Very happy with DR. Telles and her staff. I would highly recommend Murrieta Family Pet Hospital. Dr Telles takes all the time necessary to care for you pet and is very passionate about her work. She is truly concerned about giving your pet the highest quality of health at affordable prices.

I love this clinic! They are friendly and helpful. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

This has been my best experience with a vet, I have gone through at least 10 vets trying to get the best care for my Sphynx kitten and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Murrieta Family Pet Hospital listening and caring in such a fantastic way. I will never take my baby anywhere else, so thankful I was referred here and will also be referring as much as possible. Murrieta Family Pet Hospital ACTUALLY CARES about animals! They are not pushy, they are kind, they LOVE animals! I am so happy to have found such a wonderful facility!

Local caring hands on Pet Hospital…They helped our Odi from having seizures. Proper diagnosis and the correct prescription has prevented our 10yr old family dog from having any seizures. Ask for Dr. Tellis and Team.

I wish I could give Murrieta Family Pet Hospital a genuine rating and review considering it was recommended as being a wonderful place to take my fur family... unfortunately they've not returned my call to be seen. I wanted to wait a few days before I left this review to give them the benefit of the doubt, but still no call. It looks like I will have to stick with my original plan to go to Clinton Keith pet Hospital.

Kind, experienced, knowledgeable veterinarians. Dr. Yelled is wonderful. Her staff is also super friendly and competent. So glad to have found this vet.

Great place to bring your pets in. Staff is knowledgeable, vets know there stuff and are very patient with there pet owners. They were very patient with us and answered every question we had. Would recommend to all if looking for a reliable vet clinic for your furry family members.

Great customer service here and they really take care of our furry family member. There's a lot of places to go that are closer to our house, but reviews weren't too great. So we picked this spot and I can see why people like them.

Came here for a second opinion and was satisfied with how clear the Dr was about my dog tumor. The first place gave me no proper answers had me pay for something they knew wasn’t gonna give them answers and never heard of them again. Decided to come here and felt like they cared. My doggy is having surgery here next week and I will be back with a second review “update” on her surgery.

Services were a bit more expensive compared to other vets but the staff was friendly and knowledgeable

Every time I brought my puppy in. It was a complete up sale. Charged for services I didn't get. A charge to check him even though I just brought in less than 2 weeks later. I questioned it and its just something they do. Not that mention everything else they charge. Wish it was a better feeling but I feel like it about the money not my puppy.

They are wonderful! They were able to see my sick dog when no one else was able (or willing) to see her. The staff was so helpful and polite to me. I felt the Doctor explained my dogs issues and my options in a manner I could easily understand. I highly recommend them!

I would give them 10 stars if I could! My dog needed emergency surgery for a life-threatening condition and I could hardly find anyone to treat her in time, and anyone who could was prohibitively expensive. Dr. Telles and her technician went WAY out of their way to see my dog the same day, and the price was even much lower than any of the other quotes I had received! The level of care we received was ABOVE AND BEYOND what can be expected, and I am EXTREMELY grateful to the team for everything they did for my dog. It is refreshing to see that there are still businesses that will bend over backward to help their clients, and that is exactly what happened in my experience. Thank you all!!!

My first visit was a good experience, my second visit there was regrettable at best. I had a appointment scheduled and they had me wait in the parking lot for 40 minutes without any kind of an update on when my pet might be seen. They then proceeded to charge me for a physical exam for my pet when all they were able to do was stick a stethoscope on his chest....apparently that'll run you $50. That will be the last time I come here, so many better options out there.

Doc was excellent...my dog fell out of car on the highway and got hurt..they took me in right away and took care of him

I have only been here for grooming, Keshawn does such a good job with my dogs! I can honestly say she is the best groomer my dogs have ever had, they love coming to her. She is so nice and patient with them And me! I know you will love her too❤️

The staff at Murrieta Family Pet Hospital are very friendly and pleasant to associate with. When my cat was feeling ill, my own veterinarian could not take her but this office found time for her. The doctor was very professional and explained everything so that I could understand. So, from now on, t his is the veterinarian for both my cats.

I could not see how this Pet Hospital could provide a better service. And compared to so many other similar places the prices are very reasonable! Thank you!

Brought our 9 yr old Chihuahua "Chapis" her after he returned from the groomer and was very lethargic whimpering and not eating or drinking. I had called over 15 Animal Clinics/Hospitals who said they had no appointments available. Called MFPH and was given a same day appointment. Dr. Telles and her staff are truly Amazing!! Dr. Telles examined him and provided us with a couple treatment options. My wife and daughter worked with Dr. Telles and her staff to determine what test and medications would best diagnose his illness and start him on the road to recovery. The Dr. and her AMAZING Staff are very supportive. There is no pressure tactics to perform unnecessary tests/X-rays. The Dr. and her staff let us know that if he wasn't feeling better just call and they would see him the same day. He started feeling better almost immediately. The Staff called the next day to see how he was doing. You treated him like family and we will never forget that!! Thank you Dr. Telles and the MFPH Team!!

These a animal people. They love pets and treat them well and dont try to upsell you. Wouldnt take our 3 cats elewhere.

The doctor and staff are amazing. They give us time to ask questions instead of rushing us through like at other places. I trust them with the care of our senior dog; they take good care of her and treat her like a queen!

Best vet ever! I would highly recommend them. The dogs even get excited to go there...probably due to the ice cream cones they get. Lol. There's literally nothing they could do better...

Brought my puppy in for his first check up. Left very happy they gave me all the info i needed as well .very nice workers here highly recommend.

My pet sitter recommended this Veterinary clinic and I was very impressed. From my very first phone call to my visit, the staff was extremely professional and kind. Their loving spirit for animals really showed. Dr. Telles was very knowledgeable and friendly. They even called a few days after to see how my kitty was doing. I will be making Dr. Telles my primary veterinarian.
