Simple put it's a great place to take your pet for grooming. I feel comfortable taking my dogs there for their grooming needs.

They are great but need to hire more people in order to keep up with the demand ( longer wait time to pick up pet) especially since their prices have gone up!

Waited 2 months for the appointment but 30 minutes before the appointment they canceled it

Never there!!! Never answer the phone. Not even sure if they are in business. I truly don't understand how businesses Operate in such a fashion. It makes no sense, at all. I won't be checking again. Not bad service, just service

Their grooming is awesome. Getting them to answer the phone to make an appointment on the other hand is ridiculous. Ive been calling non stop for 3 days and no answer. Just a busy signal. Its like they have deliberately taken the phone off the hook.

this place gave my dog tics and she is a inside dog. she was covered with at least 5 after visiting this salon. also they didn’t cut her hair right, half was shaven and the other half was still long. never coming here again. thought they were good because of all the good reviews. disappointed.

Brought my pup over for a bath, trim & ear cleaning. The lady informed me over the phone that they can see me right away & that it would cost $50. When I arrived they were pretty sweet, told me it will take about an hour, an hour and a half to get the job done & THEY DIDN'T ASK FOR vaccination or anything of sorts. 20 minutes later I get a phone call to pick my pup. Surprised. I showed up & the job was actually done! All the items and jobs they listed during check in was somehow squeezed in 20 minutes. On top of that they asked me to pay $55 instead for some reason. While the bath was a job well done. Not all the nails were clipped straight. Some nails even were jagged! With several different sharp tips as opposed to the just one.

Took my two dogs for the first time ever to get groomed and not only do they look amazing they didn't have any problems. Really friendly staff, they really know what they are doing.

Price is not firm, not a fan of a base price but additional charge can occur when working on dog. Prefer to know maximum price can cost for a dog to get groom. Sorry, disappointed with all the recommendations.

They had good availability. They where polite over the phone and patient.

My dog,Lucky,gets so excited when he knows it time to be groomed.I love the treatment my dog gets at this location.He is so happy he struts around as if he knows he looks good.They have extreme PATIENCE with the animals and knows how to keep the animals calm during their grooming needs.

I love this place, they always do a great job with my pups grooming, and they come home fresher than ever. Even when my older dog was being very difficult and barked himself silly, the care and professionalism they showed is remarkable. This place is the best
