Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had a 9 o'clock appt. and arived early and they let me wait in an exam room since I had been dropped. off. Toni the assistant was very nice and good with my kitty Ziggy. Dr.. Dhalawali was very nice and infomative,a good doctor. They even gave me a refund for services not needed. I had a good experience and would recommend this Vet clinic to anyone.

I scheduled an important gave many details specifying my dogs needs only to be turned away. I have a 6month old cane corso that is an extremely nervous pup as he is very big I asked to be seen at the latest appointment. The confirmation was to be seen at 5:30 blocked off the time 5-6pm for safety and specific reasons I was so happy to find a place to help me get my pup vaccinated. I take time off work get there the reception very rude and passive aggressive telling me she had already canceled my appointment never once reached out disregards my reasons that I spoke to someone that set up my appointment and says that person is not there. I was tuned away saying the vet would call me to set up a plan I had been two days later and no call this place is very unprofessional and for a vet you obviously cannot handle all animals.

I was hesitant about this place due to the reviews but I am so glad I gave them a chance. I couldnt be happier. My huge dog eats EVERYTHING and has no self control when he plays. I've come to this place 3 times and after the 1st visit Cujo, although very nervous, greets everyone & doesn't give me a hard time. The vet and techs are very knowledgeable. I've had to make emergency visits and I couldn't be more grateful for all their help!

First Impressions are everything. Had an appt 10am, made it on time.. and they proceeded to make me wait outside for 30mins. No chairs to sit on to wait in the hot sun. I left because I got impatient because of the lack of attention to customers; the receptionist calls me 5 mins later saying they have been looking for me outside & I said I left becauseI was outside for more then 20mins.. She says "Okay il let him know" and that's it.. no apology for the wait.. LOL.. They got jokes. Go else where seriously. As to the way they treat you is a sign of quality of service. Could have just said come in later at 11am. ALSO.. Who TF Calls on a Saturday morning to confirm the appt .?. That's not regular Business Hours. Totally Unprofessional. && And instead of reaching out to me to win my business back and acknowledge they disregard my Appt..and write a positive review for that .. they take the low road and call me out on my English and Spelling. You call that professionalism? According to them there isn't A credible Vet In Town besides Them. LOL! The reply from the Owner/Manager Says alot about the his Character.

We brought our dog here when nobody wanted to take her in with out an appointment they helped us and gave us peace of mind very friendly listen I'm so hesitant on going to places I've never been but I would recommend this place every time thx

The hospital almost denied service for my dog because they didn't let me know that they require the rabies vaccine documentation.

Such a wonderful experience with everyone we engaged with through our vet experience. Doctor fox was so compassionate, knowledgeable and caring! Ehsan really went above listening to our every concern and making sure we got the care we needed. I would recommend them every single day!

My dog had a pretty bad wound that needed to be tended too ASAP & after being told no by many other vets, due to not having an appointment, I thought my final solution was a pet ER. Thankfully I did one more Google search & I found this place! I called & they took my dog in within the hour of calling! Gave him the treatment he needed & antibiotics for the infection! Not to mention they saved me thousands I would have spent in the ER. I love this place & will recommend

Last week I was in search to find a good place I could take my dog to get a check up as it would be his first vet checkup and was recommended this place. I called and was scheduled today March 9th at 3pm. I wrote it down on my calendar and made sure to tell my job I was going to need the day as I didn't know how long the check up could take. Long story short. I wake up today to see a text (8am) saying "We tried multiple time to confirm your pet’s appointment by trying leaving messages unfortunately we have not heard back from you". Leading to if I don't confirm my dogs appointment in 30 mins from when I recieved the text, my appointment would get cancelled. By the way, the only time I got a missed call from them was ONCE yesterday so I don't understand where "we tried multiple times" comes from. (I work selling furniture so normally I get calls from customers so I assumed it was probably a customer I'll reach back to or receive a text) ANYWAYS.. I called right away as I saw my text (10am) and was told "sorry it has been canceled" but that if I live close I can get my dog checked right away. Mind you I was put on hold so regardless I wasn't going to make it on time. People have things to do and it's frustrating that I was never told at the beginning of scheduling my appointment that the day before I'd receive a call confirmation to confirm my appointment and if I didn't it would get cancelled. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I forsure will not even try to set another appointment after this. If I was the one to personally reach out and set up an appointment you better believe it's in my best interest for my dog to attend! Very unprofessional and unreliable.????????????????????????????????????????

My pet recently was attacked by a pitbull and my dog was 17 pounds at the most . When I went to plaza Blvd hospital we met dr kaleel she went above and beyond with care for our little schnoodle . She reached out to many surgeons and tried to find the best solution the best care even after hours , In my opinion she is very passionate about her work and from now on she will be our Veterinarian . I highly recommend her because we ran into a lot of places that did not help and we felt like they did not care about our dog .

I had an emergency today and the staff and vet were super sweet and were able to accomodate my puppy right before closing. They were able to communicate, solve all issues and were very fast. Best care all around

Our little dog had a bad reaction to something (lots of itching and agitation and swelling around his eyes). We are traveling thru the area and not familiar with any vets in the area. I tried to get in touch with 2 other vets, but they weren't answering calls. Meanwhile, my dog is getting worse. Called Plaza Boulevard and they were able to see him that day. He showed immediate improvement after being seen and I am confident that he received excellent care. Thank you so much for helping us!

Not a single bad thing to say about this place. Staff is always friendly. I can usually get an appointment within a reasonable time, usually same day/next day. They took care of my dads dog after he got into a fight with a stray. And I take my dog here for all his check ups, never had a bad experience. Best part is their prices have always seemed fair. Thank you Plaza Blvd pet hospital!

Very happy with the service provided by this pet hospital. I brought my cat here because he was sick and seemed in pain. The staff were all very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Much less expensive than other pet hospitals I have been to. Would recommend.

This pet clinic is so unprofessional they cancel my appointment 1:30 early waiting for it for a week so stupid

Excellent service with Dr Khaleel and staff. Always treated us like family. She always put Bella's well being first over profit. Always the organic, safe option for my beloved pet. Trusted her advise 110%. Will recommend for as long as she provides service to the community even tough my pet died the am of 11/2/2019. At the time I couldn't think of what to do but I've trusted the staff at Plaza Blvd Pet Hospital for my dog's needs for almost 14yrs. They were friendly, compassionate and took care of everything. Thank you for everything.

This place is great. I have now had 2 puppies examed here. And 1 treated here on multiple occasions for check ups, skin issues, dietary problems and so on. And all those issues were all solved with the help of the Doctors and Vet techs. All the staff are very friendly and very helfpul.

I called with a few questions in regards to a check up on a puppy that I was interested in purchasing. Let’s just say with all the information the veterinarian gave me I decided not to purchase the puppy. Thank you so much for all the information you gave me now I feel more equipped to search for a puppy that will be safe for my family.

I've been taking my cat here for a couple years. I've always had good experiences with this veterinarian. They listen to all of my questions and don't leave me hungry for more information. They're gentle with my pet and it shows the staff genuinely cares for him. I felt compelled to write a review after my experience today. Through this COVID-19 business I was impressed to see the measures they're taking to keep the pets and their humans safe. The staff carefully takes your pet from your car to the clinic to get done what needs to be done. I saw pets confidently walk with the vet techs back to their vehicles. I brought with me a new cat I had just adopted who wasn't in the best of shape. They were very clear with me what she needed done and how we can move on treating her problems. I ended up with a bill much less than I had anticipated. I will continue to go to this vet, and happily recommend this establishment.

In the past I had taken my cat in for some procedure and was impressed with how quickly I got an appointment and how inexpensive the procedures were. Yet, my last experience was devastating. I had taken my dog to see what was wrong with a limp he developed. I was greatfull to get a quick appointment since five other vets I called were going to have me wait for several weeks to bring him in. it took them almost two months to final find out it was cancer. By that time all of the medications from the procedures, visits, and experimenting had damaged his kidney too a point where there was no hope and he eventually passed. When I finaly got three other options from other vets they all told me that this could have been prevent if he was diagnosed sooner and was not given such harsh medications. My biggest regret is not getting a second opinion much sooner. Like I said they have done well in the past with basic things. They are a bargain and they give you the fastest appointments In the area, but if you truly love your pets love them enough to take them somewhere else.

Called to ask about a same-day visit because my dog had a lump under her eye grow 50% more and other vets did not have anything available. I didn’t want to wait two days for her other appointment I already booked. Their emergency visits are 70$ and appointments are 50$. A regular appointment at the other vets I called were ~65$ so 70$ for a same-day visit was a great deal! The staff worked very well with me and were very friendly. Everything was clear. My dog got seen and evaluated in about 30 min or less. She also got her vaccines done. I was on a waitlist til October for the vet she usually gets it done at. Thry explained the prices of everything well and showed me a sheet of everything listed. The vaccines are moderately priced. I recommend this vet!

I had an appointment at 10:30 am, We called following the new standard procedures from Covid19 to announce that we arrived for our appointment on time. After waiting for more than half an hour and seeing other cars coming and going on the clinic after us; I called to see what what happening because they left me outside 95 F with the beating sun in the car while other clients and patients were coming in and out of the hospital, the owner of the clinic didn’t even apologized and told me that he was very busy that he didn’t have enough employees that I should look for another clinic. I don’t complain about the stuff and doctors but the owner is super rude ! I never experienced such a bad customer service.

First time dog owners and from our experience this place seems to be okay. We don't have anything to really compared them to being that this is our first veterinarian, but they were friendly, clean environment, had separate doors for dogs and cats, informative, and provided quick service! We came in the day before for our new dog and they scheduled us an appointment for the next day and everything was taken care of. They informed us about what their going to do, what our next steps should be, and even gave us a certificate to start the licensing process within our visit. We had nothing to compare them to price wise but the service itself was worthy enough to recieve our business. Thank you guys for you help! Thanks for reading!

I have a quick question, do you guys give training for a new person that would like to have experience as a Vetenarian? The thing is I don’t have a high school diploma but I would like to volunteer to have experience :)

Have brought my two dogs and cat here for several years now. Always excellent care and far cheaper than most other offices. Will work to get your pet in ASAP if something comes up.

I had a bad experience with this pet hospital... i brought my cat in because he was having urination and bowel problems, losing a lot of weight... I was told he would need an IV. Then i had a dialogue with the vet where i told him if it wasn't possible for my cat to get better after the IV then they need to notify me so i can be there when he is put to sleep. Then we started talking about finances... they handed me a form and told me to sign here, here, and here. I thought I was signing papers to set up a payment plan but instead it was to euthanize my cat. My English is not the best so I didn't know what the form exactly said. I dropped my cat off and left, two days later I called the vet and asked how my cat was doing - they said the cat died. I was shocked. I told them i would call them back at another time. then i called them again, i asked what happened - they said i signed an euthanization form. I didn't believe it so I asked for a copy and they refused to give it to me and suggested I see a counselor for depression.

Thank you so much Plaza Boulevard Pet Hospital!! They were the only hospital that didn't turn us away when my furry baby was in pain. After trying 9 different other hospitals; this hospital graciously took us in. I'm so grateful for all you have done for us. This pet hospital has kind, patient staff who really care about their work. Providing medication and instruction as to how it's applied. They work quick but with care and compassion. As for price; it's a decently good price :) The next day after my dog was treated they call me back to know how he was doing. Goes to shows you that they care the pet's well being. This was my first experience here and they deserve this 5 star review because now, I'm mostly definitely making this my pet's hospital. Thank you again. Please keep up the great work. This is by far my favorite vet. I've been to 4 & this one is by far the most friendliest & very affordable. Every time I take my dog, they call me the next day to check on him.
