On Sunday my dog got fleas for the first time I was frantic when my 7yo said “mommy, Dash has a bunch of gnats on his butt” Monday morning. My dogs original long time groomer is closed on Monday’s (honestly I don’t even think they would’ve gave us a same day appointment.) so I didn’t know what to do. I called groomer after groomer going down the Google list then I found Nancy’s! They heard the concern in my voice. Although they were busy the gentleman said “if you can be here in 30mins I can take him.” All I asked for was a dip nothing else but my Dash came back flea free with a nail trim, a light cut, and a tie within an hour and a half. Boy am I thankful!

A good spot for dog grooming. Right mow the biggest pain is you need to book an appointment at least two weeks in advance, other than that it is a really solid buisness.

I literally paid $65 and a tip for my cat to get groomed. I came home and my cat was all wet. I do t mind the price but I expect my cat to be well groomed and dry. I’m so unsatisfied about the whole experience.

They did a good job and gave me important information about my dogs nails that no other groomers have given me

I've been meaning to write a review for years, they have been grooming my 120 pound pup for years, not only do they do an amazing job but it's obvious they are animal lovers. While they are booked pretty solid most of the time if you call they will try to fit you in. I've seen some reviews saying that it's pricey but it's always seemed more than fair to me. I feel like it's important to mention that they not only do a great job but they treat the animals with love and care. You won't find a better groomer

Brought in our elderly dog and they did an amazing job with him. He has little warts and they were very careful with him. Smelled amazing and was so clean! Will be regulars here from now on.

Horrible the fat lady got an attitude and is rude. She was yelling at my animal. I don’t recommend this place at all. Beware of animal abuse

Place is so beautiful inside and my dogs come out looking gorgeous, smelling great, and the cute bandanas they put on them to come home in are so cute. I can't say enough about this place.

The over weight lady in the front has an attitude and didn’t want to take my dog in for grooming and was yelling at my dog like she was a aggressive animal so I just drove out to corona to take her to normal groomers so the lady is a bi**h a very abusive to my toy poodle and she was scared of the lady

I gave this place a shot, I was very disappointed horrible service on my dog they cut her around her eye and her tummy and the haircut was so uneven keep in mind that she has been groomed at other places and this hasn’t happened before. Also who knows what they did to her she was very down most of the day and frightened.

The staff did a great job with my dogs. When I picked them up, they were like new dogs. Good job.

The place is a lot less crowded than most groomers you can get in quicker then you can with other groomers and I would have given them a five but their price is a little high for just a bath and and not a full haircut

Finally a found a place to take care of my???? pet's needs and there very friendly staff makes you feel the trust that I haven't had any were ealse and the price for grooming it's so affordable that's why I had to rate them as the best pet grooming in Riverside "great job you guys"????

Took my Husky/Chow 11 yr old dog to Nancy's today did not have an appt. I literally called when they opened and the gentleman answered saying go ahead and bring my dog in. It was about 9:30am when I got there and by 11:15am they had called saying my dog was ready. I usually pay just under $200 to take my baby to the groomers in Riverside and they do a "ok" job. But, here at Nancy's I forgot to ask her to shave my dogs upper back legs parts not only did she do it she exceeded my expectations. I always have had a hard time with groomers because my dog has a super thick coat. Thank you Nancy and the other groomers....Oh and it only cost me $77.50 compared to $200 for the same cut and requests.
