The Sunnymead Staff is awesome they go above and beyond my cat has a broken leg and dislocated hip and worked with me to get kitty as comfortable as possible..very grateful I found them..

Staff is disorganized and unprofessional. Be prepared for a minimum 3 hour or longer wait. If you call you will be immediately put on hold, and likely you will give up after having to call back multiple times and over 20 or more minutes on hold listening to a recording of "we know your time is valuable" and "your call is important to us" repeating incessantly in your ear. You will be told that that there is only one receptionist and the doctor is in surgery even during nonsurgerical hours when they should be taking in appointments and walk-ins. The office and other staff can't seem to get themselves organized and professional, this defect I lay at the feet of those should be overseeing the business, the owners. I worry about taking in my pets in because I feel they are padding the bill with unnecessary charges and not considering the owner and their pet.

Very unprofessional, rude staff, when I ask a question they answer with a mistery, expensive, not clean, you wait all day , you can't speak to the Dr. When the new owners took over the prices are sky high, they don't let you talk to manager to complain, I wish that Dr. Park still there, this is the last visit I go to that place never again and will never recommended to no one

All the staff here is so unprofessional! From the beginning of the visit until the end. Their new way of taking in your pet to the back I get because of COVID but they are yelling your name from the door and get mad that you don’t go in right away which mind you, I asked how will you know who I am, he said we will call you on your number. When I came in he sounded upset because I didn’t hear him and come in right away. Then when asking questions he grabs the leash off my hands and is just standing there not even saying anything so rude! Then I am asking him questions as he’s walking away with my dog. I don’t care if you are having a bad day that is just horrible customer service and seems likes it’s an ongoing issue here. To top it off I waited over 5 hours and every time I had to call and see what was going because they failed to inform until the very end when they surprised me with a $600+ bill.

My 1 year cat Gus had a leg contusion, they took him in the same day I called and took care of it, I will be using them in the future for all my vet needs

Ever since this facility has new owners the prices for medication has soured. Additional testing, blood etc seems to have increased in frequency as well. I've been taking my pets here for twenty years, it's time to change vets.

They pay people to put good reviews on here so be cautious of them. I used to work there there's nothing like it used to be I can attest to prices going up but they have in alot of places. All I can say is just be careful taking your pets there. The front staff girl was very rude.

We took 3 baby Yorkies to have their tails docked without an appointment, all of the staff was professional and friendly, and we had a very short wait time, and to top it off the pricing was very reasonable.

Worst experience with a vet I have ever had. They don't communication on how long it would take and how much it would be. Do not recommend to anyone not even my worst enemy.

DO NOT go here. You wait forever and they overcharge you for services you don't need. I found a stray cat with a very common viral infection that is found amongst street and pound cats. I took her here and they wanted to do unnecessary, expensive blood work. I asked for general antibiotics and they claimed they could not prescribe medicine without doing tests. Shortly after, I took her to Dr. Butchko who -after looking at my cat for a few seconds - knew exactly what was wrong with her. She quickly prescribed her medicine and 2 days later her condition has gotten 1000 times better. Dr. Butchko is very affordable and the staff does not pressure to commit to expensive unnecessary procedures. Highly recommend Dr. Butchko on mission avenue and highly urge you not to go here.

this is the worse place ever .. do not take your pet there .. they are rude and rip off.. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else .

Very disappointed with this clinic. I've never seen a receptionist handle a customer so poorly. Not enough Information or no communication with the actual veterinarian itself. In reality I feel there just out for your money. In a Professional vet they test your dog infront of you for any type of disease and provide you enough knowledge and info. And Procedures that are being done. Here it's like a big blank have no idea what's going on. They tested my puppy for parvo but had no proof to show me test results and as soon as they told me that, they said let me brake it down to you ((MONEY WISE)) it's about around $$1700. Ridiculous. I do not recommend this vet . Totally crooked. On top of waiting for hours outside and no communication what's so ever. They make you waste time out in your car thinking your getting your puppy right away instead of coming outside to let you know like hey its going to be a while. We will call you to come back. Do NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY OR TIME. !!!!! Lesson learned I should have payed attention to the reviews and ratings. If it was for me I would have RATED 0 STARS HONESTLY but that was not an option unfortunately. Hope this post helps everyone. an good luck with your puppys.

I am beyond baffled to even find words to describe how poor service and unfriendly staff prices are somewhat reasonable but not worth the service when I am in customer service myself amd I couldn’t even imagine that such horrible Atmosphere I can guarantee you one thing I will never go back there even if they offered free service

The personal that gets the pets is very rude and unprofessional needs to change

Bad customer service,I took about 1 1/2, hours there waiting in my car for my pet to be seen.they had called the wrong number for me to be seen,when I went up to the cashier,she said we called you a while back,just wait a few more minutes ,those minutes were hours,but what got me mad is that she didn’t even apologize,she was extremely rude!!

They are affordable, but they make you wait in your car because of COVID which is fine but if it’s going to take more than an hour they should let you know to come back and pick up your pet at a later time. They took in my dog for a check up at 4:11pm and took an hour for a call to let me know treatment plan and another hour to call me back to tell me how much it would be for treatment and to pay, when they could of told me to come back and pick up my dog later instead of waiting 3 hrs in the car with my kids . The waiting is what gave this place low rating they need a better system and communication

worst place ever! they did tests and misdiagnosed- osed my dog, took 5+ hours, did not care for her and she died in pain. ⚠️DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE WORST PLACE⚠️ should be shut down immediately.

This vet advertises “emergency services” but keeps their doors locked during business hours and has their phone system set up to go straight to voicemail with the promise of a returned call next business day. Even with a line out the door, they send no one out to check if the animals are in an emergency state. If you’re ACTUALLY concerned about your animal, and ACTUALLY want them seen - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

As a 1st time puppy owner of adorable little Scrappy Pup, I felt I just wanted what everyone wants from a business and was NOT EVEN WHAT I GOTTEN FROM THIS PLACE !! I show up with my pup and I have an 11am appointment ( DON'T EVER MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM CUZ THEY DON'T CARE - IT'S THE SAME THING FOR EVERYONE- SIGN IN AND WAIT 1HR 2HRS OK I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK TO ASK WHY HAVEN'T I BEEN HELPED AND TO SEE OTHER PPL COME AFTER ME TO BE HELPED 1ST WAS A SLAP IN MY FACE. SO FINALLY AFTER 2 HRS 2 PHONE CALLS SOMEONE FINALLY COMES OUTSIDE TO ASK FOR MY DOGS NAME AND I TELL IM HERE AND I WANT THE PUPPY PACKAGE. AT THIS POINT I ASK QUESTIONS LIKE YOU WONT NEUTER HIM RIGHT AND I ASKED HOW MUCH IS IT GONNA BE AGAIN TO CONFIRM THE PRICE I WAS ORIGINALLY TOLD WHEN I CALLED N NOW THIS OTHER LADY IS TELLING ME A COUPLE HUNDRED AND I ASK LIKE IS IT UNDER 200 N SAME ANSWER BUT GETTING THE FEELING SHE'S ADDING HER TIP ON MY BILL. FROM WHAT I WAS TOLD N SEEN IT DOESN'T TAKE LONG TO DO THE 1ST THINGS FOR THE PACKAGE I WANTED BUT THE ASKED FOR DOG AND TOLD ME TO WAIT OR GO HOME N WILL CALL U WHEN HE IS DONE. THEY BASICALLY SAID CONTINUE WAIT N 5 MINUTES LATER I GET A CALL AND THIS TELL ME MY BILL IS GONNA BE 198.00 AND I ASKED FOR WHAT IS THE BILL FOR AND I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IT IS IM BEING CHARGED FOR. 1 THING SHE SAID WAS CUZ THEY HAD TO TAKE MY DOG TO THE LAB N CHECK FOR WORMS I WAS THERE AT 415PM THE TEC PPL CAME BACK AT 4PM I NEVER SEEN MY DOG LEAVE OR COMEBACK BUT YET HE WAS THERE AT THE LAB SUPPOSEDLY AND THATS WHAT 1 THING WAS I CAUGHT TO BE A SERIOUS LIE AND THEN SHE SAID MY DOG GOT ALL HIS 1ST SHOTS AND EVERYTHING IT NEEDED NOW AND I TOLD HER WHY WOULD YOU DO WHEN I SPOKE TO PERSON WHO WORKED WITH THE NAME OF "CAT" AFTER I ASKED WHO AM I TALKING WITH. I WAS TOLD NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO MY PUP N THEN I SAID NOT TO ANYTHING CUZ MY DOG HAS BEEN THERE 6HRS AND NOTHING !! SO YEAH IF U DECIDED TO GAMBLE WITH YOUR ANIMAL'S LIFE THEN PLAY IT LIKE THE CASINO'S AND TAKE THAT RISK AND IF U YOURSELF LOVE TO BE TREATED BADLY AND DICTATED LOVE WAITING LONG HOURS BEING UNSURED IF ANYTHING WAS EVEN DONE TO YOUR PET AND IF JUST HAVE PLENTY OF THAT PTO TO WASTE THEN HANG OUT HERE WITH ANIMAL AND ALL THE WORRIES IT MAY COME WITH. IM NOT A PERSON WHO LEAVES A REVIEW FOR THE SAKE OF RUINING A PERSON PLACE OR THING BUT I FELT AS A NEW PUPPY OWNER I FEEL I HAD TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE I HAD AND I HOPE MANY READ THIS AND TAKE THE TIME TO ALSO CHECK ON THE SERVICE A BUSINESS HAS BEEN DOING AND IF ANY OF THOSE THAT WORK HERE YOU PPL ARE SOMETHING ELSE N LOST YOUR PRIDE IN THE WORK U CHOOSE. ANOTHER THING IS REMEMBER WHO PAYS FOR YOU TO KEEP HAVE A JOB TO COME TO EVERYDAY, IT'S NOT THE BOSS OR OWNER IT'S THOSE PEOPLE WHO YOU WERE JUST RUDE TO AND UNPROFESSIONAL WITH. IT'S YOUR CUSTOMER'S THAT KEEPS YOUR DOORS OPEN AND THEM LIGHTS ON. HAVE A GOOD DAY I SAY GOO DAYYY !!

NEVER take your pets here! You will wait 3+ hours for any service other than shots. Infections after surgery, and not a clean place at all. There are many other places you can take your pet. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

We bring all our dogs here for years now.

I took my cat to get spayed. Great service my cat healed quickly and. The medication seemed to work well. I've also been taking my dog for years and my pups there to get all their shots n exams. Always great service and affordable prices

My puppy is 8 months we’ve been taking him to this vet since he was 3-8 weeks. They are always late on your appointment. Always saying you can’t make one and you need to go in as a walk in so they can charge you the fee. I have a husky and they shaved a part of his arm without asking or informing us first. He came back into our car one time covered in pee and they told us he urinated on himself. They also provided us pain medication that made him throw up and have diarrhea when I informed them they told us not to give it to him. So he was in pain and sick. I had to remind them for multiple visits after that, that he was allergic to it. They would put him under anesthesia to take x rays for their convenience as it wasn’t needed. One vet told us one thing another vet told us something different. They’ve made things worse then when we first found out something was wrong with him and have always messed up something each visit. I do not recommend this vet if you’re looking for a caring and affordable vet.

0 is what I would give this place after 3 decades of taking countless pets to Dr Park!, whom retired and we all cried, the Staff that was there was in r. Unreal, the most beautiful people you can find, after Dr Parks retired I still took my animals a couple of times and big mistake as they gave me the wrong medicine for my cat!, not to mention they are rude and short in patience and they actually give u this look like you are nothing!, serious attitude!!!, will never go back there!, Animal Hospital across from the old Rental car Is the best, loving caring educated Staff!!!. Miss Dr Park with all my heart.

I have waited over three hours for just shots!!!! Ridiculous None of my animals or my friends animals will ever return! Rude and poor service!

The worst place ever, I waited 3 hours just to have my dog seen. When I found out Dr. Parks was no longer there, I did not feel that my dog was in good hands. I will be shopping elsewhere for a new vet.

Staff in the front office is very rude they close at 7 pm and I was there 5:55 pm and they won’t take my dog for check up they should change there hours .
