My dogs always come home happy and lookin' good.

Unacceptable. We sent our two dogs to this place for grooming around 11:00 am in the morning. We were told it was going to take around 4-5 hours to finish. Around 5:30 pm, we called them and they told us they haven't groomed our dogs yet and it would probably take another hour. Around 7:30 pm, we called them again and we were told the groomer didn't show up for the day and they were trying to find another groomer. At that point, we decided to just pick up our dogs back as they haven't had any meal since morning. In the end, even though they didn't groom our dogs, they still charged us the full amount ($75 per dog). They did give both of them a shower, but that's all. When the dogs came back, they were exhausted. They drank up a full tank of water so I guess they haven't had any water for the day. This is NOT acceptable. They knew the groomer didn't show up and they chose not to inform us; instead, they just kept lying and giving us false time estimations. Also, what does it mean by "we are trying to find another groomer" even after the usual business hour? Are they gonna grab a random person to do the job? I don't know. What they were trying to do was beyond my poor imagination.

I have left two messages on their voicemail to make an appointment. I have not received a call back. Unfortunately, I'm not able to review/evaluate services.

I just picked up my dog and the cut was awful awful awful! Never using this place again! did not do anything we asked them to do. It was his first time but have had other puppies groomed with never a problem. waste of money for sure

I walked in with my puppy and they all ignored me, so I waited until someone greeted me. It was like I was bothering them being there. I will never attempt to go again.

Best place to have your pooch washed/groomed. Friendly staff, who care about your pooch and do a awesome job.

That was slightly thrown off by some of the conversations going on when I walked in through the door. But all the people here seem to have fun doing their job and they did an excellent job on my dog. I will definitely be a repeat customer

They were great the lady that attended us and her dog made my dog feel at home the groomer did a great job. Definitely going back.

A very friendly and knowledgeable staff that really cares about their clients welfare. Very meticulous and thorough with their grooming and they are highly involved with animal rescue as well. I wouldn't take my cat to any other groomer.
