My dog was traumatized and he was kept there for over 6 hours never again! They keep your dog way too long.. it took two weeks for him to get Back to normal...

My Miss Lola is 16 and they take wonderful care of her when they groom her she always looks fabulous and she never seems stressed or upset like she has at other places. They don't keep her there for long either they're pretty fast with her.

Oh my god they did such a good job on my White trier and treated him like a king.

Sine it’s national dogs day I was thinking of my little girl Bella today. Bella was my best friend growing up and I’ve shared so many memories with her. Bella is no longer with us today because this place put Bella through emotional and physical distress with led to her death. I’ve taken both my dogs to this particular place for years and have never had a problem before. The last time I took Bella here was in October of 2020. Bella had anxiety and had to get special treatment because of her anxiety. We got a call that Bella was having a seizure and rushed to get her. We specifically told the groomer not to put her in the dryer because she doesn’t like loud noises. Bella had burns on her face and the groomer told us that while she was having the seizure that Bella was put in a small crate. We were also told that they took Bella out the building. This doesn’t make any sense why would you do this to our dog? Seems like you forgot my dog in the dryer or whatever they use to dry the animals. They obviously didn’t follow protocol when an animal is having a seizure and couldn’t give us any footage because it was supposedly deleted. Pretty suspicious how it was deleted from this particular incident. None the less you put my dog in emotional and physical distress and caused my poor Bella a horrible and emotional death. I would not take your animals here or would be very careful. I posted a picture of Bella in her memory. Thank you for reading

I’ve been bringing my 5 dogs to LePooch for going on 5 years now. The staff is very friendly and personable. They make you feel like family. I know that when I drop my dogs off they are treated with love and compassion. Every time I bring them they are excited to go inside. ( they run to the front door). My old man dog is generally a pain to deal with, I can’t even run a comb through his hair without a fight but he allows them to groom him. They always look great when I pick them up. This place is well organized and very professional, especially the manager. She is very much on top of things when it comes to my dogs. I feel very much at ease when leaving my babies there. Great service and professionalism across the board.

*Attention Cat Owners* While most pet grooming places understandably cater to dogs, Le Pooch has a great staff member who regularly gets our family's Persian under control. Whether it's removing matted fur, nail trimming, or a "Lion's Cut" like our cat gets, you'll be hard-pressed to find anywhere in South County that provides a similar service.

Le Pooch did a wonderful job grooming my standard Poodle. We travel full time in an RV - so finding a good groomer is always a little dicey. I was so happy with the job they did and they were very friendly and kind to my dog. Highly recommend

Great customer service by the ladies that greet you outside for your dogs appointment. Groomer did cut as requested. Our puppy was in at 9am and out just before noon.

Yes I called this groomers a month ago unfortunately due to covid-19 they were not open but the owner is extremely nice and as soon as she knew a date they were going to open she called me typical appointment because I was one of the first people to miss the stay-at-home Shelter by one day so I didn't get to have my dog groomed. Very very nice people work here

I can't really thank them enough for taking my dogs in and be able to get them nails trimmed. Cassandra and her coworker did great even tho my two dos are pitbulls mix, super friendly and scared baby's. They did trimmed their nails outside the building but I'm forever grateful. Thank you ladies .

Love them! Did a great job on my dog. They went above and beyond helping another client out whose dog was so stressed out. Price was $20 lower for a better cut than I was paying.

Great groomers! They were able to shave my dog with severe matts even after multiple groomers said they weren't able to and needed to take him to a vet. They are very reliable and helpful over the phone/text. My labradoodle comes back looking beautiful!

I take my one year old dog for grooming it was the first time my dog gets groomed and thy told me 3 to4 hours because the first time it take longer after I get home like 1/2 hour thy call me to come back to take my dog thy said he’s so scared thy don’t even try everything wiz him

Called for nail trim for my dog. Web site says 12.00. Wanted 20.00, told them about web site told me that’s a old price. Need to update their site
