We loved this cat hotel! Our cat Bandit had his own mini-room instead of a cage with a perch and large window to see the other cats. The facility was immaculate with a helpful and friendly staff. The owner is wonderful too! Highly recommend this amazing cat hotel!!

Just picked up my cat from another amazing stay at club cat. I cannot express enough how great of a team they have. Not only were they able to accommodate a very last minute request but went above and beyond to ensure that she would have a great stay. Due to an unforeseen issue in my travels my trip ended up going longer than I had expected and they were so accommodating and understanding and extending the reservation. Love Shana and the team - Will use again and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks guys!!!

My kitty stayed here for a month and she seemed very happy with their loving care. I got many photos of her while I was traveling and I knew she was being cared for. Definitely recommend this place as the staff is wonderful and clearly care about our fur babies!! My kitty was calm and happy when I picked her up (versus stressed at other places that she has stayed at that have dogs barking in the background).

Club Cat is a FANTASTIC cat hotel and resort! I’ve been bringing my cat Oliver there for nearly 2 years and couldn’t be happier. The facility is beautiful, modern, luxurious, and clean. The cat suites are quite spacious. The entire team (Shana, Tami, Shannon, Kari, Dawn, etc.) are AMAZING! They provide Oliver cuddle time and play time on a daily basis. They frequently send me pictures and updates throughout Oliver’s stay. Whether I am on vacation or traveling for work, I have absolute peace of mind that Oliver is happy and safe. This is extremely difficult to find at other boarding facilities. They truly think of everything here - a calming therapy for your cat upon arrival, CatFlix for stimulation, in-suite webcams, etc. It is truly the ULTIMATE feline experience. Thank you Club Cat!!

I cant stress enough how much I love club cat. They housed my cat, Scar, and took amazing care of him for a week. It felt so good knowing he was in a loving, safe environment, and it allowed me to have an awesome vacation and know that I did the right thing for Scar. Thanx club cat, I will always use u guys!

Worst cat experience of my life. The owner called me to cancel (after I had already been confirmed for my stay starting TOMORROW) and also said that this is a more high end boarding company like a boutique and that I would be paying around 60$ a night which I told her was not an issue and I could afford it. She then followed it up by saying I am probably looking for a more low end cat place like cats luv us boarding (which I have been to before they are so sweet and amazing, they were just booked for the days I needed). The owner of this place assumed I could not afford it even though I told her I could, canceled on me, and said I was a bad cat mom for saying I was ok with my cat being moved to a different room during his stay.

Club Cat is the best place to leave your kitty while on vacation. The stuff is awesome and they did their best to take care of Bishop. The frequent email postcards were a nice touch from their team. Whenever Bishop needs to be boarded, the Club Cat will be the place he will be staying.

Boarded my cat here for 6 nights while on vacation and I highly recommend this place! It was my first time being away from my cat for that length of time and I wanted to make sure she was in the best of hands. Everyone took such great care of Smokey who is very anxious especially around new faces. The suites were also very clean and comfy. Loved that I could check in on my cat with the cat cam. The owner is so sweet and truly has a heart for kitties and their humans.

I'm going here when I'm going in vacation Addition: Well, my wife and I went on vacation... Our Cat Bourbon spent time here and I was so impressed how extremely clean it is. The management is top notch and I would not take my cat anywhere else....I would drop a baby off here I trust them so much with my cat....ok that's hyperbole but wanted to make the point! You will be pleased at your decision to trust Club Cat!

I left my kitty twice at Club Cat, the first time for almost 8 months and the second time for 2 months. Shana and her team took good care of her and I trust them completely. I visited many places and I never found one like Club Cat, I'm so glad I did, they kept my baby happy, healthy, safe and loved. The place is clean and beautiful. It's a great relief to be able to travel with peace of mind and no worries at all. I have zero complaints and it's always a pleasure to go there. Where to begin.... I found Club Cat on a Google search and thought ok, I will call and check it out....Well....now we are here for life! Shana has done her research on cats and boy does she know how to handle them. We adopted 2 newborn kitties last summer and I just couldn't let them go so here we are. Birdie and Cowboy absolutely love being there. They have had 2 visits now for 2+ weeks at a time and they come home just as loving and sweet as when we left. The care is fantastic and the love shows. You definitely get what you pay for and then some. Thanks again Shana and we will be back soon A++++

Club Cat is a wonderful service. Their professional set up and safe boarding environment was reassuring for me since I had not boarded my cat before, and I was looking for a quality, clean, professional, and safe place for her. Shana and her staff exhibited outstanding customer service and thus they were helpful every step of the process. I will board my cat here anytime I need to from now on and I recommend this quality, caring service to anyone who is picky about their cat's experience outside the home.

Had to go on a business trip and needed a place for one of our kitties to stay. The recent rescue cat & our main cat do not, as yet, get along. Too hard for my elderly mom to contend with taking care of two cats under this situation. …

My cat Sully stayed here and I couldn't be happier with his care. They really made sure he was comfortable by giving him an extra blanket, and regularly cleaning his suite. They were very thorough with his feeding schedule, and sent lovely postcards with photos of him every few days. Also they have a camera in the suite where you can view anytime through an app, that was pretty cool. My cat Sully is a bit of a wild child so I'm really glad they took wonderful care of him during his stay!

I needed a place to board my cat, Milo, for a few days while I went on a staycation. I didn't want to entrust his care to just anyone. I am so happy that I found Club Cat. I messaged the owner, Shana, who responded promptly. The positive reviews helped me decide to board Milo with her. The facility is very clean and you could tell she has a passion for cats. I love the decor and being a bookworm I appreciated naming the suites after books. I was pleased that Milo had a room to himself, instead of being cooped up in a kennel or cage. It's also great how it's strictly for cats as most pet hotels are for dogs only. I had peace of mind that I could check up on him via the webcam. After a few hours I saw that he got acclimated and was jumping on the shelves and balcony. He looked like he was having a ball watching Catflix. I even saw him being checked on the webcam. The postcard my cat sent me with pictures of his time in the playroom for Happy Hour was a nice touch. If you care about your cat, I highly recommend boarding with Club Cat. I've already made another reservation!

Shana and her team at Club Cat are truly spectacular! Not only are they the only cat only chic hotel in the area, but they take the time to orient both you and your fur babies to the space. There are different suites for you kitties and even the econo suite is amazing! She really helped me when I was in a bind and needed a place to keep my kitties for a day and I am eternally grateful. Check-in was quick and simple. She greeted me on arrival and I got to see where my cats would be staying. I highly, highly recommend and will definitely be using Club Cat when I go on my next vacation.

Expert care, they really love your pet like it's theirs. They offer extra services like claw care, and update you while you're gone. 10/10 would use again.

Just tried out this hotel! The cats get pampered with lots of love and attention. You get to watch your baby on camera while you're away. You even get updated emails and pictures with how they are doing. I would definitely recommend for anyone going on vacation. Your furbabies will be in great hands here!

Fantastic place! Shana and her team are absolutely lovely, friendly, and caring. My cat Billie stayed for 3 nights and didn't want to leave when I picked her up! She was treated incredibly well, had playtime and brushing time. Lots of love and attention. They have several options when boarding your cat. They offer flea medication, personal grooming, webcam, etc. Club Cat goes above and beyond in taking care of your fur baby, they will be my go-to for cat boarding in the future.

Club Cat recently took care of my cat for 7 days. Drop off and pick up were super easy. You fill out all the pertinent info online before check in which makes it so much faster. They are very commutative from start to finish - even sending e-mail postcards with pics and updates during the cat’s stay. The facility was clean and spacious and you can tell the girls there really love their animal visitors. My only complaint is I wish they had opened years ago! We will definitely be back!
