On SAT night, July 31, our cherished Frenchie Concha ("Conchita") went into full blown, sub-2.00 reverse progesterone score L-A-B-O-R. Doubly problematic 'cause it was 7pm on SAT night and 95% of all Vets are closed! Enter the awesome doctors + staff at So Cal Equine Center! Within 40 minutes of our initial call, the doctor and two Veterinary Technicians met us at the center. Shame on me for forgetting the doctor's name (sigh) but she was in her late 20s, early 30s, wore glasses, had curly dark blonde/light brown Tresses and possessed hands on, compassionate bedside manner! Ditto for both Techs. My beautiful bride and I waited in the immaculate waiting area, exquisitely decorated in a southwestern theme. We quaffed the complimentary coffee and watched the penultimate evening of the Summer Games in Tokyo while praying for a good outcome for our Conchita, challenged w/ her maiden labor. 2.5 hrs later, the doctor emerged with a bright, million-watt smile and the good news- Concha and her four newborns were healthy and ready for discharge!! We were GRANDPARENTS!! ???????? None of this would have been possible without the wonderful, compassionate + SKILLED care provided by the professionals at So Cal Equine Hospital. Major kudos to head Veterinarian PAUL for articulating such a caring climate. The next time we, the husband + wife proprietors of our boutique Good Shepherd Frenchies, find ourselves shoved up between the rock + a very hard place of a laboring Mama Frenchie who requires emergent Caesarean surgery during after hours, our call will be to SO CAL EQUINE HOSPITAL!! So should yours...

They are so friendly. Their prices are amazing. They even have their own haulers and ferriers. They do everything they possibly can for horses. They deserve more then five stars

Very nice place, I brought my horse in for emergency care. After some test they figured out she had choke, developed pneumonia and got dehydrated after they fixed her esophagus they treated her for the pneumonia and dehydration. They really saved my horses life. She stayed there for about 4 days on IVs and they took great care of her. I am very happy with the care they provided. Vet Katie really showed how much she cared about my horse and saving her, the vet technicians are amazing too, they work very hard as well. Thank you guys for taking great care of my Abbey!

I had a very good first experience here. The staff was helpful. The quality of their service couldn't be better. I had them deliver a litter of French bulldog puppies via a c-section surgery. The results were outstanding. Night and day better than a previous experience I had at another vet for the same service. Thank you SoCal Equine Hospital for taking care of me and my furbabies.

They were very good. I appreciated everything about them and the care they gave my Sadie. I would take her there for everything if I could afford it. It was really expensive for 3 days but the care was excellent!!

Love them. Three of our adopters had horse there for colic due to the extreme weather change a week ago. They took amazing care of these horses and talked with the owners and us explaining everything and discussed options with them. Will definitely use them again

I can not possibly say enough good things about Dr. Wan and his staff. He has been helping my family’s horses for over 30 years, and is one of the most compassionate, knowledgeable vets I have ever met, and the members of his staff I have worked with have been exceptional as well.

The staff were all kind and patient with us, our horse, and mule.

Happened to see the vet who treated my horse.I was there for a refill of his medication.

The only thing they we're conserned with was the money. We agreed to pay their charges and they are so unprofessional I would not take another animal to them. Norco equine always at least cared about the animals they have no heart all about money.

Run never use on call. Vet ( Christina Garloff ) ! Was rough with me and my horse, no bedside manner. Brought my best friend in on Sunday night for choking, she died the next day on our way back down. Dr Garloff does not complement Dr wan and his staff. Dr Wan did an autopsy on my horse, waited weeks for a return call. Finally a friend and I went to the So Cal Equin hospital in person, to talk to Dr Wan. Parts of Lady were sent to pathology so don’t no the outcome yet, not likely I’ll get a call. Went down the other day to pick up Ladys ashes, waved at Dr Wan he didn’t acknowledge me. Feel Dr Wan really cared for me and my horse, but when it’s all said and done it’s a different story .

Caring staff. Supper clean facility.

I highly recommend Dr. Garloff and Dr. Wan. The entire staff at SoCal Equine Hospital are the best. The facility is wonderful, everyone is so kind and helpful, the vets are the best out there!

Great place and lovely staff. I have been to this vet several times, I highly recommend them.

Awesome staff, our 3 year old was having trouble eating and we managed to get a same-day appointment for an inspection that ultimately led to her needing her teeth floated. They diagnosed and fixed the issue on the spot, taking no more than 45 minutes all-in. Thank you so much! Our mare immediately was eating better and seems much happier.

I was here with a friend her baby pig was attacked and mortally wounded they took it in and pts on an emergency situation. Excellent understanding of what we had to do.

Dr won is absolutely amazing he is so good with the horses and cares about you. He is great with my mare and now my new colt . He's awesome .

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced at an equine hospital! 2 weeks of waiting for a call back from their vet after they took X-rays and scheduled a surgery that he “might” need. I called and left numerous messages and nothing.... my horse is still in pain and I have yet to get any answers! The receptionist is just completely incompetent and very rude! Chino Valley Equine is further out for me but I will definitely go there from now on!

Dr Wan and staff at So Cal Equine are wonderful to work with. Can't say I have ever been more comfortable with the care my animals have been given .

Dr. Wan and his staff are very knowledgeable. I have finally found an equine vet I will continue to use.

Literally the nicest people! Amazing place to go to for your horse. My horse has some sort of lameness where his stifle gets stuck as he walks, then he begins to drag his legs. They gave me some medicine for him and now he has improved so much!! Absolutely love this place!
