I’m in my third month of training with Shirley. I was very motivated when I started and find myself able to keep going because of results. In my late 70s and an avid golfer, I see such a difference in how far I hit the ball, I amazed my friends and myself. I warmup on the elliptical and use to hang on to both sides for balance and security, now I go like mad and don’t touch at all so I feel my balance is much better. My strength shows when I get on the “in body” machine which measures muscle mass and visceral fat. Sooo happy. She can really help with healthy eating habits. This is another whole recommendation that I will save for another time. Barbara

I love Shirley. Not only she is a very good teacher but a very pleasant person to be around. She is giving me a good work out and her knowledge in many fields is very valuable. I strongly recommend her as a trainer

Shirley is awesome! She cares about you and helps you achieve your next goal. I had the chance to follow her class in person and remote. Her workouts are intense and efficient with different focuses each class. It will leave you sore the next day. The range of workouts keeps it exciting and helps build muscle. I love it!

Hi my name is Rick, I have trained with Shirley for many years as well as enjoying her classes particularly yoga. Shirley is hands-down the most well educated and talented health professional I have ever met. She has taught me not only what to do but how to do it in a way that yields the best result for me and my body. Her nutritional counseling has been a Really important part of my fitness regimen. I highly recommend Shirley to anyone who wants to have a comprehensive program That will not just promise results but will actually deliver them!

My wife and I have been taking Shirley's strongboard class for almost 4 years. It has really improved our core strength and balance. Shirley is a really great instructor. She also gives us side challenges to do each month that really help to get you to exercise on days she doesn't train you. Highly recommend!

If you are looking to make a commitment to yourself and lead a healthy lifestyle, I highly recommend connecting with Shirley. She genuinely cares about your growth and makes every experience fun and challenging. Shirley pushes you to exceed your own expectations and genuinely cares about helping you to achieve your fitness goals. She explains the exercises in her workouts and describes what you should feel when you are doing them. Form is a priority for her. She breaks things down so that they are easy to understand and learn. Shirley has given me a new understanding of the importance of mind/body connection. Exercising went from being a dreaded routine to something I enjoy and look forward to.

Shirley runs our Corporate Fitness Challenges and goes above and beyond to meet each participant where they are and guides them to healthier habits, exercises and nutrition. What I love about Shirley is she walks the talk and authentically shares her tips on progress and pushing outside of the comfort zone to find lasting results. I've been working out with Shirley for a little over a year, three days a week. She's pushed me to consistently stay on schedule and holds me accountable, which is what I really needed. I love Shirley! I have been working out with Shirley for years, I think it goes back to almost 2002...Wow, I can't believe that! She has a passion for health and fitness and shares it with her clients. You will learn from Shirley and also change your body for the better, both mentally and physically! Coach Shirley is truly exceptional. Her workouts are always invigorating and positive. Shirley holds a skill of creating a sense of community wherever she goes.
