Very professional and comprehensive. Dr. Sparago and team in the IM department listened to my concerns and provided me with a clear outline of my pets assessment. They worked hard to understand her complicated history. I really appreciated the written detailed note I got after my visit. It’s easy to forget what the vet says when you’re sad and just hoping for your cat to improve.

Very quickly took care of my dog. Kept me informed of her condition.

They took the best care of our one year old puppy who came down with an ear infection on a weekend. Because of covid we still can't find a permanent vet so these 24 hour centers are a life saver.

Medvet was able to see my cat right away, diagnosed her with an infection, treated her, and kept her there until I could pick her up.

My little dog was very very sick and it was rather sudden. They were so communicative and honest with me about what shape she was in and what we could try to do. I felt supported and in the end, we ended up losing her. Honestly they made it a little less horrible. The vet even hugged us (after asking of course) since we had been through much trying to help our little girl over the weekend. I would bring my dogs here in any emergency situation.

Went on a Sunday to get an old sick cat treated for several symptoms. They were quick to take the cat into care and do diagnostic tests to find what was wrong. They solved the mystery that afternoon. The cat went home and is doing well. Excellant service on a day when other vets are closed.

We came in with an emergency, overall good vet but we had to wait for 2 hrs 30 min because we weren't patients.

Very nice people. It was impossible to get an appointment at other vets to treat my cat's face abscess. What I love is that when I called, they told me over the phone what the office visit flat rate and that any procedures done would be extra. Before they did any procedures, they called to check with me and get my approval. I also actually really like that I can drop my cat off for treatment and come back in a couple of hours to pick her up.

We took our last old cat (age 16) in as he wasn't eating well for a week or so. His kidneys are failing. They took good care of him. I recommend them.

They took great care of my sick dog on an early week day morning. I appreciate the vet and hospital staff for putting my dog’s physical and mental wellness first. They were so empathetic and gentle with him, which is very important because he is scared of strangers. The vet communicated different treatment plans and their pros and cons clearly. They were also very responsive with my follow up questions over the phone.

From start to finish, best experience ever. Never once felt I was being sold a bunch of unnecessary overpriced treatments. Everyone from the office treated me and my dog like we were the only patient/owner they had all day, and I know that was not the case. Yet I never felt rushed or unheard. Compassion from start to finish. Highly recommend.

These people are SO loving and kind. My kitty was under their care, both while she was at the hospital and while at my home. They encouraged me to call anytime. They never minded how often I called, they would call me with updates on my baby's condition. The level of knowledge, care and compassion is incredible. I highly recommend this hospital for your precious animal family members.

Our 14-year-old cat began crying uncontrollably Monday afternoon. My son called numerous vets begging for help only to learn it would be days before he could be seen by vets in our area. He called Mountain View MedVet and was advised to bring him right away. He delivered our boy and waited for the doctors report. Initially they gave him pain medication to ease his suffering.Our sweet furry friend Was suffering from urinary obstruction. They were able to clear without surgery! The care was exceptional! The entire team was compassionate, kind, informative, And provided frequent updates on his condition. We are so thankful for the loving, the skilled care he was provided and happy to have him home improving daily. Forever grateful

Both MedVet Campbell and Mountain View team did amazing jobs taking care of my cat Duang Duang, a 5-month old poor thing that suffers from abnormal and reoccurring urinary blockage. They really impressed me with the following things: 1) excellent team: very professional and responsible in a way of communicating and handing over tasks to each other so that every doctor is on the same page and knows my cat’s condition. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy teams. 2) daily updates: Doctor will call and update me every morning and night about my cat’s condition and discuss CT/ultrasound reports in detail. Im a inquisitive person with so many questions and they were all super patient answering all of them! 3) keep things within the budget: I’ve been to another hospital that overcharged me 10k for this issue. MedVet’s invoice is much more reasonable. Doctors try to eliminate any unnecessary items while keeping the right treatment to save my wallet. 4) they love your furry friend: during hospitalization, the staff sent me videos and pictures of duang duang so that I know he’s loved and doing well. They also put toys to entertain with him. 5) in-network connections: they tried best to find the soonest available surgery appointment by contacting many different locations (ex: sage, MedVet silicon valley) . Also had discussion with internal medicine specialist to resolve the difficult medical issue. 6) efficiency, efficiency, efficiency: Doctors and staff are efficient regarding writing prescription and emailing medical records. Thank you Dr. Clare, Dr.Wickham, Dr.Nielsen, Dr.Passer, and Dr.Morehouse, also staff Deanna, Monica, Casey and so many others!

Absolutely great people with a great sense of humanity. I had a great experience there trying to get a lost cat some help. They were gracious and gave us great advice on what to do next. Wonderful people.

I cannot say enough good things about MedVet! Our puppy had an emergency overnight at MedVet. The entire staff was responsive, professional, and supportive in diagnosing Bentley, explaining our options, and helping Bentley recover. They gave us regular updates and even fed him by hand to ensure he was doing OK. In addition to phenomenal medical service, MedVet promptly reimbursed us when Bentley was healthy enough to come home early, and proactively responded to our pet insurance company's requests without us having to ask. I was able to bring my kitty in right away to be seen by a vet without much waiting. Also a actual person answering the phone when I call to see if I could bring my kitty in ! The fees was very reasonable. I will be going back again when the next kitty emergency comes up!
