I took my cat, Persephone here after she suddenly fell ill. The staff was wonderful. Very compassionate and listened to my concerns. She's doing much better now after receiving care here.

I called early this morning saying my dog needed to be seen ASAP. They told me to come in right away and by the time I get their the doctor would be there. They took my dog in right away, they were very sweet to him and made him feel comfortable. Everyone there was nice and helpful. It was a little expensive but it was a normal price. Honestly if you own a dog you better expect to pay for good care. My dog being healthy is very important to me and I’m glad they took care of him so well. If there is another emergency I don’t mind driving out of my area code to their clinic????

My husband and I recently brought our kitten to All Creatures for an emergency. The staff was very empathetic and made a point to make sure we understood what was going on. We never felt like we were left in the dark when it came to diagnosis or treatment. We felt comfortable leaving our fur baby overnight and received multiple updates. We could tell the staff loved her like she was their own and are passionate about what they do. Wait times were not bad considering it is one of the only emergency vets in the area. The intake process was very streamlined and we never felt like we were forgotten about.

I have been chasing clarity on a prescription. When calling to ask for more information, Ashley will speak over you and hang up on you. The only way I could find ANY resolution was to hop on a three way call with Chewy.com and All Creatures, at which point they finally provided some semblance of customer care.

We took our kitten in after having called to verify availability and we’re told they were open for walk-ins and to come over. We live very close by, so my wife headed over to have our kitten’s eye looked at. After arriving, All Creatures took our kitten in and proceeded to make us wait 3 hours with no communication as to what was happening. We were then quoted a ridiculous amount for a medicine that can be found in Chewy for less than half of what were asking. They also wanted to a series of unnecessary test and injections. When we finally had enough of the lack of communication asked for our kitten back, and only then did we receive information or any sort of resolution. We were given the prescription and told where to find the medicine, which included Chewy. When ordering from Chewy, Chewy will confirm the prescription with the issuing Vet. We were supposed to receive the medicine from Chewy yesterday. When we called today to check, Chewy had reached out twice to All Creatures for confirmation with no success. We reached out to all creatures, and Ashley rudely told us that they had not received anything, but sent us a 20% off coupon. All the while my kitten is in risk of loosing her eye due to the infection…which would not be an issue if they we’re simply professional. Unprofessional. They are not transparent and you won’t know until you are between a rock a hard place. Avoid at all costs. Yes, they may fine if there is no one else available at 2am, because something is better than nothing. However, if you can go elsewhere, even if it further away, do so. I don’t want anyone to experience the level of frustration and sadness they can generate. TLDR; Contradicting information given by staff. Unwillingness to explain and discuss contradicting information. Rude staff (Ashley will speak over you condescendingly) that does not seek to help resolve issues. Price gouging and sabotaging of given alternatives. Avoid at all costs

The entire staff at All Creatures is absolutely lovely. They communicate updates regularly and listen to concerns to make sure they understand the totality of the reason for your visit. The care about our dogs as much as we do, which is hard to imagine. I absolutely love this Veterinary Center!

We took our dog to All Creatures Veterinary Center on Tuesday night for an emergency visit. They were all so friendly, explained what was going on, what needed to happen and were very caring towards our dog and us. The veterinarian took time to talk with us and go over the plan and kept us update throughout the night while our dog stayed the night at the vets office. They let us come visit our dog as well as try to feed her, they listened to us. Overall a great experience with All Creatures Veterinary during a very stressful time for us. I highly recommend them and will be switching from my current Vet to All Creatures as they truly care. They allow you in the office during your visit with a mask. I was very impressed.

Dr. Kennedy is a fantastic professional at her job she was patient with my pet and did a great job to calm him down. And the staff was absolutely excellent with the service they gave me.

Its been a long time since I had my bad experience with ACVC but I brought my cat there for a service. He was behaving strangely and bleeding from the mouth. While I do have a regular vet it was late in the evening. It was decided that he couldn't be saved (this was after surgery). Our decision was to have him euthanized. I asked to stay with him, they agreed. When they started the procedure it was taking a long time.....none of the med was going to the right place. He kept looking at me like "what's going on". Obviously the person doing this had no idea what he was doing and left the room. The doctor came back and took care of the situation. When people were suing ACVC, see the old Signal, I was asked to join them. I just couldn't relive the bad experience.

I came in after regular business hours with my pug Stella who yanked her toe nail out attempting to be agile. The staff was very kind and took Stella from me right away. They were very busy at the time as well so I knew regular intervals to inform me were not possible without stressing everyone out needlessly. But when it settled down they told me she would be fine and I was put in a room went over the bill and got Stella back. I also thought the price for a visiting during emergency hours was more than fair. I would recommend.

BEWARE USING THIS VETERINARY CLINIC! Not only do they have a zero competent staff. They love to bait and switch you. The office manager is completely incompetent. She loves to bait you in with one price, then once the service is done, they hit you with a completely different price, usually 2 to 3x's higher than what you were expected to pay. All the time blaming the original price on a supposedly unexperienced employee. "Stating they quoted you the wrong price". Its absolutely amazing they continue to always quote the wrong price. Be very careful with these people. Terrible customer service, completely terrible experience. Funny thing is the office manager or supervisor was more concerned about a previous review we left about them, vs correcting this particular situation. Stating "you are the one who left a bad review on us". They just make a bad situation worse. We will never use this vet again, the only reason we needed their services was to get a copy of our records and in order to get the necessary blood work needed to do a spay to be performed with another vet that is requesting us to get this blood work done with these incompetent group of individuals.

I brought my dog here and they seemed nice, and told me that she did not require immediate attention but they wanted to do some x rays. I said okay, and they did not tell me how long it would be. After an hour and a half, they refused to give any kind of estimate on how much longer it would be and asked to sedate the dog. I said OK. They also told me that the dog could not wait with me because they were about to see her. Another hour and a half later still no dog, and they could have just left her with me like I asked, and called her when they were ready so she wouldn't get nervous in there. They should have also told me at some point that the wait was at least several hours. I waited 5 minutes to talk to someone and told them I wanted to check out and take my dog home so she could get checked in the morning. It took another half hour for them to give me my dog, and during that time they managed to do the x-rays and doctor visit that I waited 3 hours for so that they could charge me. I received no diagnosis from the doctor. I got my dog back stressed from being left alone in a cage after they told me that the dog could not wait with me, as if the vet can decide where my dog has to wait. Update: I was told that the checkup that I paid for does not include interpreting x-rays, and that requires paying for an extra consultation from the owner. My regular vet, Little Paws had no trouble interpreting x-rays, and neither did the next closest emergency vet, Mission Veterinary Clinic. My dog got surgery at Access Specialty Hospitals after back leg paralysis, and has recovered perfectly. All Creatures sent me the x-rays that I paid for 5 months after my visit. They were closed several months after my visit, but have since reopened. The owner, Balpal Sandhu, had his veterinary license revoked in April of 2021. He was previously on a 3 year probation from the veterinary medical board for negligence, record keeping violations, and anesthesia violations. Hopefully they are replaced with a better emergency vet. Also notice how almost all reviews are either 5 stars or 1 star, unlike most other vets, Strange.

I called them because my pet had passed away a dog that was about three years old within five minutes of getting home. I called him to just ask a doctor did they think that was something that could’ve happened to him by reason of poison? They not only would not let me speak to a doctor unless I came in person but they also we’re not even ask the doctor my question and follow back up with me. They were very short and dismiss it with me and hung up on me as well. I would not advise using them on any circumstances if your pet is an emergency situation. I just needed a medical expert opinion them to ask what they think I might’ve happened and they couldn’t even tell me that.

Total lack of emotional intelligence when talking to a client. Cutting off and unable to sustain an different point of view without getting aggravated, raising their tone and admitting a mistake. What happened: yesterday, my kitty needed a lot of tests, and under stress I signed agreeing to all of them. A half an hour later, I intercepted the doctor on the hallway and asked if we can skip the X-rays that may not be essential as the bill was over $500. She said she agrees they can be taken at a later time and will tell the technicians to not take them. (her name is not listed on their website and I don't recall it fully to spell it correctly here, but she is originally Colombian - what a strange thing NOT to have listed any doctors on the website!!!). Long story short, the bill came with the X-rays. When I told the clerk what I talked to the doctor, the answer came that it was too late, they already taken them. I said all right, I'll pay the bill but can you tell me what the result of the X-rays are? One other clerk started barking at me, that the notes said the doctor already told me the result. I said, that never happened. She became irritated and with a very aggressive tone read very fast the doctor's notes. I mentioned I really don't understand her tone and, as I already paid, I was dismissed with an irritated "bye". I walked out, but I should have called a manager. Today, the doctor called to check on the status of the cat as the protocol goes, and I mentioned that I was not very happy about the X-ray charge. She immediately proceeded to explode over the phone, taking rapid fire, how she actually never said not to take the X-rays, cutting me off, each time I tried to calm down the conversation and saying that I already paid the bill, the deed is done, I just want her to be aware that's not OK they way they proceeded. She continue to be aggressive and dismissive. I already made arrangements for a second opinion and although this is at an extra cost to me, I will never use their service again. I'm a dispute resolution specialist and for the All Creature staff I want to say here that listening is the most crucial skill someone in the health industry should have. Especially, if you want to be considered empathic and an professional. Your staff and medical doctor lacks this essential skill. Solving calmly an issue dealing while with people who are under stress is another thing that your staff is totally missing.

If I could give All Creatures a million star review, I would. Our fur babies were treated with love, compassion, explanation, and expertise-they we’re treated like family. When your baby is sick, it’s scary. And emotional. The nurses, techs, front desk, and doctor all made sure we had any ans all questions answered with a reassurance and comfort that will make them my furry kiddo’s vet clinic for life. Ashley was an angel, absolute angel. Dr Agahi went the extra mile for us, making sure every avenue, possibility, and diagnosis was thoroughly combed over with izzy, and Sam keep communication open. THANK YOU we love you guys. -Sara, Tyler, Izzy, and Riley ????

It has taken me a while to write this but when we took my fur baby here they had called us the first night to tell us he wasn’t paralyzed and he was having mobility in his back legs. The next day another vet calls us and said that he was paralyzed. My husband wanted our baby back. When we got him back he had sores on his butt area and the inside of his legs because they had left him with his pee and not cleaned him. When we took him somewhere else they thought we had done that to him. I am surprise this place is still running and I don’t blame them for the loss of my fur baby but I do wish they would give better care to those fur babies in their care

We had an appointment at 3 o’clock today my wife took our dog in and they took our dog away from my wife without telling her anything and kept him in a cage in the back room for over an hour without saying anything. Then my wife found out that an urgent case came in but they didn’t bother to tell her so my dog was locked up in a cage without any care. Our dog is very special to us and he needed care desperately and he did not receive it. I am very disappointed.

I want to thank all the staff that saved our kitten Oreo, over the Memorial Day weekend. If not for all of you, she would have died. She is recovering quickly because of your care and diagnosis. We are still recovering from the stress of watching being sick. I will never forget you all. Have a great weekend and stay safe. Thanks again. Gary and Lucy Lester.

This vet is amazing they are affordable. They care and don’t want to just take your money. They don’t do extra test to try to get more money out of you. They are fast and have good commutation skills. Been to so many vets but this one is 10/10.

Online appointment was ignored, no one answers the phones. Took a full day off work to bring dog in for appointment that was FINALLY scheduled. They had no idea why we were there, despite telling them on the phone. Was treated rudely when we entered and told to keep my pet in the car out front. Waited 20 minutes and then was told the doctor couldn't see us for another 2 hours. No call. No remorse. Just a blank stare. Way to treat a first time patient.

My dog had surgery to have a rock removed from his stomach. After his surgery he developed an infection. Once you got ahold of someone they weren’t concerned at all. I asked for the doctor who performed the surgery to call me back, however I never received a call back. I had to take him to another veterinarian to treat his infection! I have never received a call back from this office and the staff were horrible. I recently called and was told that the doctor was no longer with them. The service is horrible I wouldn’t ever take any pet there!!

I thought that all of the staff were wonderful, responsive, patient, kind and followed up regularly with us. There seems to be a deep culture of caring evident with this company. We cannot thank them enough for saving our beloved puppy, performing life saving surgery on her.
