Nothing negative to say. I only gave it one star because you can't leave a comment without choosing at least one star. This business is not allowing self service pet washing at this time and also no walk-ins only appointments. I needed a self service dog washing place because my dog doesn't do well with others bathing him.

I’ve dealt with this groomer on repeated occasions only because of their cheap prices. I have 3 dogs that require grooming, and it can get costly. It’s true, you get what you pay for! My poor babies have come home with nicks, uneven cuts, limping, ONE bow-if any. Enough is enough! The salon smells horrible, is unkept, they open at 10am and are usually late. My Jack Russell was shaven down to the skin! I will never subject my babies to these animals (the groomers) again. Even their location is terrible, right on the Sunnymead strip, where the hookers & transients hang out. Too many options in Mo Val than to have to deal with this sh*tholę

With covid19 couldn't find any one to trim my dogs nails. It was either make an appointment or we're not doing that right now. When I called Flea Bags they said bring her no problem. I was shocked. I went straight there but I couldn't find it because there is no sign. The GPS kept saying you arrived. This was the only bad thing. They need a sign. They were very professional. I will take my pets there to get some pampering. ????

Pricier than other locations in the area, but great service which makes it worth it. They were able to do a great job on my dog!!

Best groomer in 100 miles. Prices are the best also. Has the option of a do it yourself wash if you want to diy. Also supports the animals of the homeless. She is the best in the west. Have used her for over 10 years. Dogs love to go to her.

Good place for pet cleaning & care , reasonable pricing, we have come a many times with various dogs alway good honest service the only thing I would say is questionable is the plaza they are located in everything else service, products & staff are the best

Love flea bags ! Always take my Maltipoo Noah there. He comes back smelling & looking amazing! They dye his mohawk, and give him a nice beard . Never once have I been dissatisfied. Would 100% recommend. The price always stays the same around $60 give or take depending on what extras I get him. With no extras it's usually between$35-$45 . All depends on how long I take between visits.

They were available same day. They did a pretty good job getting matting off of my dog's face. The problem was the overall bad attitude. When I called to make an appointment, I explained that my dog had been bathed, did not have matting on his body, but had something stuck or matted on his face that I couldn't wash off. I was told, "matting is matting, even if it's only on his face, so I will charge the price for matting". I felt that if I was going to pay the same rate as if his entire coat was matted, then I could just wait and bring him in a month or so....but, I was curious to know what was matted on his face, and my dog seemed irritated by it. So I agreed to bring him in. I was told to bring him "around 10 or 10:30ish", which was in about an hour. I had trouble locating their location, since they are sort of hidden in a back corner of a shopping center, so I called at about 10:45 to inform them that I could not find them. About 10 minutes later, I find them and bring my dog in. I was then quoted $10 higher by a worker who said that she was not the one whom I spoke to that morning, therefore she would not match what I was quoted. As I left, I asked approximately how long it would take. She rudely answered, "Well since you are a walk in, I will call you when he is ready". I said, "Well I had an appointment...", but before I could finish my sentence she said, "your appointment was earlier, so I will call you when he is ready", and walked away rudely. I was debating whether to leave my dog, but figured we were already there, so I left him. At, 5 pm, I had not heard from them so I checked my phone and realized that my phone was dead. Frantically, I called them from my landline and got the voicemail, so in left a message, then I decided to just go back and see if my dog was ready. When I got there, they were closed. I could hear my dog barking inside, but couldn't see him because the lights were off. There was a note on the door for me, stating they had been trying to call me, so to call them to get my dog. I bought a new phone charger, then waited for my phone to charge 3% ....called them, but still got the voicemail and left another message. I texted them stating how sorry I was for allowing my phone to die, and that I was at their location. Etc. I also noticed text messges stating my dog was ready as early as 3pm, and I would be assesed a late fee. Late? They wouldn't even give me a time, and no business hours are posted anywhere at their business! When the owner returned at 6pm, she was clearly irritated and rude. I apologized again. She did not charge the late fee. She did ask, however, where I got their number from. I told her "Google". She said rudely, "...and you didn't see my business hours on Google?" I won't take my dog back, simply because of the rudeness I experienced from the start. I think they are available and not booked like the other groomers in the area because of their location and their attitude. The only smile I received was the smirk the owner gave me on my way out.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wouldn't even give them a star.1St off when you call she sounds so unprofessional and unhappy. 2Nd I made an appointment at 10 am, waited and no one was there. I called at 10:07 am to see where was she at or someone who worked there as I had an appointment at 10 am and no one was there. She dosent even aplogize and still sounds miserable and says she's 10min away. I got NO call saying that she would be late, no apology..NO NOTHING! At this point you have lost me as a CUSTOMER and this isn't the 1st incident of her being late. I don't care how good ur work is, if ur attitude is bad and ur CUSTOMER service skills SUCK then you will NOT get my business and I would NOT recommend ANYONE to you! HORRIBLE!!

Perfect cuts just the way I asked

Amazing!!! My dog was all matted and it was horrible and we took him and they did an amazing job in him. The service was freat and they have such a cute little shop and they were so cheap.

Unprofessional!! Went there twice during business hours and no one was there!!

Cheap prices but cheap service. I took my dog in to get just a trimming my shih-tzu and they clearly said that they wouldnt take too much hair off, I pick him up and he looks like a poodle. They trimmed off most of his facial fur but left his body fluffy. I didnt even recognize him. So now he looks weird because he has a very small head and a big fluffy body. Never doing business with them again

Not happy. You pay for what you get. I tried this place to save a couple dollars and was very un happy when I picked up my dog. I have a pomeranian. His body was somewhat what I asked for but they trimmed most of his hair around his head. He doesn't look like a pomeranian. My poor dog looks ugly. I payed what they charged me for their time, but I will Never take my dog here again. I rather pay $10 more. They need more experience with cutting hair. The place is dirty, dog hairs Everywhere...... cheap service
