Such a kind and caring staff. Everyone I've worked with there is to notch all the way.

I am done with this business and here’s why —. They never return phone calls. This has happened many times over past few years. Even after waiting for test results. The doctors or technicians will say “We will call you this afternoon with the results” it does not happen. You have to call them the next day and if calling in the morning, you can’t get through. Often I will get a voice message stating their voicemail is full please call back. I had an emergency with my pet and resorted to her former vet because firstI couldn’t get through until my 6th attempt. This was on a Monday. When I finally got through was told both doctors out of office till Wednesday! I could not wait. Latest example is this week I called to buy a months supply of my pets liver medication (Denasyl) and was told they needed to do blood work before approving. I know this is necessary annually BUT I requested a waiver for just one month because we couldn’t get in and would like just the one month supply and we would do bloodwork before the next months refill. Was told by Abigail she needs doctors approval and someone would get back to me. That was Monday and today is Wednesday. Still no call. In meantime my dog is without her needed meds. I know I left this to last minute but that is not the point here. I have to have a veterinarian who truly cares about my dog AND is responsive. That is not the case here. I have let this slide too many times in the past but no more. We are DONE here. So frustrating.

They Performed a procedure on my animal without my consent and took my money as well so that’s why I’m giving them a bad rating thanks!

I had an appointment today at 5pm. I drove 45 min to get here. I call in to check in like it says on the door and no one picks up? I called 3 times finally someone picks up and lets me know they are closing early, and they won't be able to see me even though I had an appointment. Then Jess got on the phone "the manager" what poor quality leaders you have there. She told me to "take my business elsewhere". I'm sorry did I not have an appointment? I wasn't told you would be closing early? Is that how you treat your customers? What if something serious was wrong with my pet, the "sorry were closing early" isn't very professional. I would look over your leadership staff. Now the nice girl at the desk who was running around thinks that, that is okay. I will not be coming back here. Poor service, agitated manager, loss of profit. If I was your Boss I would be mortified. Well I called...they said jess will call me back? Whats going on over there? Who's responding to these reviews? How about you call me back since this process is trash.

Don't know who the lady at the front desk is but was very rude and disrespectful to my fiancee.. Well I guess we won't be coming back to this vet anymore customer service has really went downhill in businesses.

Upsold, poor communication, kicked a loyal customer out when asked for a breakdown of upsold charges....

Staff is always extremely nice and the prices are very reasonable! They really care about your pet :)

I will never recommend or do business here again. At first these people seemed very nice and affordable. Nothing good ever comes without a price. They seem to be very greedy overall based on the understaffing and over booking. I will say the office staff seems to be ok with the animals but the female manager is very rude and condescending. She just seems to be a very miserable person with control issues. I could not imagine working here. Which is proven by the many disgusting reviews by former employees (easily googled). The way they treat customers and employees is low down and dirty. It’s all good when you are having simple procedures done, however once you become more and more involved with these people you start to see the deplorable methods and techniques. This establishment is not about animals it’s about greed and money. Just by scrolling down hundreds and hundreds of reviews, you can see customer after customer with the same complaints. This leads me to believe the office manager is spending quite a large amount of her time combatting real reviews with her own. If I was her employer, I would fire her… but perhaps they are all just as unscrupulous. Below I have included just a few terrible reviews from previous employees.

Everyone here, is awesome, not just to the humans, but amazing with the animals. They are compassionate, understanding and professional. I haven't gone to a vet hospital like this in years. My dog has severe anxiety at the vet and they made him so comfortable, they also got me in on the same day as a new patient when my existing vet wanted me to wait 3 weeks for an appointment for an ear infection that desperately needed antibiotics. Thank you to all the staff and please don't change anything.

My daughter and I recently called and got a quote to have my sweet boy 13 now put to sleep!, cremation single and paw print done. As if it's not hard enough to deal with this situation, we called to confirm price and time but now stating $100 more. Stated their prices have changed since gave us quote and booked appointment. Told them not right if called before increase how are they going to change price, they said basically so you want to keep appointment and hung up when we said no. Feel it is hard to trust someone with my baby if they are increasing prices in less than 24 hrs. Do not recommend this vet!

I have been coming to this vet for 2 years and it has completely gone downhill. Overbooking inconsistent inconsiderate and receptionist have no customer service skills phone skills or manners. I will not be bringing my furbaby back and if you love yours you won't bring yours here either. Literally disgusted with this place and it's service.

I moved from my former vet of 20+ years (who retired), and the new staff is not the same in all aspects. I found this vet online, and I went there due to the great reviews. I'm glad I did! The doctor nailed the issue with my cat and took care of her ear infection right away. Compared to the former one, who wanted to sedate her and charge me thousands of dollars for something that my cat didn't need. So far so great!!! The staff is super friendly, always on time, and always accommodating me with my crazy schedule. They're very understanding when frustrations are involve and It feels great to have people who really care for my babies (3). I'm super, super happy, and I strongly recommend them.

This was our first visit with the vet there. He was very sweet to my cat. Kara was our assistant and she was so nice and informative. She is a wonderful asset to the Doctors business. There prices are extremely reasonable. You are not paying for designer office. It is simple, but clean. I would recommend Family Friends based on my visit today.

I made an appointment here for 4:40 and was waiting until about 5:30. They didn't give my dog all of his shots because of some misunderstanding on their end, I guess? And I had to argue with them to get the rest of my dogs vaccines updated before they closed for the day - like I made the appointment for. I appreciate that this vet is open later than most in the area so I can get my dogs taken care of after work. The vet techs are always friendly. However, be aware that you will be waiting a long time, even if you made an appointment

We have loved the staff and service here.

Do not take your pets here. They do not care about your pets. I tried multiple times to get a prescription for my cat and was unable to attain it after being told multiple times they would email me. Mind you my cat is sick , there was also no follow up care. Furthermore on my second visit which they scheduled they had no idea why I was there. Stay away for your pets safety.

My regular was booked out 2 months. Called here got an appointment the next day due to cancelation and so glad I did. They neutered a cat who'd been feral but now lives with me. No hassles, no aggravation. Price was better than expected. Very good all around.

I called for a neutering quote for my puppy and i was very happy with $150 so i made an appt when i checked him in the price changed to almost $300... WHAT!? I had to so it because of his behavior so they had me. Several days after i picked him up i noticed some rashes/bumps/hair loss on the sides of surgery site. I called they said i should being him in but i have no doubt they will charge me even though it was post surgery. No one called me to check on him after his surgery. My Mini Doberman HAD a beautiful brown coat. So i probably wont be back.

Some of the best prices in town for puppy care, they have Covid measures in place, so call ahead for an appointment, then call once you arrive in the parking lot for them to come get your pet.

Friendly staff over the phone and in person. The doctor has taken care of my 2 cats and our new dog. Love that they explain the charges before charging us and they accept CareCredit. Affordable and friendly.

It was the best veterinary experience I've ever had even my dog wasn't nervous about going there like he has been in the past.

I love this vet office! I have 2 border collies and they wouldn't go inside the office to get their 2nd shot. When the vet tech came out the barked at her and she didn't even flinch! She was so nice and didn't get annoyed. Update. I also took my daughter's 13 year old cat here and they were wonderful with her also. Their prices are better than any other place I have found and they have the best service!!! They do everything in house!

Went right in, got my doggie his shots. And still came out with 2 arms and 2 legs. ????????

Hate to give a good review.. Just because they are always busy and then i might have to wait to get my fur babies seen.. Well they are the best and never have let me or my babies down.. Only thing is with covid and so many customers.. Hard to speak with the vets much.. They are truly caring veterinarians as with the staff also..

Great experience!!! Vet tech Cara was so caring and patient with my dog. She really took the best care of him. I highly recommend Family Friends Veterinary to anyone needing a vet.
