Took my fur baby in to get vaccine. Didn't take long at all. He had a slight fever when we showed up made sure he was good befor shots. Showed love. Found our Vet for our pets. Thank you Angel Care!

I was referred to Angel care pet hospital to have a C section procedure done on my dog 11/2/21. Everything went smooth well at least that’s what I thought. The vet tech brings the box of puppies out, he doesn’t say anything besides make sure to keep them warm. Nothing regarding how many, the gender, nothing. So I count 6 puppies, 4 males & 2 females. We already had scheduled my dogs follow up appointment for 2 weeks later to have her stitches removed. I get there this morning to the appointment and the lady at the counter remembered my dog and goes Lola? ( which is my dogs name). Then she goes 7 puppies? At this moment I’m confused because from my understanding she only had 6 puppies. So I guess she scrolls down on her computer and says I’m sorry 6 puppies went home and 1 was dead on arrival. Now I’m furious, I find out 2 weeks after they’re born that one died, that is absurd. That should’ve been the first thing mentioned when they handed me my box of puppies. I didn’t get to go back and see my deceased puppy or none of the above. That’s is not cool at all. I’ve never written a review before, I felt this should be mentioned to future breeders, so you all are aware.

Dr.V saved our Scotti's life. He's a very good and caring doctor.

Great Staff and the Dr here is even Greater. He really is in the best interest in the pet's health as well as the owners financial situation. He's not here to just take your money and make you feel like you got ripped off or robbed, he works out a plan that both benefits the owner and the animals health as well. I highly recommend this place to newcomer patients, he's also very Military Friendly!

First time and they were all wonderful, very carrying and compassionate and made me feel very good ❤

terrible service, just moved from a different county and had records of my pet having constant ear flushes and infections and needs allergy shot monthly. Angel Care kept charging for a full office visit and exam and then gave me a cream instead of the shot. The cream does not work and I did mention it was in the medical reports. The ointment was not even in the original packaging, it was in their own and charged more for way less of the product given. I already switched to a new vet.

They take great care of my girls and the girls who work there are always friendly and have a smile on their faces. Also real happy that my favorite vet Dr. Pearson is now there a couple times a week. She is an awesome addition to what is already a great vet.

Brought my 3 yr old Corgi here yesterday because she was pregnant and having a hard time breathing. Normally these are signs or going into labor but she was still 8 days out from her delivery date so I knew there was something wrong. There was good signs that she was hemorrhaging. Trouble breathing, pale gums and throwing up. I went here knowing that she would probably need a C-Section. Had Dr. V take a look at her $95. He recommended an ultra sound that way he would know what was wrong. $250. No problem, just want to make sure her and the puppies were going to be alright. Comes back and says she has 10-11 puppies (they normally have about 7) which is what’s making it just a little bit harder on her. Asked if she needed to have a C-Section, or what needed to happen to ensure that her and the puppies would be ok. Just feed in smaller doses, give Pedialyte, and introduce these iron droplet to her once a day. Knowing that he’s the Dr. and should know what he’s talking about, I took Kensey home and followed the Dr’s orders. Before bed she was in the same condition 9pm. 12am same condition. 3am same condition Woke up at 5:15am to my dog being dead on the dining room floor. Not gonna say much more but I’m pretty sure you can agree that Kensey was miss diagnosed. Today is a sad day, her and her puppies didn’t have to die. My son just turned 2 so I’m just waiting to see how long it takes for him to figure out his pup is gone.

After reading so many good review, I decided to bring my pet here for an emergency check up due to her falling and hitting her head on the concrete. I got there and signed in and the lady at the counter informed me that they would give me a call. After 4hrs of waiting I didn’t hear from them so I called back to follow up and they stated that it would be a few more hours for them to see my pet, which it NEVER happened. I was very disappointed on how poorly their customer services is.

Well here it goes. Came in to get my dog’s ears help. My dog had bad ear infections. The doc takes him back and later tells me I need to have him stay to do a “deep cleaning” and to start his ear treatment off right. They charged me $1,200 to clean his ears, give him shots, keep him over night etc. I pick my dog up next day and pay for meds. Two weeks later, ears still bad. I take my dog back and hear how I’m not cleaning his ears well enough. No new approach, just sells me more meds and sends us to do more cleaning, $450. Meds ran out and dog’s ears still bad…. Well, new vet and $130 later, dog had allergies and needed treatment for that. Ears better, fraction of the cost. This vet clinic will charge you every which way possible and won’t deliver on their end. When they don’t fix your dog’s ailment they will charge you more $ and deflect all blame on you. Beware.

They are really angels there and they treat your dog like there own, very informative and up on there knowledge of every breed that comes in I would not recommend anyone else for surgery on your pet

I called here several times a day and each time they answer they just put you on hold or hang up on you. I’ve been bringing my dog here since she was born, my pet had an eye issue and all vets and hospitals and urgent cares say they don’t have availability and To call my pets normal vet and they should be able to help. They told me call vca and vca said i don’t know why they’d tell you to call here we don’t have openings for week/ 2 weeks out. Vca suggest I call another urgent care and they are booked out too. I drove from San Diego because that’s where I live to get my dog treated out here and there’s no aid. On top of that they want to charge 95 dollar consultation fee and you have to pay medication fees as well. They are horrible and make matter worse by not being at least understanding they’re all rude and hang up and say oh yeah we are busy too. It’s my dogs eyes like I’ve been calling everywhere not just here but they can’t see her.

Everyone took great care of my Molly. She had a severe dental issue and has had seizures her whole life. The doctor offered to do her surgery same day as her exam. That was a pleasant surprise and definitely less stressful for my anxious yorkie. No more doggie breath either!! I have dental appointment for my other dogs this week. Thank you, angel care!!!

The doctors there are really good doctor V is amazing his staff is a little bit unorganized and they don't move as effectively and efficiently as they could there's a long delay for services and things that should be very fast and up taking hours upon hours I feel like over all it's a good facility they just need a manager to be able to manage a staff better
