This place is just wonderful. The care that Dr. Sarah and the other vets and staff show for our pets is unmatched. I feel very confident that they have our best interests in mind and the love for our dogs is palpable whenever we visit. They explain everything very carefully and are compassionate, friendly, and understanding. Could not be happier!!

These people were so wonderful, We had an emergency on Saturday morning my regular vet was not open and I just showed up at there front door called the number and they took my poor little kitty in right away to help him. They were so professional and caring. I can not thank them enough.

Dr. Carroll and his staff have been treating our cat who has a rare and challenging condition. Dr. Carroll has shown great care and concern in trying to help rid her of this awful condition. We feel confident in his expertise.

Every time I need vet care for my cat or dog, Napa River Pet Hospital makes itself available. Sometimes there are emergencies and others routine visits but everyone there always makes me & my pets feel welcome and well cared for.

I always feel that I'm in great hands with Dr. Sarah. She's extremely good with my dog and does a great job. Even my naughty little Terrier secretly loves her.

I love Dr. Sarah, she is so compassionate and truly cares about my little 'Rosie. I dropped in for a nail trim but I also get all the meds thru Napa River Pet. Everyone is friendly and professional and the facility is clean and not crowded. A wonderful experience every time, great care provided always.

I had such a wonderful experience bringing in our sweet little 6 month old bunny to be neutered. I was nervous as I know rabbits are somewhat delicate and sensitive, but the staff put me at ease right away. They took great care of our bunny and were available for questions I had after the fact. I would definitely come back and recommend them to my friends and family!

Love the care they provide. Have had nothing but excellent servises provided. True, top of their class Doctors on site and support staff is amazing. Know my doggies name upon site and treat him as their own. Could not be happier that they came to this location.

Our Wrigley has been a patient of Dr. Sara's for over a year, he came to her with a severe ear infection that no other Vet seemed to be able to cure. Dr. Sara was amazing in tending to him. The staff is very nice also. I highly recommend the office and have referred friends with their fur babies there.

Our dog Bailey has Addison's and we were concerned with her getting consistent and compassionate care. We were taking her to Alley Cat but the vet there was transferred to California Pet. So we followed her but was never able to get an appointment with her. It seemed that every time we went we had a different vet with different ideas. We were treated as nameless cattle and charged hundred's of dollars on each visit. Napa River Pet Hospital is the perfect place for Bailey. They are caring and welcoming when we come in. I was sold the second Dr. Sarah sat on the floor and waited for Bailey to approach her. She was very familiar with Addison's and understood how frightening office visits and other unfamiliar experiences can be for Bailey. We feel fortunate to have found them.

We had to take our dog here as she was acting very strange. Upon the vet walking in and diagnosing our little one, she immediately knew what the problem was, in about 30sec. Also when the vet was explaining to us what was happening, you could tell she was very sincere and really cared for an animal even though she had no historical connection with our dog. If you are searching for an animal hospital in the area, I highly recommend this place.

We were so happy with Napa River Pet Hospital. We found out they were opening a new hospital on the west side of town, we were very happy. We live on this side of Napa. Best of all was being able to make an appointment for both dogs at same time. We met Dr. Lester and she was great and so helpful. Our dogs still don't like to go to the vets, but they get the best care at the Napa River Pet Hospital on both sides of town. We recommend them to everyone. Thank you, Jerry & Linda

I love Napa River Pet Hospital. I have a very large dog who has behavioral issues and they always treat him so good. I take him in with a muzzle and he leaves without it because he feels comfortable around them. Also, when my brother had to have his dog out to sleep, the Dr sat in the floor with us the whole time until after we left. I highly recommend them
