I was under a deadline and they were completely booked. Dr Dyson took both my animals on her lunch hour and I was able to make my deadline. They really went the extra mile.

Dr D is a caring vet, did a good exam of my dog, answered my concerns, support staff also caring and good pre and post follow up, liked coming in and staying with my dog while vet examined him.

I could not recommend Napa Small Animal more! Have been taking our pets to them for 20 years. They are so accommodating, professional, kind and the entire staff will bend over backwards for you. I love them! Our adult children now take their animals to them as well.

The staff is very thorough when explaining any procedure. They are also friendly and caring to my dog.

I have taken all of my pets here and I have never thought of going anywhere else. They provide fantastic service and are very communicative. If you are on the fence, or don't know anyone here, take the step and bring your pet by, you won't be dissapointed.

Napa Small Animal Hospital is very thorough with both animal care and record keeping. I do not have to keep track of Scotty's shots. NSA hospital does it for me. They are Covid safe, prompt,and fair on the price for their services.

Seasoned professionals who pay careful attention to each patient. Great technical and administrative support. Our vet for 27 years and many complex critter health care challenges.

We have been going to NSAH for years. Always a very good experience. Today had to visit to see what was going on with our cat. Dr. Whitehill (Dr. Mary) looked at him and then gave me a complete rundown of what might be the issue(s). She was (and always has been) generous with her time, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend NSAH and Dr. Mary. She likes her job and you can tell.

My mom had to put her dog down as he was suffering. The amount of genuine compassion was outstanding. I went to support my mom and found that she was already supported by the staff and doctor. The team was knowledgeable and swift.

My dog had started some bleeding, I called and Napa Small Animal Hospital said "Bring her right over!" They took her in and found the problem, prescribed antibiotics and she's already looking and feeling better! I can't thank NSAH enough!!They always have been there when we needed help for our fur babies!

Just so that everyone is aware, they are not accepting new patients so it’s not worth your time calling them.

All the team ,from doctors to assistants are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The hospital is very clean well kept. I feel confident they will give Mia the best care possible.

We had an emergency with our 18-year-old cat who suddenly started sneezing blood. Dr. Parker was very responsive and did a complete physical to determine what it happened. She spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me explaining what they did to check him out. He is just fine I am happy to report and so appreciate the quick response. The care and concern of all the staff is incredible!

All the employees are kind, courteous and well trained. They take very good care of the animals and I have already recommended them to several people.

I like everything about this veterinary hospital; the doctors and staff. We have taken all of our dogs there over the past 20 + years adding up to 6 of our little loves. They are extremely caring and up to date on all medical care our dogs have required. Nothing but the very best care.

When I had 3 dogs at once, they were always there for me. Patient with me as I am overly cautious. It has been 2 years since all 3 died (aged at the same time) and I started back with them with my puppy. They are small but they always have someone available. And I like how they keep your costs down (e.g., scheduling a tech for shots).

While they took care of my dog well enough, it's not beneath one of the vets to demean another's opinion in front of patients. I found this unprofessional. The front staff is kind, though they seem to have issues locating information at times. Also, we were given conflicting informations twice.

I have a little 6.5 pound Chihuahua that had to have his eye taken out. The care that the front desk gave me, put me at ease. When I picked him up later that day the staff told me that they were madly in love with my little dog and the doctor said that he was a charmer. He’s recovering beautifully and I really felt myself and my dog were well cared for !

I have been taking my dogs to the vets at Napa Small Animal Hospital for many years now. The vets there go out of their way to figure out the best way to treat your animals and they do so in the most cost effective ways. They are a fantastic group of veterinarians!

Extremely disappointed in their customer service. I tried to order simple flea medicine online and was flatly denied - with incorrect inforMatin and no attempt to rectify the matter. They make it very difficult to do business with-will be seeking better customer service elsewhere.

I wanted to like this place, partly because there are not a lot of other choices in this small town, and Dr. Mary seems competent, but I just can't tolerate the snide and non-listening front office staff any longer. Not only to they not listen to customers, and so repeatedly give answers to questions not asked while not answering the questions that were asked, but they do this with an increasingly low-class, snotty attitude. I can find rudeness and incompetence everywhere these days it seems, but I'd rather not find it in a place where I want my beloved pets to be cared for. On a more general note, they charge the same rate for initial exams and all subsequent appointments. The initial exam fee is on-par with other animal hospital's initial exam fees in the area. But the issue is that there is no benefit to being a loyal patient. At most places, you pay the expensive initial exam fee the very first time (thus "initial"), and after that you pay a regular lower fee for office visits. Not here. It's the same exam fee, every time. Regardless if you are a new patient or have been going there for 10 years. So what's the point? Odd. Grasping. Greedy?
