Now that you cater to online ordering you have nothing in your store except toys and treats dog food and cat food are in limited supply.. it's extremely disappointing I didn't like your store before and now I really don't

Bought 2 different sizes of pet shoes for my small dog because I wasn't sure what size would fit her. Tried to return the other pair during the height of Covid and was told they currently don't accept returns, but that I can bring it back anytime once they accept returns again. Fair enough. Tried to return it today and was told return policy has now changed and it's too late. Deceptive and dishonest to not honor something you told a customer a few months ago. Will be taking my business to petsmart or chewy from now.

Worst experience ever. Spent 3 hours and called 5 times to customer service and even talk to the supervisor, every time I got promise my issue will get resolved within 48 hours but never did, even never heard back from anyone. Couldn’t understand how does petco handle customer issue. Terrible experience!

Good neighborhood pet store. Dont appreciate guys pitching their charity for children here. I came to get pet food and I get a pitch to donate to kids charity. Seems opportunistic.

Not happy with this place. Never gonna come here again. Poor service. They just buff pet's nails and don't trim them but then they charge for both! My pet was scared the whole time and his nails are not even smooth. They're rough. Bad service. #grooming #buffing #trimming

It was not the best experience because I made a special trip there after I called see if they had a certain leash in for my dog I was informed that they did and they didn't and I wasted time and I don't like that Excuse my punctuation I'm talking to text

The fish is too crowded and sick. I've been there three times since lask week trying to buy some guppy fish. The staff there didn't do anything for the fish even after I told them there are dead fish in the aquarium. So disappointed!

Purchased some tiny shrimp for my microaquaponics setup. The associate that assisted me was so helpful and knowledgeable. Would shop there again just for the good service.
