dog is the only animal they’ve seen all day. Kind, caring and knowledgeable.

Great staff. Got us right in. Affordable and very pleasant experience for me...don't think pet enjoyed it but we are grateful! Thanks Staff!

friendly & Clean atmosphere

I've been taking my fur babys to VCA Highlands animal Hospital for years. The staff there are so nice

Even with Pandemic restrictions, I had an Awesome experience my first time there. Very friendly and professional. Took the time to explain some things to me about my new adopted friend AJ. Will certainly be our Doctor.

Great customer service and the ladies working there we the sweetest. The doctor also made it an easy visit!

Very affordable. My boy even liked it and that's saying something in itself. He hates vets as most pets do. But they treated him like he was one of their own made him feel safe and comfortable. Even after procedure having "cone of death" on. He came out tail wagging trying give nurse a kiss bye. Take your loved ones there they will be treated as well as loved by the staff. I give thanks that they're there for us during this hard time.

Had to find a new veterinarian so VCA right next-door to our house was very pleased with that vet he Spent time with her and Daisy really was laid-back and she got a good bill of health for the next year

1 docter needs to have patience when someone is worried and concerned about their pet.

One of the doctors was a little gruff from what it felt like to me. But the other people were very nice and welcoming and polite. I guess in a sense the doctor was nice in his own way but I kind of wish that he had tried to talk to me at my level of understanding.

After calling 4 VCA hospitals much closer to home and not being able to get in until the first week of December, I was excited to call VCA Highlands and be able to get a same day appointment for my dog who had an accident when he rammed himself into a door frame. He needed to be seen to make sure he didn't hurt himself too much, and the staff and doctor at VCA Highlands were everything I could have hoped for. They got my dog in and examined him and were really good at explaining the possible problems. They gave us some meds and directions for the next two weeks, with specific next steps if he's not doing better. The only thing that prevents me from making them our normal veterinary is the distance from our home, but I can't say enough good things about them based on today's experience.

I paid for the puppy wellness program for 1 year and they refused to neuter my puppy.

They really take care of the animals not just about the money

Just got bad news about our doberman and this place was kind and gentle with the news.

We went right in. My husband and I took our pitbull in for her very first visit. The vet was very understanding to our limited history about our dog. And was very patient with how excited she was. We got her meds right there with a demo on how to apply them. Price was reasonable with the deal we were given.
