They were late but I understand why, it was fine

I visited looking for some aquarium supplies, and unfortunately they had a very small selection. However if you have a dog or a cat it appears that's definitely more their specialty. The salesperson I met was friendly and helpful, I just wish I had a dog!

Along with change in hours service is pretty slow even when the stores empty.

I was getting ready to pick up a new puppy. And was looking for a nearby place. The person working today was so nice. Helped me fast and gave me my 6 feet of space. She was so attentive. I definitely recommend this place. They offer more like nail clipping It’s closed due to COVID.

great little place. not the biggest selection or best to find pets. they have a nice selection for cats and dogs. the staff is very helpful and friendly.

First time here. I wanted to give the smaller local shop a chance. The shelves were limited. They didn't have the aquarium filter I needed (not a big deal but my filter is not uncommon and it would be nice to have a one stop shop). I was also looking for turtle food (floating stick type). They had it, however it was in an unlabeled plastic bag tied up with a twist tie ????. Perhaps it was a way to save them money, but for the quantity and price, it didn't seem like that savings was passed to me. The customer service was so so.

Small business with a lot of inventory! Dog & cat, and all sorts of feeders from crickets to mice, small pets, you name it. Great staff that is always there to answer any questions. Full service with grooming, nail trimming etc. Plenty of parking & easy to get to.

This place has gone downhill fast. I used to love it.

Customer service is great. The staff usually has good tips and tricks to offer about your pets which is awesome. But also remember that they are not vets and it is always best to ask your vet before trying something new or different. The store is clean and though small has a good variety of foods and snacks, etc. And pricing is just right. Definitely recommend????

I have a Ball Python, and this small little shop is always stocked with the essentials I need. They always have the rats I need, as well as the supplies for the recent fish aquarium we just got. They are friendly and have great prices too.

The owner is super nice! Very attentive to her customer's needs. It's always best to support small businesses.

This store has EVERYTHING you need for your pets. The owner Cosette is super knowledgeble. I recommend this store to anyone looking for the highest quality products and reasonable prices. To top it off, you will have the Best customer service experience and will be glad you went in.

Horrible experience, me and my family got a guinea pig from this store, after rushing back to the store this morning my guinea pig couldn't breath she was sick before we got her the first day we had her she had crusty eyes nose filled with mucus we were suspicious after this.after rushing over to the store the lady with a heavy accent said that it is our fault when she kept calling her us about the guinea pig we told her we are going to write a yelp review she said we are going to get karma from writing a Yelp review. My sister came back come with home with her deceased guinea pig sobbing and she couldn't breathe because the guinea pig died in her arms then the lady told my sister this is all her fault we only had her for 4 days

Not to busy but has a lot to offer.

I got a Guinea pig and a hamster from here. They always have good stuff for animals, food wise and they have the cutest little pets.

Loved this place and if I didn't move away would continue to visit. Will probably still order online through them. Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful. Great place!

This place is a Grand Ma Grand pa type of a place. Very friendly staff. They sell lizard's, turtles , rats, mice. Didn't hear or see bird's ????. Good selection of dog and cat supplies and accessories. A little pricey but a place worth checking out.

Horrible first time experience. I was in the store less than 7 minutes and the customer service was mind blowing. The employee named Jessica needs to find another job if she is not happy doing what she's doing.

We got our pet guinea pig here. He is adorable and now very spoiled. Staff is friendly and helpful.

It is an incredible pet store. The people that work here are really nice and are allways willing to help you. The prices are totally affordable. I would without a doubt recomend this pet store to anyone that is looking for one.

I love this pet store. Great customer service. They also have CBD oil for dogs. I put a drop on a treat and my dog stops itching and sleeps all night.
